In Next Life

In Next Life

In next Life is a crafting, survival, and civilisation building game, where collaboration with other players gives you very real advantages (it is possible to play alone, but it will be harder to survive). Your technology level starts at stone age level, and then it’s up to you and your village members to invent and craft tools and technologies such as fire, baskets, spears, …, in order to survive easier and to advance to new development stages. Time moves quickly and each game played equals one life, including birth, childhood, adulthood and old age.

JUNKPUNK

JUNKPUNK

Very fun finished it a bit fast but it’s early access so that’s understandable (Suggestion) need tools upgrade, a way to block the weather from blowing through structures walls, Lighting types, more building shapes, large ceiling and floor tiles placement, double stairs for a 2nd floor access, better placement snapping for building, rotation & raising/lowering of foundation tiles, keybinding access, body upgrades like a bigger backpack & foot jets, a items list for tracking builds, a auto-reset camera position to move cam freely, and a way to repair and use the crashed spaceship, a upgrade to breakdown all of the giant metal structures laying around the region & more quest.

Junkpunk is a good game with a lot of future potential. At the current price it is easily a good value and a lot of fun. I have spent the last 8 hours playing and it is only day one. Yes, I am aware that means I have no life, lol. In this 8 hour play through, I have had zero crashes, 7 hours I had a buddy connected to me and I was the host with only 1 single disconnect. I have come across no bugs, glitches, or any major concerns.

With all the positives, there are a few things I would like to see but are mostly small complaints:

Normally as Things go I will update my reviews, so keep posted if your interested on where the game is kind of at.

So quick things is the game is great, It’s early stage yes, There is however a satisfying amount of area to explore, lots of crafting options, and a rather nice building system, I have played a large sum of games with building, and this one does it very well.

The Dev is constantly updating the game, bringing fixes and new content, It’s single/multi I haven’t actually made a multiplayer game, I am fine being alone….

This developer has big plans for this game and eventually a sequel, so he is not going to cut and run on us like most EA title developers do (I flat out asked him). He is very responsive on discord and takes everything we the players say seriously, I asked for a longer day cycle and he put it in a patch with some other things literally 30 minutes later.

This is an EA title that is worth your time, money and support, I can’t wait to see what more is in store for Age of Omens. Updates and content come at a brisk pace for just one person and he is in the process of hiring more help. Give it a try, I’m so glad I took a chance even after being burned by so many other EA titles.

Atrio: The Dark Wild

Atrio: The Dark Wild

It’s still very early access but this is a fun game! I was in the mood for a new base-builder game when I found the demo for Atrio. I liked it enough that I bought the game on day one. I’ve sinked a few hours into the game and I am loving it. It’s like Factorio and Don’t Starve had a cute baby.

Right now I’m playing in story mode. I’ve reached the end of chapter 1 (which is as far as the story goes right now), but I’m still building out my base in preparation for when the next chapter comes out. I have almost everything automated and almost everything researched (that’s available right now). Once I’ve done everything I can do in the story mode I’ll switch over to free mode and see if I can take it further.

I love making your own factory and the fact that you can make it longer, shorter, and it works the way you want 100% but 4 parts really bugging me is the bees just stand still and group up for hours unless your blow them up, the chests can be very little and take up alota space, its little but kinda anoying when you have to make 3 blocks touching the water for it to work, and the worst part is the deers wont stop stealing your glowbubs and making poos everywhere its anoying when you cant make them run away but other than that i would love 1-4 players that would be really cool since its simple and fun and you have so many tasks you can help your friends out

The game is great, definitely worth the buy. I love the game-play, and the overall freedom that the game offers without overwhelming me. There is a lot of in-game content and new things I can explore with each time playing, so it seems like ill never get bored of it. I am super excited to see where the game goes as it continues development.

Elixir of Life

Elixir of Life

I like the game, parts are a bit tedious though. It’s nice to able to either have the battle automatically go, or you get to choose who attacks what. Let’s just say the grind is real in this game. Your armour constantly will break so you have to make another set or buy from the shop. Finding some ingredients/ parts for recipes is a bit hard at least for me. For fishing you need to get leaves and sticks, why are leaves so hard to find.

Fun , but you should add more level and rewards for starter quest , it’s hard especially with food , you should make it easier to farm food . i fell like giving up playing already because my character is always hungry so i can’t sleep to get energy for farming

Ephesus

Ephesus

I think at the current stage of the game hunger and thirst consumption should be less. Starting money may be higher. So players who are new to survival games can spend more time in the game. Overall the game is really nice and the there is a high potential for improvement. You get to examine a historical Roman city very closely. We can consider that game costs cheaper if you compare it with its kind I want to keep following the state of the game and knowing its in early I access I want to give it a chance. Because with the updates it could become so much better anytime. I don’t want to miss it

Experiencing the nature, Roman’s ordinary life, amazing architectures is amazing! Although it’s still on EA on Steam, I think this game already offers a good amount of fun.

Survival and in-game elements are made well done. Exploring the world is not boring and graphics are above the average and this is important for EA game to me.

Long story short, Ephesus is a game where you can find lot’s of potential to grow. The game play is good, the graphics are good, survival mechanics are intact and has an amazing city structure. Definitely worth to buy!

Key To Heaven

Truly a terrific oldschool 2D MMORPG experience! I played a ton of Illutia, RuneScape, Ragnorak and Tibia growing up and if you enjoyed those then you will adore this!

The developer consistently updates the game, interacts with the community, and responds to feedback. The small but passionate community create a warm sense of nostalgia, always happy to offer assistance. I expected to play a few hours to satisfy a nostalgic itch but can’t get enough!

Building your character provides freedom as there are no class restrictions, I chose to build a tank support Wisdom Mage. There are a variety of quests and puzzles that will have you exploring this charming world for hours on end. With four large islands, a vast ocean and other locations to traverse and discover with more on the way. You can get access to more power through the ‘Seraph/Rebirth’ system that allows you to reset to level 1 with extra stats, as well as try out other classes with an advantage!

This is a game for those who like to grind out great gear with hrs, and i mean hrs of game play for that great set to show off to friends and foes. All in a easy to use and understand game that take little internet speed to play. It also has a great commujnity that is on top of it evn under pressure. THe discord chat has a vary open connunity with other players willing to do trades, pvp,pve and just hang out. The adventures that are set up are set to keep the player moving and looking fo rthat next secret( if i do say there are hidden things) The in game gems are a great extra for players to make the play uniqe and fresh : this dose not inhance play unless you get a global event. it is all for ur pleasure witch i htink is a graet way to show support and not to win. this games updates are keept posted and current to what they are doing in the game. that make for a nice watch as a game grows and becomes i bealive and hope the next great game to have on every pc, look and play for self if you dont think so… Off to grind.
