Not the best, but a nice pixel platformer, with obstacles, one of which is definitely taken from the game Plants vs Zombies, which is pretty cool. Of the disadvantages, only a too fast character, which is hard to control, but you can get used to it over time. 6/10, I advise you to play if you need to kill time.

To be honest, I expected that, like all platformers, this game will have the same problems as other representatives of the genres, but fortunately, this is not the case and the game is definitely worth your attention, especially for such a paltry price :3

DreamWorks Spirit Lucky’s Big Adventure

NOTE: This has functional keyboard and mouse support, contrary to what the store page claims. Aside from platforming sections being a bit janky the default layout works just fine.

This is pretty fun, but it is almost criminally short for the initial asking price. For such a massive world around the Miradero town site, there’s not a whole lot to do in it once you’ve finished the main quest. Once you complete the side quests, there is literally nothing to do in it apart from riding around on Spirit until he needs grooming.

This game is really good! Beautiful scenery, massive open world, tons of quests/errands to do for people, and, of course, an exciting story. I haven’t got through the whole story, it’s very exciting so far, though! The reason I posted this review this early, though, is because I know lots of people considering wishlisting this might not even consider it worth getting, because it says that the keyboard and mouse is not supported, but, IMPORTANT, that is incorrect information!! You CAN use it, for this game, don’t know why it says it’s not supported, in this game, very misleading….the controls in-game are just shown by what controller buttons to press, yeah, with no option in-game to look at what the keyboard key bindings are, but they are still there, nevertheless, and do work. Because I’m a PC player, more than any other console, I’m used to using a keyboard and mouse, and didn’t like the controller when I tried it out, so am now playing this game with the keyboard and mouse, and, after trying out all the keys on my keyboard, I discovered all the keyboard controls for this game, which do work:

Au-Delà

Au-Delà

Introduction

You control a child who has to go to sleep, alone, in his house, after his parents have left. You will manage as best you can to go to sleep, remembering the instructions given by them, but everything does not go as planned. Surrounded by monsters, you will find yourself in unusual situations as you try to find out where your parents are.

The character

You control a character: a child who is alone at home. He is afraid of the dark and constantly needs his stuffed bunny with him. His movements are those of a child, he does not jump very high and does not have a large inventory.

The main objective

The main objective is to find your parents. For this purpose, you will have to explore the entire house, collect information and items, without dying, by solving puzzles or confronting monsters.

What makes this game different?

Rather than a classic approach to a 3D horror video game, Au-Delà takes the side of a 2D side view, offering a new experience by making you discover another way to appreciate the dark atmosphere of a horror game. It is especially intended for players who like to explore, solve mysteries and who are not afraid of monsters at night. This game also offers a new idea of gameplay by asking you to build OCD throughout the game, making the atmosphere more oppressive. The whole thing is accompanied by a narrative with creaky humor.

Features

  • Exploration: Explore the family house and solve all the mysteries it contains.

  • Inventory: A child cannot carry a lot of items, you will have to choose what you want to keep with you.

  • OCD: You will have to repeat different actions each time you enter a room, an oversight can potentially cost you your life.

  • Time: Time passes as you progress, find your parents before sunrise.

  • Survival: Many monsters will attack you, each of them has its own peculiarities and needs to be avoided differently.

  • Chases: Some monsters will not give you time to breathe, escape quickly or die.

  • Dialogs: Interact with the monsters to get to know them better.

  • Multiple endings: Some of your actions will have an influence on the end of the game.

  • Drawings: Collect the drawings hidden in the house to unlock the secret ending.

Cuccchi

Cuccchi

Really a beautiful exploration and discovery game of interactive art pieces. Just passed level three in the game and was blown away, being there inside these imaginary places and wanting to discover what was happening and what was just out of sight. The music is soo good and really helps with the travel into the paintings and by setting the mood. Exploration is so rewarding.

I would not enjoy Enzo Cucchi’s art by itself, and I did not know who Enzo is before I played this game, I’ve seen a lot of similar works by artists with similar career paths and I am not a fan. ‘Fine art’ as it would be called. But Cuccchi is not just a gallery, it isn’t just a resource for an artist, although it is also that, it is a game in of itself which the gallery part excluded is mostly original, it honestly would have a chance of qualifying as transformative fair use if it wasn’t made with the blessing of the creator (which I’m like 79% sure it is).

Its a good game, i recommend it if its a good sale.

The story is nice and the puzzles are somewhat hard, but not a lot.

The only downside is that it is very short.
