Primal Pursuit

Primal Pursuit

Primal Pursuit is an indie animal racer that supports up to 12 players and is a heap of fun with friends or in one of its offline modes such as the single player tournaments (against bots) or time trials (competing for leaderboard positions). It has an impressive art style with a nice selection of maps and unique animal’s to choose from. Each racer has their own set of abilities and playstyle, not to mention that the roster itself is made up of a pretty interesting, non-generic selection of species.

Followed Primal Pursuit through early development and managed to snag a tester key! (Have now Purchased)

I Played this game with my Niece and Nephew, both them and myself had an absolute blast playing this game!

The animal racing style and themes are an awesome spin on the the classic arcade racer, with each animal (A total of 8) having a set of 3 unique and interesting abilities of their own. These abilities each of the animals possess, alongside the diverse range of maps that contain tricky obstacles such as the big boulders thrown from giants and hefty spike traps, really helped make our races more interesting and broke that monotony you’d have in most other games in this genre. My niece was smitten with the ‘chubby walrus,’ and wouldn’t change from him all afternoon.

Please. God please, spare yourself.

You may be entranced by the game name. The trailer, making the game appear humorous. You could be an achievement hunter, like myself, and be attracted by the Achievement Scouts curator saying you can complete this in 10 minutes. Of which, you can get 10 of them in one minute (

! press q on the main menu a few times, play a game, you’ll have enough money to buy everything.) You could be lured to the game from the 90% sale - bringing the price down to 49 cents.

This is a reaction test of 8 levels where you are a special time for the 4 arrows to press and it get faster and faster and level 8 is really not easy if you are not good skill or if you already older (27 years + & your reaction isnt anymore like 21). For achievement hunters its a good game even i could get all :)

This game is absolutely astounding. The game’s graphics are absolutely next gen, this game will have troubles running on your puny xbox 15 and playstation 24. Although it’s just a clicker game, the lore of this masterpiece is absolutely massive which makes this game even more enjoyable. rest in piece Billy. I would’ve honestly given this game a fat, sticky load of orgasming gay men 8 out of fucking 10, IF NOT. FOR. THE. O R G A S M INDUCING OST.

I cannot describe how much more enjoyable it is to slap Hitler with my diamond pickaxe while listening to a popular song remixed with Billy performing his best homosexual pleasure sounds. This game blew my mind. I cannot describe fully how good it is. God bless Steam and the Dev.

My fellow brothers, I, RestlessRon, stand here today, humbled by the task before us, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our Gachi ancestors.

We are in the midst of a crisis. Gachi Heroes is at war against a far-reaching storm of disturbance and deletion. The Gachi economy is badly weakened: a consequence of carelessness and irresponsibility on the part of acknowledgement, but also on the collective failure to make hard choices and to prepare for a new, MAD age.

Today, I say to you, that the challenges are real, and they are many. They will not be easily met, or in a short span of time, but know this, Gachi Heroes: they will be met. In reaffirming the greatness of this game, we understand that greatness is never given, our journey has never been one of shortcuts. It has not been for the faint-hearted, or who seek the fleshly pleasures. Rather, it has been the risk-takers, the wasted genii, the creators of MAD things. For us, they toiled in sweatshops, endured the lash of the spanking. Time and again, these men struggled, and sacrificed, so that we might … LIVE BETTER.

It’s a good laugh but it’s so difficult to beat the whole game, the ball is way too fast and Ricardo is way too slow, you’ll miss the power-ups most of the time and the collision angles are really awkward. It’s hard to change the direction of the ball because the hitbox of Ricardo is unusual and there is no level select, meaning if you lose - that’s it, you have to start all over which can be frustrating. When you pause the game using the esc button, it doesn’t actually pause the game, only the store menu does. Other than that everything seems okay.

This game should not even be on steam. It is a poorly coded collection of appropriated assets. There is zero support for this “game” and all of the complaints/issues with the game have been unresolved or acknowledges since its release. The “game” is clearly an unfinished cash grab that somehow snuck past it’s way onto the store. The reviews are all either jokes about the adult content in the “game” or complaining about these same facts. The game is unplayable and there has been no indication from the creators (Lohsoft) that they ever intend to fix or further develop this trainwreck. I just wish I had done my research instead of wasting time figuring all this out myself.

Russian Roads

TL:DR: Terrible but hilarious and kind of fun to play.

Cons:

Absurd physics

Mediocre sound

Terrible checkpoints around the corner so you don’t know which way you’re going,

The other npc vehicles are faster even after you’ve applied the 3 torque upgrades

Pros

Funny AF

Achievements

Trading cards

Computer AI so dumb it’s hilarious

Hasn’t crashed or bugged out

Worth the sale price because I’m enjoying it and want to complete it.

Russian Roads is a 3D third person road racing game made out of a series of Unity Asset flips. It’s designed as a mostly joke game to lambast the state of roads in Russia, as the tracks have a series of potholes and other aspects of disrepair that act as obstacles to the driver.

Despite some effort around assembling a game from a racing template and some low quality/asset flipped vehicles and environments, the end product is still obviously asset flip tier and of such poor quality that I can’t recommend it. The joke premise is mildly amusing for around 2 minutes. Laush Studio has a long history of these kinds of frankenstein asset flips, and this is no exception to their record of poor quality bundle fillers.

Decent indie game, would be a banger of a platformer if it wasn’t for terrible soundtrack which is basically one, frustrating song. 𝟱.𝟱/𝟭𝟬

Indie Game with 18 Levels. Last level is a bit challenging because you have only 1 life 629 asteroids and a big and larage car with aweful hitbox , the rest is absolutly makeable, last you need the right way, good timing, not to early and not to late, if you lose close to the end often its very frustating but you be happy if you master it.

Battlesloths 2025: The Great Pizza Wars

Battlesloths 2025: The Great Pizza Wars

Battlesloths 2025: The Great Pizza Wars is by far my favorite game. It use pixalated graphics for almost everything you see in the game. The game itself only has 4 battle modes at the moment of release. Slice Hunt, Golden Slice, Sloth Hunt, and Last sloth Standing. Along with the game modes comes 18 total weapons ranging from a simple bow and arrow, to a BFSG (Big F*cking Sloth gun). It has a wide variety of levels with their own unique hazards meant to either stop all players or to simply stop them in their tracks. Most noteably is the use of The Nuke. The Nuke can be added to all game modes to add an extra layer of difficulty or just to use in online modes and watch as players scramble to save their points from being cut in half. Currently there are only 8 worlds each holding a total of 3 areas each. However only 7 worlds are available to play in online mode as the world “Temple” is unavailable. Temple has a very unique hazard meant to help players as opposed to killing them. With the small variety of game settings to tinker with before a match starts is a bit underwhelming. You can have timed matches, Matches with a certain kind of weapon, and you can slow down the speed of the sloths. If there were more options available to the player perhaps there would be more enjoyment out fo a few matches. Especially in offline mode (Or playing with bots in this case). The game currently includes over 1017 hats to collect. These hats serve only to add personality to your sloth. The only known way to unlock hats is to play several matches either online with friends or offline with bots. Online matches give much more chances of giving players coins to unlock hats while offline mode with bots is a bit more limited with its coins. Next to blowing out other sloths brains over a piece of pizza there is also a hidden game mode only accessed by a very rare “Hat Demon” Killing this demon will send you to a hidden level with its own unique game mode. Winning this game mode gives you a Golden version of a pre-existing hat. (Some hats look cool golden, i swear.) However i do have my own complaints about the game. The coins are an obvious one because i love collecting and unlocking the hats to add to my collection, if offline mode were given the same treatment as online mode in terms of coins it’d make playing with bots a lot more enjoyable. Instead i’m forced to play to the maximum level available (50 is the limit with the exception of Golden slice which 20 is the limit.) in hopes i get at least 2 or 3 coins at most. The game also has very long and unneeded loading times, it usually takes a minute or two to get to the main screen when booting it up. With online mode however its quite empty. The only online games you’ll play is with friends but even then there are some lag issues. Sadly “Quick Match” doesnt seem to even remotely work at all and your stuck in a neverending loop of waiting for players to join, your best to just create a private match instead as thats more reliable. But overall the game works perfectly fine, it has its issues where it will crash unexpectedly or online mode is lagged to hell but collecting hats, killing sloths, and eating pizza is by far my favorite way to spend my time. I highly reccommend you give this game a shot if you have the time to do so.

This is first and foremost a fun party game. You’ll get a lot more enjoyment playing with local friends pvp or co-op, than playing by yourself vs AI. I experimented with the settings and preferences until I found my happy spot (no hazards, more slices), which brings lots of tension and laughs as you race to finish the pizza.

It’s nice to have a game I can play with the kids that doesn’t involve split screen, and crude humor aside, my kids love the simplicity of the game’s goal and mechanics. They get a kick out of all the hats. Overall, we have a blast whenever we play. One review criticizes the game’s limited rewards and weapons, but this is what it is: a simple, fun game for a group of friends or family to play on a game night. The price seems reasonable for a family game night; you’ll spend triple that at the movies.
