Tons of fun, highly competitive, well made awesome to make some extremely cool team play goals. A bit of a learning curve but so isnt many other competitve games. The dev is awesome and so are the other players. 10/10 Was COMPLETELY worth my money! Please give it a try it is a ton of fun!

So keep in mind that this game is in Alpha. And it will stay in Alpha for about another 6-9 months from what I heard. So far I have played a few hours and I have some honest reviews and predictions for this game.

Current State: The UI is simple and easy to navigate. Character customization in minimal but keep in mind its early and the developers are working night and day to make this game perfect. Maps are basic and textures are a little bland (keep in mind the engine that this game is running on allows for so much room for improvement (think rocketleague looks, then transport them here). On screen displays, such as goals, points, and descriptions of what is going on are super basic but get the point accross for now. Some textures are placeholders, for example 2 of the guns are not finsihed yet and have a chrome look place holder. The audio in the game has room to improve as well, Some sounds in the game could be improved such as music, (or lack there of) there isnt alot of background noise, there is some fan cheers in the background ,sometimes, which is a nice touch, but if they can add more things like that it would be a huge improvement. This might sound like a lot but trust me there is so much potenital in this game.

might say ive only got 42 minutes on the game, but in reality before it was released ive been a moderator for the games discord for 6 months and have easily 100 hours on it already if not more, super fun with friends, locomotion is great, weapons are balanced, and outfits are funny but detailed, 100% would recommend this game

THIS IS A MOVEMENT BASED FPS GAME. I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews about speed-hackers and there’s no such thing. Think of it sorta like Titanfall’s movement. Slide hopping is the main movement mechanic and certain weapons and classes allow even more movement opportunities (shotgun/rocket jumping, wall jumping, wall grinding).

As someone that’s played the game for about 2 years now, I can attest to how addicting the game and its mechanics are. The community is tight-knit and welcoming (especially on Twitch), there’s market and trading features similar to CS:GO, there’s a comp scene with weekly cash-prize tournaments, there’s loads of ways to customize your game including custom mods, scopes, and overlays, and there’s an endless amount of content to be played with the thousands of custom games people have made.

Krunker is a hard game to get into. Public lobbies are full of stompers and custom games need basic understanding of game mechanics that, of course, no one tells you about. Im going to try to explain the basics of the game, in case you dont want to make your own research.

The most basic thing you need to know about is slide hoping. Its easy to download the game and in your first game get confused, seeing everyone around you flying like if they were cheaters. Most of them arent. You see, unlike in games like Quake or Counter Strike, strafing wont matter while slidehopping. Landing while crouching will make you slide, providing you a nice speed boost that you can chain to do a “slidehop”. Jump, hold shift and a few seconds after you land jump again. This is something you will do a lot. Actually, all the time. Get used to it. Also keep in mind that some classes like the SMG can walljump or “rocketjump”…? with the shotgun.

Best of both worlds: Rocket jump (quake) & Shock Rifle that lets you do great combos (Unreal Tournament).

If you liked Unreal Tournament, Toxikk, or just want to try a new arena fps, get this. What makes this stand out from the rest, are the perks (teleporting, invisibility, etc) and the different types of movements the game offers, such as, multiple wall jumps, higher jumps, etc..

The game is in an early access stage easily worth the $10. Its polished, has content, and upcoming tournaments. That being said, it can benefit even more by:

To sum it up: The best arena shooter in a long period of time, everything is done perfectly, bringing unreal tournaments best moments together with the best things, which made quake so addictive, movement possibiliets are brilliant, playing the maps smoothly to the gallery + the workshop support, which is perfectly integrated into the game, is the cherry on the cake. Thumbs Up !

Bottle Flip Challenge VR

This is actually a pretty fun game and its incredibly unrealistic which makes it hilarious to do caps from across the map lol but a suggestion of something they could add is possibly more different bottle types for more difficulty or more ease (other than the cans on the moon of course)

Grapple Tournament

Grapple Tournament

Quite possibly one of the most fun VRPVP’s I’ve played. If you’re a fan of classic arena shooters, this is the game for you! And also everyone else because this game takes VR movement to the max.

The weapons are unique, and they’re balanced very nicely. Each one has it’s own counter, and each player even gets a complimentary bow attached to their wrist.

The maps have a bunch of variety, and each one supports a different slightly different play-style. There’s almost definitely something in here for everyone, and with even more new maps coming soon, you’d be missing out to not play this game right now.

Ooohhhhhohohooo mmmaaaaannnnn, Takes deep breath, okay okay okay… okay okay….. I must have a disclaimer to my opinion/excitement: I am have been a die hard fan of Unreal Tournament/Quake/Arena Shooter since the golden era of the mid-late 90’s, also, I am a massive VR enthusiast. With that said, this game is practically tailored by the gods for me, XD

It has the love letter inspiration from UT in the weapon design (primary/alt fire usage and combos. Flak Cannon, Shock Rifle, etc. ), in the level design with verticality, windy corridors, open platforming awesomeness, and the locomotion is nearly flawless. The health and armor pick-ups, jump pads (more of a quake thing but still).

Rating: 10/10

This game is an absolute masterpiece, it will forever be S-Tier to me. It’s a competitive game solely based on who has better aim, cutting out the middle man like most games. Though old, the graphics and maps are very stunning and iconic. This game is not for everyone because it’s hard to master the different weapons, a lot of the players are top tier, and the game sadly isn’t very popular anymore, so consider all when buying.
