A review from someone who’s started playing on day 2 of PC release:
Not as good as it could be, but it’s an early access game to keep an eye on. Key words: Early Access.
To start, it is very obviously pc port of a P2W mobile game. It’s monetization copies Clash Royale, being that you gain card for each of your characters through winning games and/or buying them directly with buyable in-game currency. You then use the cards to upgrade your characters through currency obtained the same ways. For some reason, I don’t seem to be getting matched in multiplayer with people who have realized this is a thing yet.

Before the review, just going to point out the conclusion first.
Ignore the ignorant reviews. Bans, Picks, Player traits, stats and mastery. YES THEY ALL MATTER!! Keep playing the game and STOP trying to RUSH for results and you’ll be enjoying the game a lot more. As you keep playing, you’ll notice EVERYTHING in the game matters and you will end up winning. (The game has gotten too easy for me now)
I saw many negative reviews with different opinions on why it’s bad (stats doesn’t matter, its scripted, I keep losing, player development is useless etc.) I really thought the same. You’ll experience each of the different complaints you see as a review.

This is, by far, one of my favourite games ever.
I have never played a simulation game that has captivated me in such a manner as Teamfight Manager has. The essence of eSports is captured in such a fun and exciting way that I find myself unable to put the game down. The underlying systems that this small team of Korean developers have created allow for a dynamic, unique and unparalleled experience.
I currently have palythroughs going for both on and off stream, and despite the fact I’m very early on in one playthrough and have been the world champion in the other, both files are still fun to play. Champions being introduced such as the Shield Bearer really disrupt the meta, and the way that teams utilize said champions dictates who gets nerfed and how.

I would very much recommend this game. It is fun, fast, easy to learn but hard to master. There are lots of fun guns, a GREAT community (very very few trolls), and is growing. The developers are working hard, and only release good stuff. So besides for those reasons above here are the Pros:

It’s no secret that the standard “free to play” model for online games as a service employs micro-transactions as the primary source of revenue. These can be implemented with varying levels of egregiousness from game to game. It’s practically unheard of for anyone on the consumer side of the gaming industry to praise the use of in-game purchases but when a f2p game can finance itself while also respecting its playerbase the gaming community is vocally reverent. A great example of this is Path of Exile, a game funded through in-game cosmetics that players would buy because they loved the game experience. On the other side you have games like Candy Crush or any number of EA or Ubisoft titles where the game is filled with artificial fun-roadblocks, such as having time limits or restricted progress, which can only be lifted with your wallet.

Nah. Sorry for my 2 previous reviews, game is utter cock. You need to have 10+ points better to win a league and even then it is trying hard to make you lose. This game has got dick all to do with ability or management or football sense. The results would appear to be utterly random and i have played 12 seasons and taken lowly Chesterfield from non league to the prem, but you need a far better team than the rest in the league and even then, good luck with the utterly random results.

I liked this game and got addicted to. Good game but in some cases horror. If you restart your career, with any full or soft restart the player salaries are very high during the bargaining with the agent. You cannot handle wgae bugdet given by the board. Only way to get full new registration of the steam. If you look for a manager game for some week, you have to run with it.
