DUSK
Christ! I’m not sure how to respond to this game. I’m iin my 30’s and i grew up on fps games. DUSK is possibly the best game I have ever played. I feel that the creator grew up playing, doom, quake, half-life and the like. The game is so perfectly created by someone who wished that he could create a shooter that took small parts from all of those games and put them together in a way that i would never expect. It is retro in a way that isnt jokey, but it incorporates all the best elements from every 90’s shooter. In conclusion, its not half-life, but it’s better than every other shooter that came before that. Honestly, one of the best shooters of all time.

Fantastic shooter and had me gripped from start to finish. If you like the retro style then this game is for you. Loads of secrets similar to doom etc. Gameplay is smooth and fluid. Runs like a dream at 120fps+.Such a simple game to play, it’s a no nonsense shooter. Updated on a regular basis and great value for money. Loving it.
Highly recommended. A++

Everlasting Guilt
Wow this game reminds me of Furi but in FPS you will fight multiple Bosses with different ability and different weapons plus every boss fight has his own fight style, I’m also surprised that some areas reminds me of DOOM the game kinda change into arena shooter and you have to kill a lot of different kind of enemies.
As an Indie game made by one man army developer it looks incredible!
you can clearly see a lot of work and efforts happened in the game.
The game is in Early Access phase right now so you will expect more updates, enhancements, areas and missions in the future.

So I went into this game not sure what to expect, from the trailers it felt like an arena shooter mixed with Doom, and oh boy oh boy what I didn’t expect with the Souls flare to be thrown in as well, the game is not easy at all, even on easy difficulty, but I think that’s part of its charm.
I fought around 4 bosses and didn’t manage to kill any of them, it was challenging but the good kind of challenge, every time I died I learned something new, a new attack pattern, a new trick, a new safe zone, and so on. The challenge was worth it, and I intend to keep going back to it.

Quite a cool game, of course not without drawbacks.
cool stuff:
1. Lots of action, especially in the end. Almost Serious Sam sometimes, but you always have proper gun to destroy demons.
2. Some bosses remind old good game console games.
3. Surprisingly lots of stuff for indie game - several main characters, lots of guns, lots of demons
4. Complex and interesting plot, but sometimes there is a feeling like watching Dune without reading book - very interesting, but understood nothing.
5. One of plot twist in the middle reminded me half life, that was quite cool.

Tired of fame and realm-saving heroic quests, you decided it was better to retire from adventuring and lead a calmer life dedicated to farming. But peaceful times were not meant to last, as a rift bursting with foul energy split open the ground in front of your house, devouring the farmland and all of its inhabitants. Trusty pitchfork in hand, you get ready to dive for one more adventure, for what will become your Hardest Harvest.

At the time of writing, I have yet to finish the story (on what I assume is the last few levels). I wanted to write a quick review and warn about multiple flashing screens throughout the game that may cause epilepsy, including the very first one on start up. So if you are sensitive to flashing light, I’d suggest passing this one up for now.
NAMELESS is a top-down shooter about an ex-con who is tasked with going up against his own people to save hostages and hopefully get freedom. The game implores both stealth and run-and-gun tactics with a variety of leathal and non-leathal weaponry. You complete rooms by killing or knocking out all enemies. Every so often, you can get coins and buy weapons. There is also a cloak mechanic that helps with sneaking and getting away in tight situations.

Space Station Sprint
Aside from the sliding that need to be adjusted in my opinion for more control for cancelling animation and turning while sliding (unless I am missing something) the game is lots of fun. The timer is always on your back so you need to make the best out of it using your utility, drops and shooting skills.
Let’s Play gameplay:

It also promote good replay value for obtaining collectibles and most importantly, permanent upgrades. This motivated me to go in again and again to make sure I get those as they are required if you want to survive higher difficulty levels as you progress.

I really like the aesthetic of this game!
But the gameplay mechanics, not so much.
The whole premise of the game is that you have to complete every level in a very tight time limit.
On the other hand, the game demands that you check carefully every every nook and cranny to find the hidden objectives and upgrades. And then to fumble with the use key to grab them. The enemies have too many healthpoints in a game where every seconds count. Running past them may seem the better option, except when you find them later all clustered in a door frame on your way back. Grenade and shockwave abilities feel like nothing, both in term of how little damage is dealt and how hardly visible they are. Then there’s the saber dwarf taking away half your hp on touch, without even having to play any hitting animation, making it quite undodgeable. Turrets everywhere, and even moving laser obstacle courses.

THe reason why I say no is because when I had it, nobody played. The weapons seemed cool but after a while got boring. I really feel like it shouldnt cost this much. 2.99 would be better, then i would recommend it.
