Love Language Japanese

Love Language Japanese

This game is the hub around which all my other Japanese learning resources revolve. I have apps, books, websites, but progressing through Love Language Japanese is my main objective.

! You play the role of a foreign student who lied on his application to get admitted to a prestigious Japanese school. His lie is found out, but they let him stay on the condition that he passes weekly tests. If you fail a single test, you are expelled from the school and it’s game over. Helpful hint: save your game right before each test. That way if you flunk out, you can easily get back to it to retake the test. It’s kind of like a harem game because there is only one other male character. The women at the school make the game fun and interesting. I did fail one test and got expelled. After that I buckled down and studied my other resources, then came back at a save point before the test and passed it. I’m developing a crush on one of the girls. She may be waifu material for me. The lessons are just right: not too hard and not too easy. You do have to be serious about learning Japanese to enjoy this game. I recommend you get supplemental resources to help you learn your hiragana and katakana. There are two things I don’t like: 1) When I go into settings to turn down the background music so I can listen to pronunciation, the change in the setting doesn’t stay. So I have to turn the music down every time I use the program. 2) Everything is timed. That is understandable for tests, but exercises are also timed. That is counterproductive because I need time to figure things out sometimes. Those minuses aside, I highly recommend Love Language Japanese for the serious weeb or learner of Japanese.

Hello Everyone,

This review will be covering developer Papurika Moe’s first published title, “Love Language Japanese”. In this game, players will have the chance to learn the basic aspects of the Hiragana and Katakana writing systems, along with some rudimentary sentence phrases. With that being said, let’s get this review underway. Hope you enjoy

In the words of our best friend Max “Break a Leg”.

Love Language Japanese Is a visual novel style dating simulator that is focused on teaching the player the basic function of the Hiragana and Katakana writing systems. The game does this by enrolling the player into a twelve-week Japanese course where the player will learn the basic Hiragana/Katakana characters and some basic word/phrases in Japanese. During the first three weeks players will learn the 46 Basic Hiragana and Katakana characters; along with their alternate dakuon (20 characters), and handakuon (5 character) forms). To make things simple, you will learn 142 characters by week 3 in the game. From there, the remaining 9 weeks were spent learning numbers, how to tell time, rudimentary sentence congregation, customary pleasantries, how to ask for directions, how to state your likes/dislikes, and how to give a retelling of daily events. The game gives the player several opportunities to practice with the various materials that you learn through out to course of the game, which is always a nice edition to games that focus on teaching the player a new language.

This game has a TON of potential and I really hope the developers see my review. The game looks really good but isn’t really worth a buy at this point in time.

While it might be fun for small children some of the organ systems aren’t even detailed enough for high school classes. Also some of the information is incorrect (not a doctor but my wife is) for example the lower arm bones were labels “right lower ulga” when it is actually a femur and an ulga.

For now I am requesting a refund because I cant find any information about future development but with just a little more detail, like being able to break up the different parts of the brain, I think this game could be an amazing study tool and really cool to play around with.

Wow! Game is awesome! Now, being at a distance study, students are very interested in listening to the teacher and studying the structure of the human body.I am looking forward to the next projects of this studio!

Let’s get the obvious out of the way first. A free app with an enormous number of classic paintings in high resolution ( perfectly fine resolution free of charge IMHO). Good locomotion/navigation and a decent presentation. I think the presentation can be improved, as others have mentioned, however I and my wife easily got absorbed in the art, itself. The magnification feature is handy, especially when you move in somewhat close to the larger paintings…and there are some massive paintings in this offering. With now over 1000 paintings, one can plot their own art history journey for quite some time without exhausting the content here. I applaud the effort and I’m grateful VR experiences like this are here for us all. I viewed the experience on an HP Reverb G2 headset.

Gee! This is a really great app! More than one thousand of art masterpieces scanned at high resolution and exhibited in a virtual museum with audio comments and classical music soundtrack. And it’s completely free! It’s not like browsing images on your flat device, it’s more like being there, in the virtual museum; beauty of the paintings seems to be enhanced by artificial light, just like in real museum. I would like just better textures (ceiling, floor, walls, etc.), more details in the galleries, and also better frames around the paintings. You can also enjoy a few photo galleries. Absolutely suggested to art lovers.

This is now one of my favorite things in VR, and definitely the thing I’ll show friends first. Thanks to the forum, I learned that it works perfectly in Windows Mixed Reality (O+ owner here). All you have to do is pick up the flier, then then point at the floor, like a laser pointer, and hit up on the touchpad, and then you can aim the teleport with the orange grid that appears on the floor. There is no arc, unlike a normal teleport.

To get to the 2nd floor (which is probably the best part!) go into the glass elevator, near the coffee shop place thinger.

Graphic

Wonderful, but the sculptures got a huge difference in the quality of the scans and the texture resolution. But all of the models are very good fixed after scanning. There are no recognizable holes in the models or scan shadows. Also the textures are very fine here is the display resolution the bottleneck for the experience.

The Textures are so fine you can push your head against the canvas to see the little details.

For the bump mapping (relief map) it looks for the most models like a random and titled image, some other looks like real scanned artifacts.

I can’t say it’s the best among all the Yuri game i have played, but it is indeed the mostly anticipated. The characters are so cute.

Distant Memoraĵo presents a dramatic story between Rin and Ruka and a heart-warming past between Ruka and Rei. The beautiful element of The Expression Amrilato series in its narrative is the language barrier that exists to separate Rin from Ruka while highlighting Rin’s homesickness from time to time. Although, you might feel disappointed with the lack of Juliamo lessons which has been one of the main features of the previous installment. Nevertheless, Distant Memoraĵo has beautifully emphasized Rin and Rei’s emotions by putting Ruka as their common interests.

Gachimuchi

Gachimuchi

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Gachimuchi. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of traps most of the jokes will go over a typical weeb’s head. There’s also Van’s dominant personality, which is deftly woven into his characterisation-his personal philosophy draws heavily from BDSM, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they’re not just funny-they say something deep about TRAPS. As a consequence people who dislike Gachimuchi truly ARE idiots-of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humor in Volha’s catchphrase, “FUCK YOU," which itself is a cryptic reference to masturbation. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Volha’s genius wit unfolds itself on their monitors. What fools . . . how I pity them. And yes, by the way, I DO have a Gachimuchi tattoo and no, you cannot see it. It’s for the traps' eyes only-and even then they have to demonstrate that they’d also pay at least $300 to get fisted before hand. Nothin' personal kid.

Skin best girl? dude? what? Van is nice too, Biollante its fine tho, humm Stev is cool, Boss is where its at, Eva is ok, Ryia decent, Darren darn cute, Billy gang fappity fap, Paul you gotta be kitten me, oh Camer yea more than passable, Alice hey that is pretty good.

Not exactly a perfect game, i mean needs some polishing here and there, maybe change the font or color of the text in some parts, extend the timer for the casuals, “cough cough” bulge pls, well i was expecting more lewd, had fun beating it with my gaming grandpa, also playing with my shelf minigame.

My review of this game is long overdue, but with the release of the next game in the series, I figured it was around time to get to this. First off, I will say that, as some others have pointed out, this game alone does not teach Esperanto well, and it doesn’t feature an incredible yuri story. However, I think it does a very good job creating a believable world and likable characters, and I was particularly impressed with the portrayal of language to this effect. I would argue that this, in turn, made me significantly more interested in seeking other sources to more properly study the language, which I believe to be far more important than a single good lesson.

When I first bought this game in a sale I didn’t expect very much. I thought it would be an educational game…and I didn’t (and still don’t) find video games an effective medium for serious learning. Maybe they are useful to children, but at my age, if I intend to learn something, I want to get a good idea of the overall picture and the basics in the shortest possible amount of time; video games just tend to dilute down things so much that it becomes hard to keep track of the big picture.

But I was wrong. This game, at least for me, is still first and foremost a visual novel. It tells a lovely story, and lets me experience the life of a girl struggling in a world where everyone uses an unfamiliar language. Learning the basics of the language is part of that experience; it does not have to be an end in itself. And the game does a wonderful job in conveying that experience, from the utter helplessness at the beginning, the fun and frustration in guessing the meaning of unfamiliar words, to the satisfaction in understanding something I didn’t understand before.

Some lovely drawn anthropomorphic creature pictures, all broken up so you can puzzle them back together. No mature content, but a nice set of achievements.

I actually kind of liked this game, even though it is doesn’t earn the mature content warning. It’s not furry hentai, and the mature content warning kinda promised that. Trust me, I looked, and there are no unclothed foxes or dragons, nary a one. What you do get are twelve artworks of male and female fandom faves in suggestive outfits or poses. Nothing too naughty and honestly reminds me of the furry comics from decades ago when the women and men were shapely and it passed right over my more innocent head.

Shower With Your Dad Simulator 2015: Do You Still Shower With Your Dad

Shower With Your Dad Simulator 2015: Do You Still Shower With Your Dad

This year was my freshman year at college. I was in a new environment, without any friends, studying a degree that was created last year. The success of the degree itself is largely uncertain, but it’s what I’m passionate about, so that’s gotta count for something -right?

The first couple weeks of college were dull and uneventful. I would wake up, shower, have breakfast, leave for my lectures. Cruise through the day, learning and working well. When I got home I would type my notes, have some food, and then work on any assignments -if there were no assignments due, I would watch some TV or jam something on Steam.

One of the greatest games i’ve ever played in my life, My father was lost during the war so I never had the chance to shower with him. Now that i’m 22 years old i’ve always felt as if something was missing in my life. This game has filled the void.

Edit: For those who are unaware, my goal is to hit 10,000 hours within the game, because then, by Gladwell’s standards I have mastered showering with my Dad.

Edit: We have hit the 7,000 hours mark, only 3,000 hours left! I started this journey roughly 10 months ago and I must say that I am very greatful to all of the support from the showering community, i’ve received some very kind motivation from many people. This has honestly been a life changing experience for me and again thank you everyone for following me on this path to enlightenment
