very decent despite the fact that is is an old game. A very rich storyline too. It’s a shame that the manual is not included. Also there does not seem to be the sequal, Kingdom Shadoan. Hopefully, it could be released here

This game is heavier than Cyberpunk and Half Life ALYX. For this game, I need to use 70% resolution scale on GTX 1660 Super and Ryzen 5 2600.

They also gave no option to disable or lower the quality of the desktop vr view mirroring. Unlike other games (e.g. beat saber) where you can put the mirror in lowest quality and keep high quality in VR.

btw,

Why they didnt put the subtitle above their heads? Just pin its location to head and direction to player camera…. Currently the subtitle are a pain to read and detract from the experience.

This is fantastic! It’s a great step in the development of the concept of a VR anime/OVA, though it is expensive for how much content you’re getting. The quality of this is SUPERB, everything about this is well done and really enjoyable to watch/experience. Acting all around is great from Holo and Miyuri, both are fantastic and express the characters amazingly well.

It’s a no-brainer to buy.

Only thing I wish we had was an option for the “petting” mode for 2D screens using the mouse as a hand, That’d allow for a better value for everyone.

Markus Ritter - The Lost Family

Markus Ritter - The Lost Family

Totally recommended.

And it only has one flaw.

That being about locating a grave. which happens to be, by far, the hardest thing that the game requires you to do… Twice. You cant even auto-navigate back to it once you have the candles.

While I was able to find my way around it eventually, I think it took a lot more effort than it should. Some people would have given up. I think even a pictorial guide would be justified. Anything that could raise awareness for this project, since the announcement is only made in-game for those who finish it. This is a game that deserves to be seen. Showcase a longplay of it, if that is what it will take to raise public interest. They were able to pull off a great result with a micro-budget. Imagine what they could offer with a full game.

Decent introduction of this FMV Point & Click, set in Vienna.

This game is the free first chapter of a bigger game. On the 24th of August the two persons developer launched a kickstarter, with this as demo/proof-of-work. I will spoil a big part of chapter one’s story, because this is an introduction. If the genre is something you like my advice would be to just play it. It takes maximum of two hours.

A strange lady…

Markus (or Marcus) has violent nightmares about a historic woman, while in Vienna there are daily reports of ladies being murdered.

Stonekeep

Stonekeep

While not as intricate and complex as the Eye of the Beholder series, nor as vast and grandiose as the Might and Magic series, Stonekeep is surely a great addition to the dungeon-crawler genre.

The motion capture technique still gives a little something extra to the game’s visuals.

Music is on point and follows accordingly.Nothing great but it sets the mood. However, there are some singing faeries midgame that will definitely make your day :)

This game does suffer from a couple of bugs that may halt your progress. So be sure to keep a different save at the start of every level.(You should be doing that anyway)

One of the best entries in a classic genre that has only recently seen a revival thanks to titles like Legend of Grimrock, and a piece of PC gaming history as one of the first titles to offer support for Windows ‘95.

Stonekeep offers everything one expects from a classic first-person, grid-based action RPG and more. The setting is interesting and well-fleshed out. The cast is full of wonderful and diverse characters – fully voice-acted, quite possibly a first for the genre. There’s even a nice recipe for muffins hidden in the game’s data files.

Well what I can say. I am one of those who backed Tayanna Studios for a long time and knew he would have a brilliant project to come out and I got to say.

You play as Dean Hamilton who has had his kids Ruby and Andy kipnapped and you have to find them and bring them back home but you find out it is not that simple. Dean Hamilton is played by Darren Hall who is an auteur for this project and got to give him real credit and super love on this.

This is a really good game with a great story. It mixes FMV gameplay and point & click gameplay really well. The game is really basic which could turn off people but I think it is needed especially with this story as the main focus is on the gameplay and acting.

It was a boring Friday night …

I could find nothing to watch on TV.

A friend told me about this so I peeked and then purchased.

I launched it only to make sure it ran properly :-) – it did. Then I looked up, it was two hours later, I was almost halfway through. I was hooked and quite immersed in the story.

Your children are missing:

What would you do and who would you trust?

The game page description is accurate so I won’t repeat it.

GAMEPLAY:

This reminded me of Carol Reed games, but instead of conventional movement you easily click a box to move.

Dragon’s Lair

Dragon’s Lair

The 1980s. Ronald Reagan, Rubik’s Cube, MTV, and in the arcades, games like Pac-Man, Centipede, Space Invaders, Defender and others are eating up the quarters of America. Jump ahead in time a little and a new technology, the laser disc player, is brought into the arcade in the form of a game/animated movie called ‘Dragon’s Lair’. In this game, the player ‘plays’ the movie, that is, at certain points in the game the player is given the option to choose how the character moves. Choose the right option and the story continues, choose wrong, and the character faces a gruesome demise.

Back in ‘83 when this game first came out, we had a single arcade in our small city (that’s not so small now) that had Dragon’s Lair. Many of us fell in love with the game and a new challenge was present in our community arcade… to beat the dragon and save the princess. I dumped way too many quarter’s into this game and came back late from lunch on more than one occassion. The owner of the arcade had installed a monitor above the machine so others could watch while you played. In time I had developed quite a few followers that I think figured I was most likely to complete the game. Some would even let me play ahead of them even though they had their quarters lined up. A couple of times other people even paid for me to play the game. One afternoon, it finally happened. Amidst a small crowd of people surrounding the machine I reached the Dragon’s Lair. Of course I didn’t beat it the first time, but I played again and much to the enjoyment of the crowd, I defeated the dragon and we all saw the end of the game. I was very proud to have been the first person in our city to have defeated the game.

I enjoyed the game. It has nice graphics and music. The story is interesting and gets better as you keep reading. It has a heartwarming ending. It’s a nice game, about 1.4 hours long but I read pretty quickly. I would buy it especially on sale. It’s a fun, short game. I like the characters especially the main character. It was very peaceful.
