Story of a tiny earth, the symbolic ages
I bought this game because it was on sale and the developer seems to be actively adding features. I’ve only played the first 3 levels in single player, but I think that is enough to post this review so other people might take a look. This will go into my quick casual games category.
You move around the map to save species which drop a power when you collect the amount of species determined by the level. There are enemies of different colors. Each color has a specific path or pattern which you need to pay attention to decide how to proceed. I’ve only played 3 levels at this time, so I have no idea how many enemy types there are in the game.

Played this game with a friend via Remote Play and had a ton of fun doing so. The animation was beautiful and the gameplay was quirky and fun. Would definitely recommend as a really chill game to run through. Went back and got all the collectables too!

Doom & Destiny Worlds
Was a huge fan of the first two games, so I was excited about diving into the world of Do&De again. Crafting games aren’t normally my favorite, but this one keeps things simple enough that I can manage (no hunger/thirst meters, THANK YOU), I’m also not a fan of item deterioration, but it makes sense with the crafting. so far I’ve explored 11 different islands. the puzzles are pretty straighforward so far, but the crafting really drags out progressing the story, especially when your weapons and armor break and you have to make new ones.

Doom & Destiny Worlds third part from the D&D series. In this part we will find a completely new approach to the game. First of all, an open world which is very large. Many of different islands with challenges and lot of strange monsters to defeat. Crafting is also new thing. You can create all your equipment. Lots of weird potions to kick up your nerds. Being able to build and destroy almost anything. Simply a wonderful adventure for hours. Just Gigawesome game! I also recommend the previous parts which are just as great as this one. I already have, and you?

Death Trash
I made a poor narrative choice when I killed every character that looked important, and looking back it was definitely a wrong decision to experience the game, but it’s still nice to have that freedom. Overall the game is a competent tribute to the Fallout series, although I do think that further into the story the game falls apart in terms of difficulty scaling and itemization. There are so many moving parts with a game like this, even the UI would have to be pretty complicated to put everything together, so despite having some polish issues, I still think the dev did a decent job. Notably, the game feels like it was designed with a controller in mind, the way you change the items often involves cycling, which is only ideal if you have limited buttons, and I wish it was more straightforward for the keyboard. Interestingly, the combat also features stamina-based moves, even though I would not qualify it as a souls-like, it still has some similarities when it comes to the melee gameplay. Now I wouldn’t say the game has a great pixel-timing with the enemy attacks, the way you block needs to be more rewarding, I would often get hit right after blocking or dodging - it really depends on the enemy.

One of the first things you encounter in Death Trash is a giant Fleshkraken. A disturbingly pinkish, pulsating, fleshy mass of tentacles, seemingly embedded and sticking out of a wall. Next to him is his human guardian that tells you his ward has been a bit silent lately. Turns out, the Fleshkraken can speak to you, in simple words, but enough to tell you that he wants something. This pops up your first side quest. It’s immediately obvious that from here on out, things can only get more weird, bizzare and definitely more twisted.

Cliché Adventure
Main info:
Cliché Adventure is an open world top down adventure game. It can be played as single player, or with a friend. The game has five unique regions joined by a hub world. Each area contains an over world, a cave system, and a temple to explore. There are Six main boss fights, and twenty mini bosses. The five main temples can be completed in any order. After collecting the five Doodads of Destiny, you can take on the finale boss in his vile fortress.
Museum:
After unlocking the Doodad of ice, you can send monsters to the museum by freezing them. Each area contains different monsters to collect. If you freeze one of each monster, you will unlock the fabulous golden hero sword! which will one shot anything in the game. Step on the reset switch in the grave yard to replay the main quest with all of your upgraded gear, and spells.
Star Shelter
Now completely abandoned by devs. Ignore anything below.
Must admit, initially refunded this game after a few minutes of play. But can wholeheartedly recommend it now after playing for a few more hours.
Yes. It’s early access. Yes, there are still a few bugs. But unlike with most early access games I played the creators are incredibly active, they communicate with their playerbase directly, and fix things with incredible speed. (If you’re curious about this game but wondering if it’s properly supported, hop on to the discord and find out.)

Star Shelter a halfway decent game marred by some very serious flaws.
Once you get over the initial difficulty hump, it’s unbelievably grindy. Then it’s capped off by a series of punishing boss fights, and if you lose any of those, your only real option is to start the game over from the beginning. Which is particularly bad because the mid-game is incredibly boring.
The initial learning curve is incredibly steep. You start with a barely functional fragment of a space station, and you have to scavenge materials from space debris to fix it and improve it. The initial difficulty is about learning how to maneuver in space without using up all your oxygen (since you use suit oxygen as propellant), and learning what debris to look for.

Amazing Chicken Adventures 🐔
I love the game, I think it should have tutorials for newbies. Otherwise, the art is cute and game play is good.

Arise: A Simple Story
Super Mario 3D World, if everything weren’t cats, they removed the Wii U gamepad, and wasn’t Super Mario 3D world
Random title cause I felt like it. I’m not sure on whether to give a ‘recommended’ or ‘not recommended’ for this game, cause it’s a 50/50 split between aspects of this game that I liked, and the ones that infuriated me.
Pros:
-
The Level Designs are amazing. Most games with a persistent time-switching mechanic only have 2 versions of the same map that show the past and the future, and pressing a button transports you to one or the other, but this game lets you slowly see the polygons shift whilst giving you the feeling of manually seeking and rewinding time like it’s a tape recorder. While most puzzles require you to only go back and forth between 2 points in time and freeze it, some puzzles
! (like the rolling boulder or the falling log in level 3) have you constantaneously scrub time and walk at the same time.

Arise: A Simple Story
Arise is a simple yet clever puzzle-platformer that pushes the puzzle-platformer genre in the right direction. Arise is a soulful, relaxing game that revolves around a man’s journey of reliving his bittersweet memories with his partner.
It’s sweet, it’s simple and it’s truly emotionally driven. And combined with its beautiful world and enjoyable gameplay, we have an all-rounder on our hands.

**This review contains no major story spoilers.**
_Haven_ is a narrative-driven adventure that tells the classic, almost cliché story of two lovers on the run from an oppressive force trying to drive them apart. Luckily, the way the story is written and conveyed is pretty damn amazing and easily takes center-stage. _The Game Bakers_ delivered something quite unique in many ways, and it is easy to fall in love with many aspects of this flawed gem.
