Enjoyed the game, graphics are fantastic, but had problems thru-out. For no reason it would start to rotate the player non stop. Had to exit game and restart. When I got to the point to gather the Polonium Fuel It wouldn’t open the last gate to gather the fuel container. After further play time I found my error. Also it would be nice if you added a list of game save points so you can return to a previous point in the game.

I started playing this game when it was in early access, it’s a great game! Thoroughly enjoying it every time i play it. I love the beautiful surroundings and the vibrant colours in game, the humour has also had me smiling as that is something i quite like in games. The controls of the game are simple also. I think the game is great fun and addictive :) I am grateful that i was given the opportunity to play, thank you! The only negative i have is that sometimes it can be a little laggy but it’s not a deal breaker.

Very nice short game. Awesome character artworks and lots of fanservice (nothing hardcore though). The story and dialogues are also very well done. My only complaints are its a bit too short and need more towns and NPC (because the naked comments are so fun to read lol). Can’t wait for the next game from this developer.

Fun and cute but with many flaws, barely gets a positive. Needing to follow the game-guide closely or else you will miss many quests and items makes gameplay tedious. The “punchball” event can crash if you re-arrange your team. RPG-maker games are low-effort as is, so I expect a bit better.

*I edited this review from negative to positive after finding a way around the puncbowl bugs, and noticing my son likes the cute animations in this game lol *

More dark

More dark

A fine 2d puzzle platformer. More Dark offers surprisingly much for such a small package. We have 2x30 levels of pushing boxes puzzles, three abilities, two (arcanoid-style) mini games, two (bowser/hammer tortoise) mini-bosses, nice pixel art, and your typical chiptunes (actually, not too bad and gloomy, but not my really thing, I am picky when it comes to music. Though the sound effects are annoying, I’ve had to turn them off.

Unfortunately, the controls are rather weak, esp. if you use the keyboard, not game breaking but you easily die because your jump was not precise, you hit the bomb instead of the slime button, or simply tap on R by accident and reset the current level.

More Dark is by no means a perfect game. You play as what appears to be a an imp (whose sprite reminds me of Ned Flanders) that has to solve platforming puzzles to kill prisoners in Hell for some reason while the devil is on vacation.

Allow me to go over the cons: It’s very short. The dialogue is terribly translated. Said dialogue spoken by Evilina, the demon lady featured in all the art is spoken by a man without any sort of attempt at making it sound like a woman. Said demon lady is the only truly decent-looking pixel art in the game. Most of the difficulty of puzzles is thanks to red herrings. Much of the usable items rely on trial and error because you’re only given some of the details about how they work. The unlockable hats rely on finding a key in random levels by hugging the walls to find their exact location rather than being an optional, more-difficult level solution. The presence of a respawn button can make you accidentally kill yourself and add to your kill count. Said button is pointless because you can just exit the level and go back in if you get stuck, and that doesn’t count toward death total. Finally, sometimes there’s an odd hitbox inconsistency because at one point, I landed right on a normal enemies head and died.

Zombie Solitaire

Zombie Solitaire

Everyone knows what Solitaire is. We all know it can be played for free at any time. Reason most of us buy solitaire games is because we expect a bit more than the regular game that we’re used to.

Zombie Solitaire seems to try and give us that but falls very short. Unlike original Solitaire, you can move in any direction and your colour suit doesn’t matter, which ends up making the game pretty easy. In between different escape stages, you solve a point and click ‘puzzle’ (if it can even be called that) which never takes more than a few seconds. You’ll start getting bored on the first chapter and because the game doesn’t offer any challenge, regardless of your progression, that’s how you’ll feel the rest of the game.

Real player with 14.7 hrs in game

zombie solitaire is not a terrible game. you get your standard solitaire gameplay with a zombie theme and good enough artwork, there are even point & click sections, albeit very basic ones, before entering each area, and there are 103 levels to play through, so you should be entertained for a few hours. or you would be if it weren’t for a few issues.

Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3 is The Family Circus by way of Spencer’s Gifts, a game with long, earnest quests about how darn good coffee is punctuated by gore and gun violence. Borderlands 3 walks by dog poop, points at it, and laughs, and then sets it on fire. Borderlands 3 stays up until 11:30 pm drinking soda and googling crass Flash animations, taking detailed notes.

It’s stuck in the late ’00s, when surface level vulgarity was enough to qualify as edgy—Borderlands 3 is seriously obsessed with turds—and when the series was first conceived. It’s stuck in a time when memes lasted months rather than days, when referential humor was still a novelty and not exhausting, when you could point at something the slightest bit abnormal or gross and call it a joke. Simpler times, not necessarily better times.

Real player with 2983.2 hrs in game

Let’s talk about the positives first, the graphics as everyone would expect are a lot better, the devs managed to keep the comic/cartoony look of the past games which gave the franchise more character. The combat is faster and more chaotic, the shooting is far better and the mobility of your character is a lot smoother. The guns are better, there is more variety with cooler designs and mechanics.

Now about the negatives, oh man where do I even begin… First big oopsie, I felt that the game doesn’t care about almost any of the loved characters of the previous games. Half of the past characters appear for 1 or 2 hours (or not at all) and the other half that plays a major role are treated with no respect. Like where the fuck is claptrap?! You cant have a borderlands game without Claptrap playing a major role. The second big oopsie is the villains, they are so cringe… literally. I mean ok, everyone knew that it’s hard to compete with Hansome Jack, but these villains are so fking bad, probably the worst villains I have ever witnessed. Their character feels so forced, they tryed to make them cool with all the memes but the execution is so bad. The DLCs are a lot better than the main game and part of the reason is SPOILER the main game villains don’t appear in any of them.
