Gems of Magic: Father’s Day

Achievement Clicker
Achievement Clicker is a poorly made achievement spam clicker waste of time since it only takes you as long as it takes to click about 100 times, and no real point to actually play the game.
What’s worse is there is no max buy button which means you have to click each upgrade every time to upgrade them, when you get later in the run and have to click thousands of times it’s basically required to use an auto clicker to keep going and not break your mouse.

As an achievement hunter, I don’t mind easy achievements. I even seek them out.
I do, however, like to feel like I bought an actual game, and get at least some sense of accomplishment from beating it.
The game was only .49, and did give achievements based on clicking…but ultimately left me feeling empty and slightly embarrassed.
After the last achievement popped, and I realized it was over, I had to install extremely loud exhaust pipes, on my minivan, and drive around town screaming, “Woooo!” out my window, while giving people the crazy eye…

Elder Puzzle
Let me start off by saying, the achievement Level 11 is glitched. Even after completing every level I still can’t get it to pop so that is a little annoying. However, the game is actually pretty fun. The puzzles don’t take too long but they are quite enjoyable and well put together. The game is rather short but is pretty fun for $0.50 or $1.

Elder Puzzle is a “template flip”, that is to say, it’s a “game” that has been produced by copying a game template or using a game construction kit, and changing a few things. In this case it was a game construction kit/template for doing a simple jigsaw puzzle game with retro pixel “art” pictures.
This is deplorably low quality bundle trash. No professional effort was made in terms of game development, copying a template/using a game construction kit requires no talent, and unsurprisingly produces products that have little to no value as games, especially when compared to the work of professional developers who create genuine products for gamers. It’s almost as bad as an outright asset flip.

Jungle Town: Birthday quest
Got this game with my just turned 6 year old daughter and she loved it! Played it through to the end, then half of it again. Clean art with interesting characters, neat animation, and fun music. Puzzles that are good for kids, also really showed her allot about using a mouse (probably would be great on a touch screen). There was one little bug where a piece that was required wasn’t selecting (Raccoon level with wood piece), but on reloading it worked fine. The clothing design selection and cutting was a particularly fun one for her. We saw the to be continued at the end, and would gladly get the sequel (it ifs in the works), great work to the devs on this, good to see some kid content on steam.

6 puzzles with 4 difficulties, tells a bittersweet story. Would benefit if you could select multiple puzzle pieces at once but it is a cute relaxing game for jigsaw lovers.
