Raven’s Point

Raven’s Point

Raven’s Point is a town. Raven’s Point is also a game. Solve puzzles and explore a seemingly never-ending maze of unnerving hallways and rooms inside a terrifying house of secrets. You’re not only trapped within the town of Raven’s Point, you’re also trapped within the game.

DEEP EXPLORATION

Dive down into the rabbit hole of Sara’s mind-bending, ever-changing home. Rooms will appear and disappear and new paths will unearth themselves as you explore deeper and deeper into the darkest recesses of the house. With dozens of alternate paths to take and hundreds of secrets waiting to be found, the world of Raven’s Point is shrouded in both mystery and intrigue.

ABSTRACT PUZZLE-SOLVING

In Sara’s attempt to escape her home, the house itself is a puzzle waiting to be solved. New branches can be unlocked and discovered, hidden areas can be unearthed, and secrets can be found through unconventional puzzle mechanics that test both your creativity and abstract puzzle solving skills.

CONFRONT YOUR INNER DEMONS

During her journey, Sara must learn to confront and overcome the demons hunting after her. Taking the form of her own personal traumas, her own mind is often the greatest enemy. Unsure who to trust, she must find a way to avoid different terrifying threats whilst piecing together the fragments of her mind to feel whole again. She must decide whether the greatest enemy is herself, or the person controlling her.

LEARN NEW LOGIC

Raven’s Point is a game that constantly changes around you. Each room is unique and offers multiple secrets and methods of exploration. Objects that weren’t there before may suddenly appear, rooms that were there before are suddenly different, things that wouldn’t normally be possible are suddenly viable. Raven’s Point is a game meant to be played like it’s a game. It aims to create a whole new world of logic that leaves you questioning what is real and which secrets were meant to be discovered. A feeling of accomplishment yet emptiness. A feeling you didn’t want to experience. Become immersed in the town of Raven’s Point but don’t forget everything is trapped within the window. Don’t be afraid to break the rules.

At first, I felt that the game was harder than I thought.

But it was an interesting challenge. and I was amazed by the puzzle sense of the developer.

I was amazed at the ingenious puzzles that I couldn’t see in other games.

I’m fully willing to pay $4 for this game. I love this game.

Lost in Terra Mora

This game tried to access the internet, which is not necessary in any way. My anti-virus caught it, and I blocked it.

I got to the shack with the “secret floorboard” and it wouldn’t budge. Went to all four areas, the game gave no indication of what to do. There was no solution present, so this is either malware, or it simply doesn’t work.

-20/10.

i had recently seen a youtuber play this i had to check it out ! i thought all his jumping and shrieking was all for show but after playing this wow shit made me jump outa my skin when i got caught the only thing so far i have to say is maybe put some kind of map in there to reference not one that stays on the screen as i know thats part of the thrill of the game . but also i could be wrong but the colors to fix the electricity was a little odd for me but over all cant wait for more !!!! would be cool to interact with more objects maybe start a fire in the power house as a diversion or something but great game so far cant wait to see whats next

Loving the game so far! It really has me wondering what´s real and what isn´t and i´m really looking forward to seeing how to story progresses. The gameplay is mostly very smooth, but i do have a couple problems with it.

Mainly the fact that there´s no map or no way to know where you are and have to rely on pure memory, which kinda sucks for me since i tend to forget new things such as the geography of a place rather quickly, so it was a bit hard to navigate through the park since i didn´t know where i had to go, so i think it would be a good idea to implement a map of sorts as an item, but without telling you exactly where you are, just the general geography of the place. The second problem was a bug that threw me off a bit a while after i began spoilers ahead for those who haven´t played it. After i grabbed Sam´s phone on the ground, after walking around for a minute or two, the phone appeared again on the ground and i picked it up again, which made the dialogues mix up and be interrupted by one another, basically giving me a hard time to understand what was going on. I´d appreaciate it if you could fix it so future players don´t have the same problem i did when trying to understand what´s going on.

Spirits of Carter Mansion

Spirits of Carter Mansion

The idea for the game was good, execution not so much. The directions were really confusing (North, South, East, and West instead of Left, Right, Up/Down Stairs, Down the Hall, etc.) and there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to it. I felt like I’d be upstairs and then the next thing I know I’m staring down the basement stairs somehow. This wouldn’t be too bad if there weren’t so many different directions to go in. I feel like if I really wanted to try to figure it out I’d have to take a pen and paper and physically draw a map, and it’s just not effort I’m willing to put in. The way the game is laid out makes the layout of the mansion really unclear. When I downloaded this I was looking for something fun and a little challenging to play through, but instead it feels like I got something that was going to require a lot of work. If you’re into that sort of thing I think you’ll like this game, but if you are like me and are just looking for a game to casually play, maybe try something else.

The idea of this game is pretty alright but i think the execution just made the game all too confusing, the hand is a little unnecessary and it doesn’t really add anything to the gameplay. The directions you can go in should be labeled as left right etc.. or the actual action you are performing like: “go up the stairs” “go down the hall” “go into the room on the left” and once you know the locations it can be instead of “go to the room on the left” it can say “go into the pool room”.

The game seemed interesting enough we just got really lost and it took away from the fun of the game especially since the same image is used for multiple different rooms.

Update: I have published a guide with translations and solutions to the compass. It is currently awaiting approval. Hope this helps anyone who was stuck!

This game is not for everybody. Avoid if you’re not a fan of puzzles, because there are a ton. Some of which are exceptionally esoteric and obscure. You may end up having to work your noodle a bit harder than normal(giggity) or consulting a walkthrough/video.

There were so many things about this game that tugged at my heartstrings for so many reasons. The biggest one being that it gave me serious Silent Hill vibes.

It is a great game, the atmosphere is amazing for a horror game and the graphics are nice. I would recommend playing the first game before this one for a better understand of the deep and interesting story. But if you just want to play without much of a care for story, just look up a Youtube video on the story for game 1 and play this one. This game is for any skill level gamer, you could be a casual gamer like me and enjoy it or you could be elite gamer and still enjoy it on a higher difficulty. I’m kinda dragging on but I genuinely love this game and I feel it should be shared with others. So if you play it alone or with some buds, you’ll have a good time, quite a few scares and moments where you go “how tf did I miss that!” Btw this is a puzzle game with a nice combat system. So when you finish reading the review I hope I convinced you to get it. I rate it 20/10.

Solicitude Wake-up

Pretty dam scary, only few issues that I had so far:

-Monsters sometimes camp in front of the door and never leave

-Can no longer grab items(might be an index issue)

-sometimes the shelfs dont open right away (possibly index)

-sometimes lose all the batteries (not sure what causing this)

The above can all be fixed by restarting the game.

Honestly good for the price I got it for and with some improvements I can see this being replayable

Solicitude Wake-up is a VR Horror Survival game. Basically, you’ll be walking through very dark corridors, looking for batteries and keycards, while monsters roam around the hallways. You’ll have to navigate through the darkness with your handy flashlight, which needs constant battery recharges. Yeah, it’s that kind of horror game.

The darkness hides the pretty bad visual quality of this game, with the poor muddy textures, uninspired level design, and bland 3D models and animations. It is almost impossible to see without the flashlight and it’s also difficult to see with it. You will at times be able to hear monsters as they roam outside the door of your current room. Unfortunately, that’s pretty much the highlight of the game.
