Tee Time Golf
I love this game but the user interface for selecting things needs work. I struggle to find options to change my profile ie clubs I’m using are medium I should be using small. When I played a course it gave me 4 npc’s to play with. I could not choose less npc’s to play with or which ones. I could choose a course initially but once played it jumped right back in there without letting me select players or change course at all. Unless I totally exited the game and started again. I was working through the challenges and got to Lord Puttington and I got one of those close up windows they you reach out to touch to select. But its stuck there. I have to reboot to get out of it. Some of the helps are excellent the colour choice on the wheel to continue etc. But sometimes I’m pushing all the buttons trying to work out how to do things very unsuccessfully. The game however is excellent I love it. And its so nice to have a Ladies tee so thank you. Other games where its only set to a man’s game only we do a million chip shots to the green and we know we dont play like that.

Finally, a VR golf game I can’t put down. Don’t get me wrong though, I enjoyed The Golf Club, but it’s not the same type of golf game at all. This is more like Hot Shots, or some other more “arcade style” golf game. I’ve played golf games ever since the first Tiger Woods came out, so I do consider myself experienced with the genre. I’ve tried any VR golf experience out there looking for the right one, and I’m glad I bought this one.
Things I like about the game:

Mage Drops
A lovely game by a lovely studio. It perfectly squares itself between the relaxation one might find in a title like Mario Golf (with its golf meets magical world premise) and the challenging, precision platforming of titles like Super Meat Boy and Celeste. Really looking forward to the full version!

I got this game to try it out after hearing about it from a stream that I often watch. I can say that this game is really really fun, I love all the mechanics of the game and how you can control the golf ball that has been produced by the wizard and manipulate the environment around you. The game is really well done overall and the platforming aspect of the game is challenging for anyone who loves platforming, however I want to put some of my own feedback down below.
- So, this is my first bit of feedback because I think it may be potentially important to the growth of the game, when I started the game on controller I ran into a bit of a graphical glitch. I am a controller player, so I am pleased that the game does fully support controller, but the new game option completely covered any of the other options that I was able to choose from. This could be due to me having OBS open at the time since I was getting ready to stream this game at the time, but I do think it is something worth looking into. I currently have not seen the issue since, so I don’t know if this was caused by OBS.

Golf for Workgroups

It’s been 3 years now since this game came out in Early Access and nothing really happened to it which is disappointing, I do think this is “The Definitive Golf Game” out there but it just lacks content to justify getting it. Same 9 holes, same ominous sounds, grey atmosphere and lack of updates really do evoke the feeling of being trapped in Golf Limbo.
I think more gamemodes, maybe more head customization and a map editor and/or random
hole generation would add an immense amount of replayability which this game desperately needs.

You hit the ball with your mouse, control its speed with how fast and wide you move from right to left.
Adding curves to the flight path, with slight up & down movements while hitting, is quite exciting!
Selection of which kind of clubs/sticks, to choose which range and steepness you want to shoot with,
is each time automatic, and then you can manually change it with the number keys.
You are a robot in cubic halls filled with a dream like scenery, which itself can have special ways to interact with.

This game might not be what you call “perfect” but to be honest no game is.
So now that its free to play yust give it a try. If you are as goofy as me and my
friends this is the perfect game for you.

The Golf Club
There is a huge lack of golf sims out there - remember Microsoft Golf, Arnold Palmer Links, and of course Tiger Woods? Now there are basically The Golf Club and WGT. And between the two, I’ll take The Golf Club any day.
The graphics are good - I won’t say GREAT - and the sounds/speech is good (although the commentator gets a bit annoying after a bit). Mechanics are solid, certainly better than the ridiculous 2 click meter used in WGT. If you like real swing method using your mouse, rather than clicking on a meter, TGC is for you. It doesn’t quite rise to the level of the swing meter on Tiger Woods - which I consider to be the best golf game ever - but it’s not too far off. All in all, you can play 18 (or 9) holes and have a darned enjoyable time; for true golf enthusiasts, this is probably as close to the real thing as you can get without lugging your clubs out to the local links.

This game is turning into a solid golf game, the graphics are great to look at and the gameplay is getting there IMO. The main selling point of this game for me is the GNCD, the course designer. I have spent many hours on this and once you get the hang of it, your only limited by your imagination.
This is a worthy successor to the EA TW series and plays a lot like it too, well if you consider that most of the people that worked on that game are the ones that developed TGC. The good thing about this game is the fact that the developers are still working on it and fixing bugs and adding stuff to it all the time, once it’s finished then this will be a solid and enjoyable title for everyone to play.

Visuals are not great, but the music and wave noises put you in the mood. I like mini golf and enjoy this course, there is enough variation to make it fun. It also has a lot of hills so its not just a put and your in….

Me Vs You is a competitive 3D Action game that features unique Arenas. Each Arena requires a different skillset to excel. Long-distance hits while predicting the arrow trajectory are the key to get a good score.
