Outlaws + A Handful of Missions
Outlaws is an old game, thus it can be finiky with modern computers. I myself, aside from having to disable the joystick options every time I ran the game to stop it from strafing left, had no REAL problems getting the game to run on my modern system. That being said, know before you buy that you might encounter some issues that might impede you from playing until you get the problem sorted out. NOTE–Don’t forget to setup your game with the nglide_config.exe, located in your Outlaws game folder. I myself didn’t know about the .exe until I was nearly done with the game, and ended up playing in a low resolution, instead of my native one. Some of these settings can also help you get the game running, if you’re having problems.

Advanced for its time, bit of a pain to get it to run, amazing ‘orchestral’ score.
Unfortunately the gameplay is a little simple, consisting of moving through semi-sandbox environments to hunt down your targets, explore for secrets (blowing up walls, solving puzzles), ‘rescuing’ civilians and surviving shootouts and ambushes.
Harder difficulties make the game far more ‘realistic’, where both you and enemies die in one to three shots, where despite the enemies definitely stay around the same range (mostly standard mooks with minibosses thrown in), the maps definitely become more complex (navigation and interaction wise). All in all, fairly straight forward and run of the mill.

Midnight Ultra
If you’ve seen the screenshots, then you already know the main attraction of Midnight Ultra: its grainy, washed-out, grindhouse visuals. Coupled with the sparse, twanging guitar soundtrack and knowingly corny use of occult symbols (the melee crosshair, for example, is shaped like a pentagram for no other reason except that it looks totally awesome, dude ), there’s a uniquely gutbucket sensibility to the game that makes the first thirty minutes or so a memorable dive into the bowels of the Steam bargain bin.

/// THE DEVIL’S PATH UPDATE REVIEW ADDED ///
This is a masterpiece I’ve been waiting for for years. And I never thought that anyone can be capable of creating something like this. Three-color blinding noir palette, obscure visuals, western riffs playing in background, occult symbolism, witchcraft, horror, over-exaggerated american feel, mad dream-like storyline. This excellent mix forms a solid, psychedelic videodrug.
The flaws of the mechanics which people seem to complain about are actually complementing everything pretty well, as the game doesn’t waste any time on something that is unnecessary. Not a single pixel.

Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood
I purchased this game in the 2017 steam summer sale for $4.99. It was worth every penny!
My first time through the game, I played it on the “hard” setting (standard procedure for me). While it often provided a challenge, it wasn’t overbearing. The story took me 9 hours to complete, and it appears to have a fair degree of replayability due to the variety of locations, the number of hidden secrets, and the fact that most of the levels can be played as either of the two main characters, who have their own combat styles as well as differing paths/objectives in certain story locations.

Being the sequel to the original Call of Juarez that came out in 2006, which was a fairly cheesy but fun experience, I expected something similar going into this game, but instead my expectations were greatly overcomed. The gameplay was refined and the story telling was 10 times better.
The shooting mechanics are really good, as they were in the original, but they feel slightly better. The level design is a lot better and the environments are more appealing and realistic, the duels make more sense now and work better, but the most drastic change comes to the player, since now you can choose between the two McCall brothers, Ray and Thomas. Ray, the gunslinging preacher of the first game returns with its characteristic gameplay, dual wielding pistols, taking more shots because he has the armor of a crusader and is under the watchful eye of the Lord, while Thomas is the ranged shooter, who also carries a lasso to get around rooftops and other places and also has some stealth knives (which I didn’t use because I was fed up with the stealth from the first game so I went full in this time around). The level design doesn’t favor one character in particular, therefore you can choose either of them and finish a level just right, sometimes the game gives out special paths for both characters, which adds for replayability. In other levels, you have an open area with multiple side quests which usually (actually always) narrow down to shooting people, which isn’t a bad thing. You make extra money and you can buy better gear as now weapons have different tiers and you have to pay for them. It’s a nice change of pace from the liniar shooting arenas that most of the levels are.

Call of Juarez
The “Don’t Escape Trilogy” is a collection of three short first-person point-and-click adventures with static screens (no camera movement, no scrolling). The games share a creepy atmosphere and a few gameplay mechanics, but are otherwise unrelated. In the first game, you play a werewolf trying to lock himself away before a full-moon night, so that he won’t kill anyone when he turns. In the second game, you’re trying to barricade a house and protect yourself from a zombie horde. In the third game, you’re the only surviving crew member on a spaceship and need to stop “something” from getting out.

Even though the entire trilogy is available for free on Armor Games, I chose to purchase this game series on Steam because that’s how amazing ScriptWelder really is. The Deep Sleep and Don’t Escape series were some of the first PC games I ever played, and I have ScriptWelder to thank for making my early experiences so magical. I have followed each and every game you have published on AG, hunted down every achievement, set of choices, and walkthrough I could find… simply, because every single second I spent in any of your games was one of either awe, wonder, fear, or curiosity.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger
Silas Greaves is here to kick ass and chew tobacco leaves. And he’s all out of leaves.
**Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is a gold standard for arcade, wild west, stylized first-person shooter games.
… well it is frankly a very specific recommendation. Let’s shorten it up and say that it’s simply just a great game.**
One of the better video game ‘feel good’ vidya stories from recent years. After an abysmally abhorrent experiment that was ‘Call of Juarez: The Cartel’ Techland took a deep breath and returned to form with one exceptionally charismatic, familiar yet unconventional first-person shooter that is not only anything like its predecessors but stands out among competitors in the genre to this day.

DuelVox: Max Quality
DuelVox: Max Quality is an offline first-person shooter made in western style. In this game there are many levels with different tasks, to complete them you will need ingenuity and dexterity, and sometimes even strategy.
To hit all the enemies, it’s worth practicing on the targets, as the controls are unusual, but pretty straightforward.
You will have to strain both hemispheres of the brain, since you need to control each hand separately, aiming and hitting the target clearly, because the ammo is limited, but this can be fixed by going into the store and pumping weapons as you earn coins.
Everything is done in 3D graphics with unobtrusive musical accompaniment, which is suitable for any age.
For more interest, we added exclusive stars and achievements, try to collect them all;) And most importantly - defeat all the cowboys and become the best shooter in the wild west! Good luck with the game :)

NEW UPDATE: See below
Yes, I still play this game on occasion. I left a review because the developer of this game was trying to quell dissent like a tinpot dictator in the FoF forums.
Update: On March 30th, Rebel_Y attempted to censor this review by flagging it as “Abusive”.

After evaluation by a Steam moderator, this review was deemed compliant with current guidelines.
No content was found abusive.
I have never seen a single developer, in the face of overwhelming consensus, go to such lengths in order to suppress a thoughtful, measured evaluation of their game just because it espouses a point of view with which they happen to disagree.

Why you should play this game,
(You may think that i only have 57 hours, but i have multiple sub-accounts)
Simple answer is, it’s the best cowboy game ever made
1.It’s in source engine, believe it or not, source engine is probably the best engine for crappy computers and have great performance
2.Free to play, No leveling system, no level rewards, no micro transactions, You get everything when you install the game
3. Scoring system, The harder it is to kill someone, the more score you get. For example. Kicking a person off the cliff rewards you 15 Points, killing someone with a one hit kill and overpowered revolver gives you 4 points

Mad Bullets
Howdie partner. This is by far the best shooting gallery type game I’ve ever played. It features good graphics, sound effects and music that never gets boring. There are many types of enemies, and thanks to the missions you’ve got to achieve to get stars, wich make your character level up, there are many different styles of playthroughs.
What makes this game different to its competitors is that on the first look it only consists of three different levels that get mixed up by a handfull of bonus stages, but overall get repeated over and over again. Sounds boring? Well, it isn’t, because there are many different routes through each level that get mixed up every time, and this feature is so well thought out that even with my high playcount in this very game it still does manage to surprise me every now and then.

I’ve discovered that I do enjoy shooter-on-rails style games (Blue Estate, Is Defense) and this game is actually good as well, but mean and cheap grinding mechanics is what made me rate this one down. I’m an achievement hunter and as for the moment I only got one left - reach level 20. You need more and more stars with each level, and although their amount skyrocket closer to the desired level, it’s ok. To earn stars you need to complete goals; there are common goals that grant 1 star, 2 stars, 3 stars and daily goal that refreshes every 24 hours and gives you 5 stars. If you don’t like a common goal, you can change it for 125 Sacks and since money is not actually a problem, this is ok as well.

Projectile Dysfunction
If you like FPS but wanted your guns to be flaccid and inaccurate this is the game for you! My TNT is so bouncy it came back across the map and killed me, and the gun was so flaccid I shot a tnt barrel next to me! 10/10 would blow themselves up again!

A short, quick funny MP game. It can be challenging with all the floppy guns, but I think it adds a touch of comedic aspect. Definitely not for people looking for a serious shooter game. The graphics aren’t so bad, but the music did get a bit annoying quickly. Can be a fun time with a bunch of people you know, but it definitely doesn’t offer much gameplay to keep attention very long.
Overall, not a bad game. As bad as this sounds, $4 may be too much for what the game has to offer right at this moment, but I did have fun playing it, but not sure how much I’d play it in the future.

Ghost Town Mine Ride & Shootin' Gallery
TL;DR
This game is fantastic at scaring you. From the sounds to the visuals. Pick this little gem up!
Review:
So I’ve been playing horror games for a long time. So, naturally, I’ve been “chasing the dragon” in trying to find a horror game that actually scares me. I haven’t been scared by a game in a very long time, until I got a VR headset recently. This was the first horror game I decided to play as it was advertised as short but scary. After dishing out the 9$ to give the game a shot, I almost fear quit the game as soon as I saw how dark it was. This is the type of game that wouldn’t be that scary if it wasn’t in VR.

Ghost Town Mine and Ride is a game worth buying. This developer supported VR in 2016 when it was still new commercially and he deserves our support also. HTC VIVE review.
The graphics are good, the game play is “fun”, and the “ride” in the main mode doesn’t stop until you get rescued by the police at the river. There is also a ride for the tween and up folks also if you don’t like as much “horror”. This game deserves more attention than it has gotten. The game is well done and worth the price of admission. At first the main game mode appears to be a simple carnival game on a mine cart but then it takes a very dark turn (the real story) which is where the real fun begins so don’t exit quickly thinking the game is just a dull riding game. It is very enjoyable for what it is. It is a shooter game where you are on a mine cart, on foot and at the end in a boat. There are parts where you do interact. You will get jump scares and surprises also. The other modes are self explanatory in the game. And again it is carnival type experience so keep that in mind. I can’t stress that enough. Overall, I loved it when I played it. My nephew did as well. The game ran well on my system. My specs are below the video. My score would be a 7/10.
