Really delighted with this game. I expected a single “game” to last a little longer, but after playing through a couple times, I actually appreciate that I can pick it up in bursts and I don’t have to play through to a good stopping point when I am ready to be done. I’ve played about an hour so far, and will be playing a lot more to try and get a better score. I love how the puzzles get more complex as you complete each type!

Tbh I bought this for the achievements so I could make a fancy Steam profile. The game is actually pretty good, though, for a little puzzler. It’s not too hard, but not so simple that it’s boring. Watching the little balls fly around is pretty entertaining. There are also some good YouTube guides out there that will help you complete all of the achievements, if you want to go that route. Either way it’s worth the ~$1.

7/10ish for the whole experience.

3D Hardcore Cube

A 2.5D platformer where the goal is to reach the end of each level whilst avoiding various obstacles along the way. With only 12 levels. taking 20-30 minutes to complete I would not recommend spending the base price of £2.09 on the game, wait until it is on sale. Along with this game, if you complete it you get 1596 achievements which is nice if you are an achievement hunter like me.

1 thing that ruined this game for me is the camera. As it moves depending on which direction you are looking at which meant some times you could not even see what you were doing. This shown in the video “trailer” between 35 and 50 seconds in. Other then that, this is a pretty solid simplistic 2.5D platformer which is great to play if you have 30 minutes to kill!

In short, this mess is just an achievement spam game made in 30 minutes (and requesting 30-35 minutes to be completed) that simply shouldn’t even be sold and played.

But let’s get a little deeper.

It’s made in Unity, so you can choose to play full-screen or windowed and so on; the quality won’t change anything since it’s completely bugged and glitched from the beginning to the end.

But before talking a little about the 12 levels of this crappy platformer, since it claims to be translated into 27 different languages from all over the world, let’s take a look at the Italian translation.

It’s just another aMaze game, this time with obstacles.

There’s a bit of challenge. Collect some pieces and get to the goal, but don’t get hit by obstacles. Also, lots of dead-ends.

The problem is that your gear slides forward a tiny bit when you stop, landing you right in a saw. This makes the controls rather unbearable, and may frustrate a lot of people. The collision detection sometimes also felt a bit strange to me.

If you like these games, it may be something for you. But for me, it feels unpolished.

If you played just about any game in the aMAZE series, you’ll know what to expect here. Not as laidback as some of them as there are traps to avoid. Patience or memorizing the patterns is the name of the game in same of the levels lest you become frustrated. An easy enough game to 100%.
