RESONARK X
Played this in vrchat and honestly it’s really fun. ^^ I hope to see a option for custom songs? similar to BeatSabers mods. The problem I have is the blue note. They work better in this game then in vrchat. In vrchat, they kinda delay a bit? idk if that’s a vrchat issue or not, hopefully that gets fixed. Overall it’s not a bad game I hope to see more content.

PROJECTIONS
This is an extremely unique and fun game. I’ve been a fan of Wolfgun’s music for many years, and when I saw the trailer, I was dazzled but I shared others' concerns about the game being visually busy or hard to follow. I was proven wrong very quickly and I’m really amazed at how quickly I picked it up and how fun and addicting it is. I think this game has an incredible spirit to it, the story mode is quite interesting and high concept and I find myself pondering the meaning (or meanings) of it weeks later. I’m extremely excited to see what Wolfgun does next and I think this is a remarkable first game and definitely a worthwhile experience.

If you, like me, have never played a hack-and-slash game in your life, you may very likely find Projections a bit difficult and even frustrating at first. Every time you get smacked and your score is halved for it, even though you swear you hit the dodge button just in time to parry that attack from an entity you’re familiar with? If you, like me, get incredibly invested in and perhaps a little overly-competitive over beating your own high scores? It can be a bit disheartening to say the least.

Gravity Runner
An innovative platformer/runner from an indie dev. It’s fun and hard - each level ramps up the difficulty and throws some new obstacles at you. I love the aesthetics - the scenery, lighting and soundtrack set up a cool vibe.

A fun neon endless runner. As you progress more mechanics get introduced and the levels become trickier - and as you fall behind things get more chaotic and difficult!
Huge fan of the cyber neon graphic style.

EZ2ON REBOOT : R
The good:
-
There are 230+ songs from all kinds of genres, one of the most varied song lists I’ve seen in a rhythm game. Also, we’re getting 4~ new songs each month for free.
-
I get over 500 fps on a slightly dated setup, making the gameplay smooth and input-lag free.
-
The difficulty distribution covers all skill levels, so both beginners and veterans can enjoy most of the content (except for the 8-keys mode, which only has 1 difficulty per song for now.)
-
The patterns are quite varied and complements the songs very well, there’s also modifiers to randomize the charts in multiple ways, so you can enjoy the same charts in different flavors

This review is aimed at newer rhythm game enthusiasts looking for another game to play and wondering if this game is for them.
What is EZ2ON ?
EZ2ON is a PC spinoff of the arcade series EZ2DJ (now called EZ2AC for legal reasons, more on that later) which is an hardcore (and I mean hardcore) rhythm game heavily inspired by beatmania. The series is considered extremely high quality by rhythm game standards and is beloved by a niche, almost exclusively Korean, really hardcore fanbase.
EZ2ON first released as a free to play game in 2008, shutdown then revived in 2013 with a new interface and some new songs, then shut down again as the free to play model wasn’t viable. The game was also exclusive to South Korea.

Run Die Run Again (RDRA)
It is 2127 and the divide between the “haves” and “have-nots” has grown to astronomical proportions. To give the masses entertainment and hope of being elevated from their state of poverty, the governments of the world formed a “lottery meets Olympics”, in the form of the contest called, “The Run”. In The Run, athletes are selected to navigate virtual obstacle courses, filled with deadly hazards. The courses are so tough that people started calling the game, “Run, Die, Run Again” or “RDRA”, for short. Eventually, The Run was renamed, to Run, Die, Run Again.
