City Air Battle

City Air Battle

City Air Battle is an arcade style flight shooting and racing game. In the game, you will fly a fighter over the real city. You can not only have a fierce air battle with the enemy aircraft, but also compete with the opponent in the air, experience the immersive 360 degree free flight and enjoy the fun of flying in the city skyline.

The operation and playing method of the game are very simple, and any player can get started quickly. You only need to use the direction key to control the flight direction of the aircraft, use the shift key to accelerate, and use the Z key to fire shells. Some levels only need to use the direction key or click the mouse to pass.

The game contains 6 cities, all of which are modeled and produced according to real large cities (Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago and New York). All buildings and streets are the same as those of real cities.

There are more than 60 kinds of aircraft in the game, all of which take the real classic aircraft as the model, including fighters, armed helicopters, large transport aircraft and bombers.

Players can control 8 different planes. By default, they can use 3 planes, and 5 planes are waiting for players to unlock after obtaining points in the game.

There are 24 levels in the game. Each city contains 4 levels and 4 game modes. You can choose any city or level to play the game.

Each level has a score ranking list, which allows players to compete with netizens all over the world and encourage players to constantly break the record of the highest score.

Game mode:

Racing mode

Flying through the whole city along the specified path, you need to surpass or destroy all your opponents to win the championship. The shorter the time, the higher the score.

Path shooting mode

The aircraft flies automatically along the path. You just click the mouse to shoot down the enemy aircraft. The higher the hit rate, the higher the score.

Collision mode

Operate the aircraft to hit the enemy aircraft at high speed and avoid buildings. The shorter the time, the higher the score. You can experience the pleasure of flying at high speed between skyscrapers and hitting the enemy aircraft.

Flight shooting mode

Manually control the direction of aircraft flight and the angle of weapon launch, use missiles, machine guns, rockets and other weapons to destroy enemy aircraft shuttling between cities, and double the scores of destroying enemy high-value targets (large transport aircraft, bombers, early warning aircraft, etc.). Players need to fly the aircraft to move flexibly in high-rise buildings, avoid the attack of enemy aircraft guns, and use smart steering to avoid missiles.

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome

This game is actually V E R Y fun! Well, for me. I originally played AaAAaA!!! 3D on A10 so i decided to ask my dad to buy the game and we did and i fricken love it! So it has good graphics (If your PC/Mac/Linux can handle it, or you put it on low graphics) and also fun level design, good DLC, not alot of difficulty spikes, less sensitive to whack into a building, good controlls, and use of the wind and checkpoints UNLIKE reckless disregard for gravirty (Excluding Brutal Concussion) and its just a good game! I 100% Recommend it!!! Also the best part! The name! AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome!?! That name is easy to remember and awesome! (No pun intended) But some downsides are it removing some sounds and polishing things that Reckless has like the Kisses where it would fade not just blink. Also the sound for Spray Painting was just the Flip off sound and the spray paint sound but no sound that i remember from 1… 2… 3… Kick it (Drop That Beat Like An Ugly Baby) Also the texture quality is a little dated. And the glitch where the camera wont move. Also it should of been DLC because the Awesome Levels and the original campaign. However i still recommend it over Reckless Disregard for Gravity.

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! ….For the Awesome, the Anti-Platformer!! In this game you will do all in your power to AVOID landing on them, as you leave every platform far behind!

I nearly made a mistake with this game (beyond thinking the dreadful title actually said something about the game, that is): I read the reviews. Then I read the awards it’s won. Then I considered the type of games I enjoy most: pinball, Puddle, FOTONICA. Flowing, limited control type games. Actually, the decision was easier with more information. And I made the correct one.

Whirlibird

Whirlibird

The external, remote control perspective of this game brings to mind the old electro-mechanical arcade games of the ’60s and early ’70s like Midway’s ‘Whirlybird’ or ‘Chopper’, only this game has vastly more depth and sophistication.

Once paired with a suitable gamepad (precise re-mapping of control inputs is currently restricted to the keyboard), the game really comes alive - bearing in mind that, like a real helicopter, the smooth co-ordination of the different controls is key to effective results.

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!!

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!!

You’re a skydiving, video-streaming guerilla artist in the floating city of Boston High. Your job is to leap from buildings, cause mischief, and not get caught by the police.

A Grab Bag of Incredible Features

  • Leap from mile-high skyscrapers.

  • Kiss the sides of buildings with your mouth.

  • There’s, like, a parade with giant balloon floats on one level, and you can smack into them, ruining everything, just to be a jerk.

  • Also, there’s a level with a giant 4-story cake that you can topple over hapless spectators.

  • We’re experimenting with a thing where you’re also able to break the city’s wastewater storage systems, but you’d kinda have to be a double jerk to do it.

  • Over 0 levels included in the full game!

  • 0 weapons, unless you count the spray paint you use to tag windows.

  • Unique, challenging, and other meaningless adjectives that every game uses to describe themselves.

  • How many bullet points do you want, buddy?

  • ‘Cause here’s another one.

Did You Know?

  • This is our follow-up to the original, award-winning series.

  • The original is in the Guinness World Records for longest word in a video game title.

  • It also broke Steam because the title was way long.

  • And it won a bunch of awards. Some, for publications and conventions that don’t exist anymore. Ten years is a long time.

AirGun

AirGun

AirGun is another GameMaker Studio asset flip from serial copy+paste infringers, ImperiumGame. All these guys do is rip off game templates and projects from the Yoyogames/GameMaker Studio store, change the name and a few cosmetic details, and try to scam people into paying for someone else’s work on Steam. They have run asset flip scams dozens of times, and this is no exception. It’s nothing but a cash grab.

This time they’ve ripped off a basic template for a 2D retro arcade/SpaceWar game, and slapped some airplane models on it (or the game template came with them, who knows how deep ImperiumGame’s moral bankruptcy goes). GameMaker Studio itself is a terrible game construction kit, and this asset flip shows just how bad things can get when templates/tutorials/demos from that construction kit get dumped on Steam as complete games.

AZURE DOMAIN™

AZURE DOMAIN™

_The world is dying. A shroud of heavy, toxic clouds blankets the lands, choking and killing everything underneath. In a last ditch effort to save themselves, mankind has taken to the skies. Atop floating platforms built with the latest technology, and with increased advancements in the field of air travel and transportation, humanity managed to escape its doom.

But all was not well. The once-powerful nation of Solbourne, that had united the people under the auspices of the Sun Goddess, had broken into pieces. The new nations now fight amongst each other for precious resources, and Solbourne itself has succumbed to the corrupt rule of the Solar Ecclesiarchy, almost completely usurping the mantle from the Priestess. With little hope left, the reigning Solar Priestess, Tali’dah et Sol, is secretly launching a campaign to bring the nations back into the fold. Tapping into her loyal followers, she seeks to spread a message of peace even as the world burns. But she has made little progress, and Sol, the Sun Goddess herself, is nowhere to be found.

Amidst the war and chaos of this shattered world, a new evil is brewing that threatens to erase humanity once and for all. An extermination 200 years in the making, a being known only as Ginuun is harnessing the extradimensional powers of the fabled Outsiders, entities that transcend life and death, to carry out global extinction. His targets are the floating platforms that are humanity’s lifeline, and one such platform in the far corner of the world, New Horizons, will be the first to meet that fate._

The game’s primary focus will be a single player campaign. You will follow the story of Marcus as he fights to bring together the people of the world. Along the way you will explore the world of Azure Domain freely to unlock many addition areas with side quests and stories rich with lore.

Gameplay consists mainly of dogfighting in aerial combat to defeat the enemies of humanity. Gearing up and properly fitting your aircraft for the mission at hand is crucial for your success. There are currently 6 different aircraft in the game to unlock with more planned in the future. During the pre-mission briefing you can equip your aircraft with different weapons and modules to change the tides of battle in your favor.

Once in the mission area, the player will have to think both short-term tactical and long-term strategic. A large portion of the combat will be enemy fighters that are fast and agile keeping you on your toes. While in areial combat with these fighters, you will also have to attack a variety of highly defended strategic targets, such as massive airships and overcome the defenses of heavily defended city-platforms.

As you dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge in the air, you will also have to manage your AI wingmen who are sworn to protect you. You can direct them to protect you in a defensive formation, attack a selected target, escort the player, use abilities and more; all to manage their battlefield presence. If poorly managed the player may become overwhelmed and defeated. But if managed properly your squad can become a dominating fighting force on the battlefield.
