Risen 2: Dark Waters
Risen 2 is a third person open world action roleplaying game made by Piranha Bytes, the team that gave us the Gothic games and of course the first Risen game. It’s hard to talk about Risen 2 without referring to their previous games, which I’ll call ‘PB games’ for short.
To summarize: Risen 2 sometimes feels like a ‘PB game lite’ but it’s certainly not completely dumbed down from previous PB games. The atmosphere and the ‘feel’ of the PB games is there, so I’ll enjoy playing this game more than I would 9 out of 10 similar games. The fact that melee combat is almost as bad as it was in Gothic 3 and the absence of ‘real’ magic are the only two problems that certainly knock off some points in the final score for Risen 2.

It is very difficult to recommend this game because depending on your personal preferences, it can either be a wealth of unpleasantness or it can, as I have in the end perceived it, be a gem of extraordinary substance and enjoyment although in a wierd way.
Warning: This will be quite a lenghty review where I try to outline in detail the great drawbacks of the game as well as the great features about it.
First off, I will state all of the unpleasant aspects of this game and if anything I mention seems unacceptable, better to stay away from it as it is a game that not everyone will enjoy and it can be difficult to grasp.

Girls' civilization 2
Before the game launched I had it on my wish-list since it was announced, When the game first launched I tried the Demo, the game used to drop you in the ocean with a chest and it was hard to pick everything up. it was very frustrating that it put me off from buying the game. I tried the Demo again today after it updated, now you start the game locked up. I like the game now and It finally got my interest to buy it. some of the things you can do in the game is better then I hoped for when I first heard about the game.

Fun but optimised by drunk monkeys.
the game itself can be pretty fun, funny a times too when you forget the button to interact and end up punching someone, only to end up on the receiving end of a musket volley.
stuff like having to manage your ammo supplies by adding bullets to magazines or trying not to starve to death gave it a surprising bit of difficulty.
but all this is under one big issue, performance, more specifically the morphing blurs when you move. it isnt at all bad when playing desktop mode but it makes playing in VR a bit of a challenge.

Privateers
Privateers is a lot of fun! The action is a nice mix of real-time with a tactical pause. The graphics are stylized and really enjoyable. The story can be funny and unexpected. There are strong RPG components. All of these things and more bundled in a consistent “Privateer” theme (reinforced by the clever travel mechanic) create a fun game! The pacing on the missions is pretty fast, so I found myself always wanting to fit in one more point of interest before stopping. I definitely recommend you check it out!

VIP Rebels
" The horn sounds…, the gate opens,… YOUR RUN STARTS NOW! …"
How to play
You will start each game selecting three VIPs, each with their own unique special skill. After you select your VIP, you start your run. Whenever you start a run, you’ll choose how many villagers you use to collect resources like wood, food, and gold. The villagers drop resources at your treasure wagon and look for new sources automatically throughout the run.
When the gate opens, you will enter the procedurally generated lands of the Red, where you’ll need to get as far as you can in order to claim the best rewards. Venture further and further and more secret rewards and treasure will be granted.
You’ll have VIPs such as King Midas who has the ability to turn enemies into gold, the Viking, a dragon-summoning Nordic god, Blackbeard the pirate, ordering deadly cannonballs to obliterate enemies, or the Rocket Man with the power to land two rockets simultaneously on top of your enemies. These are just a few of the 25 VIPs that you’ll encounter along the way. More are planned and I’m looking to bring this number closer to 100.
There are big pirate armies that lie ahead of you, with bands of rebels hidden away in bushes and villages to slow your progress. Whether castles stand in the way or not, you will need to overcome the odds and create an army with the right mixture of units to counter the enemies ahead of you. Will you pick archers to mow down the slow infantry and risk them being charged down by cavalry? The choice is yours.
Once you finally get stopped, you’ll collect treasure and rewards, unlock, and upgrade more VIPs and return to the open gate once more.
So in short:
-
Select unique VIPs giving you strategic advantages.
-
Collect resources and build your army.
-
Take control of dragons and transform sheep into bloodthirsty warmachines
-
Win & lose big battles in your fight for loot.
-
Claim big rewards, unlock and upgrade new VIPs as you progress.
Quick note of the developer
_Hi there,
I just wanted to say thanks for showing an interest in the thing I’ve been passionate about for the last 3 years. We’ve made this journey together and I hope that you’re as hyped about this project as I am. :)
I started out wanting to create an RTS game for the Age of Empires fan inside me that doesn’t have the ability to sink hours into playing a game. The game is a bunch of quick fun runs, intertwined with big battles and resource gathering. On average, each run should take between 10 and 15 minutes.
If you like what I’m doing here and want to keep updated, please add the game to your Steam Wishlist to support me.
I will always love you for it!

inAntrum
inAntrum is an atmospheric 3D action-adventure RPG developed as game series and released in five parts. It combines action RPG elements from The Witcher III, like the combat and quest system, as well as adventure puzzle elements and a 3D-stylised graphic from the Zelda series in an entirely new fantasy setting. The game is being developed in Unreal engine 4 for the PC first.
inAntrum - Part I is set in the mysterious world of Antrum, a gigantic cave biotope where human-like animal creatures, wild creatures and elemental monsters live in five large different regions ranging from the desert to a flying island.
Nightmares from the Deep 3: Davy Jones
The final chapter of the Nightmares from the Deep trilogy.
Game: Museum Director Sarah Black and her daughter Cory are kidnapped by the infamous Davy Jones during a public and seeming well attended museum presentation about Davy Jones (compiled from all the information Sarah had gathered during her first two adventures). (All I can say about that is getting donations and funding for the museum repairs and more exhibits should be easy after such a supernatural, flashy, and public kidnapping.) I digress. The ever resourceful mother-daughter team manage to break out of their jail cell and attempt to leave Davy Jones ship but are recaptured. Davy Jones is going to kill Sarah but Cory makes a contract with Davy Jones to save her mother’s life. Davy Jones instead of outright killing Sarah forces her to walk the plank. (Typical pirate) The adventure begins here. Find Cory and break her contract (and every other contract Davy Jones has ever made along the way, including Davy Jones' own contract.) Sub-storyline: Find out even more about Davy Jones and just how he became the infamous “devil” of the sea, and why. And who that mysterious girl ghost is and her relationship with Davy Jones.

Nightmares from the Deep 3: Davy Jones is the final chapter in the Nightmares from the Deep series, with this third game completing the story of Sarah Black, and her endeavour to stop the endless curses by Davy Jones, the infamous sea devil.
After the troublesome events of Nightmares from the Deep 2: The Siren’s Call, one would expect Sarah to rest upon her journey, but no, she went deeper and kept her museum with one goal in her mind; The search for the truth, the true identity of Davy Jones, and the pirates that once spread havoc over the seas. This is exactly what fires up our new journey, as Sarah, with the help from her daughter Cory, do a presentation of Davy Jones, to a live audience at the museum. According to new information acquired by Sarah, the sea devil, it’s not just a legend, he was real, a flesh and bone person, giving a whole new perspective of the story behind the most dangerous pirate who ever sailed the seas.

Pinball
I have played all the 11 tables and I must say that this is a good pinball game. The tables are very creative and different one from another.
Do you remember the 3D Ultra Pinball series from Sierra? The tables have these kind of creativity and fun.
The graphics are ok, not ugly, not remarkably beautiful.
I have found bugs on one table, “Pirate Fantasy” and reported. Aside this, the game runs smoothy.
For the price, number of tables and creativity I highly recommend it.

Stay far away from this game and dev
This game is an asset flip and the dev even had the audacity to ban me from the community hub because i did the community a service and made the information available for all to see via links i posted.
So what grounds did he ban me on ?
“You have been permanently banned from the pinball Hub.
You were banned by a pinball developer.
Reason: “Posting spam””
First ban i ever had on steam or any where else on the web.
Besides of that he completely wiped away all comment from everyone else at that time so i can only wonder how many other people in those posts got banned as well.

“Nightmares From The Deep: The Cursed Heart” is a simple hidden-object-/puzzle-game set in a mystic “cursed Pirate”-Adventure.

Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart is one of the very first games developed and published by one of the top names in Hidden Object games; Artifex Mundi. Released in 2012, this deep adventure was released 2 years later on steam, and gained immediate attention.
You play as Sarah Black, a museum owner whom just like in any other night before a big event, is incredibly busy with paperwork and artifacts. But tonight is different, it’s a special show, a night dedicated to Captain Remington, one of the most infamous pirates in the Caribbean.
