You can play 2 player local. I don’t believe you can play online. Though the game play itself is not bad, the concept of single player game is bad. You start with 6000 coins and can play a single match betting 0, 100, 500 or 1000 coins. If you win, you get more coins and can buy better looking cues. If you eventually lose all your coins, then you will need to in purchase coins. There’s no point of this game, there’s no tournaments or multiple opponents. Opponents always about the same ability, they’re pretty good.

World CHAMPIONS: Decathlon

World CHAMPIONS: Decathlon

Great game, reminds me of old arcade games and early home computing, in a good way :) Really nicely made, would love to see a player vs AI Decathlon rather than just the player alone or with online, like a simple “career” mode but the game is brilliant fun as it is and well worth a fiver. Well-polished, no bugs, runs smoothly, great job dev!

Back in 1983 we were introduced to a game called Track and Field. Fast forward to 2021 and we have World CHAMPIONS: Decathlon. A true homage to not only Track and Field, but all of the Olympic type sports arcade games of the 80s.

The graphics are full retro style, and the sounds are as if you were stood in an arcade in the 80s.

We are back to button bashing greatness.

There are ten events to choose from, which you can take part in one at a time, as well as all ten in succession in the Decathlon mode.

This game takes me back to being a little kid visiting the Atlantic City boardwalk. At the time they had “casinos” like these with fun games to play for tickets or tokens that could be cashed in for prizes. It probably cost my parents a small fortune to win items that would be dollar store quality today, but I loved the experience.

So step off the boardwalk into a tiny casino arcade. The coin pusher was my absolute favorite, and realistic to what I remember. I really like the overall feel and physics of that one. It feels the most authentic. Things like the stacker machine would have been after my time, but that was also realistic, at least compared to the ones I’ve played in VR.

Great game. Today I have remembered what it’s like to play 16x16 and it’s really really fun. Shooting mechanics feel very smooth. Love it. I guess I understand why people still play this game.

Engine Evolution 2021

This game is very nice. Despite there are some bugs and glitches (as it is an Early-Access-Game) is is nicely made. There is an functional Multiplayer Mode, an Practice mode where you can train your times, multiple Techtrees from different countries to research and buy bikes, and an custom race room where you can (when you are the owner of the room) decide, on which track you can play, which mode you want to play (Race or qualifying) and how long you want to play. There are multiple Events a week and is easy to play.

TLDR 7/10 (if ther’s nice group of players 10/10)

Super fun if u find 2-3 decent players in lobby.

AI drivers suck but is of no too big issue for grinding upgrades, learning tracks etc.

Don’t give up before T5 as bikes get less twitchy some like BMW even before.

If u have controller use it as analog controls make big difference(keys still work fine though).

Most tracks are nice and fluid.

Bikes look like their real counterparts but driving characteristics are imaginary and its perfectly ok for an arcade racer(germany-fast but hevy slow turners, japan-allrounders, italy-very manuverable but slower etc.)

Ragtag Racing

Ragtag Racing

Ragtag Racing is a cheap, small file size, racing game on Steam, it is a super simple 3D Motorsport type game.

You can play in two separate views, in the driver’s seat, or from above/behind. I have never liked playing games from the driver’s perspective, so straight away I chose the above/behind viewpoint.

Race on a track, try to get from the back of the pack to the front and progress to the next track. Sounds simple! Well, it is and it isn’t. The most important part of the game is your fuel level. Run out of fuel and you are done.

Its a pretty fun game, the npc’s ram you a lot tho and its a good game to play when bored and you have nothing else to play. Game is kinda hard aswell.
