Grapple Hoops
This game is pretty cool.
Grappling Hoops plays like a Spider-Man NBA Jam, where you swing around with a grappling hook and use a basketball to score hoops / dunks and take out enemies.
This gameplay feels very fun and energetic and really emphasizes speed and precision.
Unfortunately a good number of levels are rather boxed-in to really grapple around quickly, that’s doesn’t make them bad levels, but they don’t play to the main mechanic of the game making them a bit out of place.
That said, I believe there will be enough levels with variety to satisfy all the game-play styles that the game offers.

I love this game. There are a few bugs and problems, which is to be expected with a game that has released today. Andrew nailed the combat and mechanics down, all though some of the story mode levels don’t fit the game(Their very small and cluttered, allows them to be prettier but you get stuck on small little props) I think with levels more like the floor is lava, and the original demo ones the game will be perfect. Bosses are really cool, all though I expected that I would have to perfectly dodge the hammer, and then dunk on it, instead of throwing a basket ball at it which can hit it anywhere. The mech enemy I was able to cheese by constantly grapple kicking, and tossing the basket ball. The droid boss however was really fun. It allowed me to pick up great speeds, and it was super fun dodging the bullets. Going to graphics this game is beautiful. I love the cartoon/toon shader. It looks great. I will end my review here, and my rating is 8/10.

Protoball
If you are a fan of games such as Rocket League and enjoy FPS games (you don’t specifically have to enjoy FPS games) I can recommend you giving this a try.
Before jumping into public games I recommend joining the discord of the game https://discord.com/invite/protoball you can find this link at the bottom of the main menu of the game. There is a Tutorials section that contains guides from experienced players in the game that will teach you things that the tutorial doesn’t get to yet.
Doing the tutorial is also a recommendation but you could encounter a “bug” that isn’t actually a bug.

Protoball,
Oh boy where do I begin here, I’ve been in the arena since the early days of development so I’ve gotta admit I’m a bit biased towards the concept of the game. Given that, it has a high replay-ability and it keeps me coming back to be the best player I can be in the earliest stages of what I see to be a great future competitive eSport. As a person who frequents FPS games like Valorant, CS:GO, Apex and Rocket League, I find this to be of the same repeat-ability and enjoyment to just hop in a game for both fun and competitive play styles. Sure there may be some bugs here and there, but that’s what being a part of the Early Access is for. We’ve gotta smooth out the experience for others to enjoy the underlying game we all love and know can be successful. At this point, I as well as many others are committed to bringing you the best enjoyment out of this game as humanly possible. So join a server and come along for the ride. As for the Dev team, you know I love you guys and I’ll never stop coming back to Protoball, we’re in it for the long haul!
