Drugs and Crime Idle

Drugs and Crime Idle

-Summary

I enjoy this game, there’s not a lot going on to it but it’s still a game which takes a few days in total to almost finish. You take the role of a drug dealer and you have the opportunity to grow marijuana and sell multiple different drugs. You got a variety to choose from. You unlock different areas on the map and upgrade your drug dealers in order to maximise profit and speed up the amount of time it takes to sell the product. You can start a money laundering business in order to produce clean money, as well as a gambling section to buy, sell and unlock different crates which give different rewards which are by chances.

I love the idle genre, and I want to like this game, but there are too many little things wrong with it to recommend it right now. I fundamentally dislike the lootbox mechanic, but even setting that aside, there are some serious flaws for an “idle” game:

1.) Your end game progress is capped by whether you have the DLC (almost every core game feature is level capped, but the cap is higher with DLC). I think the free version would be better advertised as a demo, and you have to pay for the full version (which I have no problem with). Most idle games allow you to pay for faster progress or an early boost, but this is the only game I know of where a free player can’t even approach a paying player in endgame, no matter how much time they invest.

First of all some critics claim that this is a pay to win which simply is not true. You’ll get more resources than you need to complete it just by playing it (you really do not need to spend any money on it unless you want to support the devs). This is one of those rare games that really lives up to it’s 5/5 rating.

True value 10-15 £.

Although the size of the battles are mostly small to mini this is a true contender for best game of the decade. I’ve played it back to back, all the campaigns and every scenario, over and over again. It is that good!

Great little game if you like turn based games.

No need to spend any cash either which is a bonus.

You can achieve highest levels on mage and alchemy very quickly just by playing the easy levels.

Major in magic and seige and do the hard levels to raise them to full rank.

Do the levels on extreme and you can have full skills to fight final boss.

And not a penny spent, took me a week to finish the game and very enjoyable it was too.

Now don’t get me wrong, not everyone’s a grinder, so please free to support the effort put into this game by purchasing some gems.

Dont bother! Its a pay to win. Everything useful costs good money to buy or get this to even use. At level ten they take away tons of things that make this game cool then you have to buy a “premium” account. You have hundreds of plots and animals to feed one at a time after that more then one per animal too. The in game player market dont move at all and you pay to put something up for someone else to buy only for seconds later someone else putting a stack of 50,000 one cent cheaper then you and bam you now wasted your money(which isnt easy to come by). I have been playing for a month now and have a thousands bucks to spare right now. The only income other then the players market is customers which you get a few a WHOLE day. You can pay to get more like 1000 in game money to get a huge 2 more a day which is only gonna get you to about 200 per customer. Also with real money you have a few more options for more customers. This game has balance issues. It also has things you are to get for reaching a higher level well it says you get but never do. I see some of these later game things costs thousands and thousands of crops. Just think about the endless single harvest and watering clicking. The in game help could use some help too. There is things in the game it dont explain and trying to get a answer on the forums or discord is met with spams of “I need friends”. Yes friends which I cant see for what purpose in this browser game.

This is good nostalgia. I remember when I played this game as a kid with my dad on Linux and I just enjoyed the fact that I could play with this computer game which was something amazing for me at the time. I have a lot of memories of this game, so as soon as I saw the steamer coming out, it was right here in my wish list when I finally had the opportunity to play it after many years, it was like a childhood dream and memories of childhood, but now for the game. I don’t know how to evaluate a 20-year-old game, but if I take it as I should have enjoyed the game, and even now I enjoy a lot of community modes. maybe it might seem to someone from 10 hours in the game there are few to review, but a few years ago we were addicted to her with her, so I have mine and her today, at the time when I write this review, I got it and showed it to him that we played together again and we were happy so I evaluate very well just because of the memories and also because I spent a lot of time in the game and even after so many years I like to turn it on again and play. That’s all for sure try the game is free and it’s awesome.

I have hundreds and hundreds of hours on this game before it arrived here on steam. It’s great. If you like transport games, you’ll love this one. It’s easy to approach (in some aspects a little too much, as an example passangers and mail have no desired destination: you only need to move them from one place to any other place that accepts passengers or mail. by the way, this is the only major flaw in the game that I feel that should be changed).

The graphics are very minimal, but effective. The background music is fine.

So i made a 120km/h road for my goods truck and somehow some city car think “We should try this fast lane, mate! LOL YOLO” even though their fricking car can’t go faster than 50km/h. I’m worried that this will slowdown my shipment. I try everything to stop this motherf###er so they can’t enter my fast lane. But it’s not working. They even go full “F##k the police” and proceed to get past my 100km/h road mark. I feel hopeless…

But then i see something in the corner of my game window. There is my 120km/h truck. In front of him there is these a####le city car. He is slowing down just as i thought. But in the next second, everything change…

If you like classic MMOs, you should check out this game!

Its plays like a hybrid of Caves of Qud; Runescape and RPG-MO … with three major improvements:

1. Responsive Developers who are super passionate about the game, the players, and consistently deliver updates + new content. They draw inspiration from the player base and deliver content people want. You truly feel like you as a player are shaping the game and that the developers live up to their mission in building a game that they themselves love to play!

Builders of Egypt: Prologue

Builders of Egypt: Prologue

Congratulations to the developers, basically. Cause the game is in early access and it shows a high potential.

PROS:

  • It really gives information about Egypt so you have the possibility to learn about the topic if you are interested and skip if you aren’t. This is a huge point. Normally you get control a civilisation and you can learn little about it. Plus the fragments of texts are GREAT!

-Visuals are beautiful.

-Music is good.

-Interface is proper.

-Tutorial is good enough.

-The game its atmospheric and engages you to live “the Egyptian experience” so to speak. So the game has all the ingredients to work perfectly if polished. Because all this greatness can become frustration if some things are not fixed in my opinion. And some others could make the game even greater.

I recommend this game with the caveat that IT IS NOT A COMPLETE PRODUCT! I feel too many reviews here are complaining that there is glitchy UI and there is no save function etc…it’s not a finished product!! It’s available for testing for those interested. It’s like ordering food at a takeaway shop and then complaining because they didn’t serve you the lobster and steak you wanted. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

I’ve played this game for just over an hour and I already have so many flashbacks to Pharaoh, Caesars and the other Sierra games. There is also a nice cross over element with Children of the Nile. I feel this game has the very great potential to take the game-play mechanics of both titles and produce a really quality product when it is in it’s final form.

Shop Titans

Shop Titans

I come from a similar game called “Shop Heroes” run by a different developer.

This is a shop simulation game, and if you’re into this genre of games, I found this to be the best option currently in this genre.

Here’s some points I came across while playing the game that made me choose this game and quit Shop Heroes:

F2P vs P2W balance: The game can be played entirely F2P, end game content like the Haunted Castle dungeons can be cleared with heroes equipped with cheap, easily obtainable gear. There’s no strict paywall behind any of the content, and paying real money just makes you get to the end game faster and complete things faster. You also don’t need crazy gear or gold to clear any of the end game content.

As a player who has been playing and paying for over a year since Mar 2020. (F2p first 3 months and a monthly subscriber over 14th months now)

Summary (6/10): The game system itself should be an enjoyable long-term craft-like game. You will need a year to reach high level receipts if you are not a hardcore player. but not suggested to casual f2p players.

Pros :

1. Unique craft game and enjoyable system, easy to start.

2. Build your own Hero team to do quest is fun.

3. Graphic: All 3D and Cute design

Shogun’s Empire: Hex Commander

Shogun’s Empire: Hex Commander

I enjoy the relative simplicity of this game. Basically comes down to how effectively you can utilize counters (spears vs cavalry, swords vs spears, guns against samurai, samurai against ashigaru, etc.) Gets repetitive after playing through several campaigns, so replay value is limited.

~~Cannot save games without cloud save. I cannot recommend a game that requires online saves and will not save locally.

Other than not being able to save games without cloud save this game is a nice light turn base.~~

I was mistaken, thanks to Homenetgames for responding. Once you start the game up again and select the region you have an in-progress game in it will let you continue where you left off.

I recommend this game if you’re interested in a casual turn based strategy. I think I’ll have many hours of enjoyment (usually while multitasking).

I am simply enjoying the game and the community on the in-game message boards, the planes in the game are flying in real time. After the tutorial period there was not much left then to let the game fly it’s course a few hours.

After returning to the game it was worth returning to once I saw the profit start growing, as I now send my planes out when ever i get the chance to check in, it’s straight-forward with no irritating in game pop ups or forced path, you manage your flights, buy sell and maintain the wear they gain from active use, you can buy and sell company stocks with other players, you can spend as little or as much time as you want, It’s a unique and fairly great game true to it’s design.

Real player with 277.1 hrs in game

This game is not going to be for everyone.

1. It is slow. Your planes fly in real time, so, if, for example, you set up a four hour flight, it will take four hours to get there. If you’re in a rush, this game is not for you.

2. You have issues in the game you have to manage. Just like any real business. You need passengers, planes, fuel, staff, training…and YOU have to manage it. If you get audited, deal with it like any business, don’t expect the game to give you a cheat to get out of it. If you have to sell all, or most, of your fleet to deal with the financial fallout, then, that’s business.
