Synth Retro Vapor Wave
its a great game, surpised my GTX 970 works, but the card is pushing at 98% game runs smooth, tried with AI cars, co pilot, all maps seem to work, game settings work with the card i have, this game is alot like what i have on my phone except you can choose to have an open road or traffic, an idea for you is you can have the tracks react with the music, that seems to be fun, i love the idea where this is heading, a map idea you can add i like to see is as you drive you can have lights light up around the track, they ccan change colors, shapes etc. that be cool to see smthing like that react to the music you listening to with awesome trippy effects,

One of the most relaxing games I have played. The gameplay is simple, you drive on a highway and overtake other cars. Or you can play it as an idle game by removing the traffic and just enjoy the scenery while listening to the awesome soundtrack.

Bot Wars
I have been playing this game since it first came out. It was broken at the beginning, barely playable do to the AI. The Dev listened, AI is great now, I like this game, one of my favorites. I believe it’s fully functioning and worth the play. My complaint is no longer about it’s stability, It’s been fixed, smooth game play. My complaint at this point is lack of content. The core is good, there’s not enough maps. I can run thru the entire game in 10-30 minutes. Initially the game is very difficult. You spend more time respawning then anything else. As you get better however you find yourself avoiding bases or trying to find a more difficult way of doing things to make the game last longer. at this point I can go thru and wipe everything out on all maps with the first 3 units. Don’t need my team, a base, nothing else.

I really like this game so far. The combat is fun and beautiful looking with all the lasers, leveling up the bot and guns as you play with a single “Commander” is really cool and incentivizes being somewhat careful and strategic with your bots which is really cool.
Though I will say that for one, the pinned discord link doesn’t seem to be working for me and secondly, you HAVE to nerf the tiny, $2 spider bots you get from the enhanced money generator building. You get a squad of those and rush into the enemy and just win. I can take out the big bot in 2 shots after leveling up a bit. I end up after like 5 minutes running around with over 10,000 health on each bot even without the upgrade to increase hp based on total money.

Sky Knights
Sky Knights is definitely worth the $10 and investment in time. The game has a lot of spirit to it and the maneuver/stamina system hits the sweet spot of easy to learn, but hard to master. While only controlled with a single button, the maneuver system adds a whole new dimension to the dogfighting and interacts well with other flight mechanics. A confrontation between two planes doesn’t just come down to turning speeds and a well-played A-10 can get the advantage over a Su-27. The tutorials in-game, guides, and matches against bots allow for newer players to get the hang of flying their plane, while the actual matches can get intense and competitive. I’ve witnessed many games come down to a single bombing run on a base. Your contribution to your team’s success is also very noticeable and the result of the match doesn’t feel arbitrary or random. If you’re looking for a nice multiplayer game with both strategy and skill involved or are into fighter jets, Sky Knights is a wonderful game to pick up.

Sky Knights is a very fun top down fighter game that is easy to get into, with game mechanics that add depth and reward skill and good tactics. Your goal is to take out all of the enemy bases on the map, either by going in on bombing runs yourself, or by wiping out enemy ground vehicles to create a path for yours (Hint: if you can get your ground vehicles to an enemy base they will do good damage). That being said, maintaining air superiority is still the name of the game as you will not be able to do much if enemy figthers are constantly shooting you down. Dedicated fighter planes can also influence the ground troops by means of the morale mechanic. Scoring mulitple kills will raise your team’s morale and can add more ground support on your side. It’s perfectly viable to pick a role you like playing and stick with it, or change between different planes as you see fit.

Bugs ‘N Boo Hags
There has long been a fascination with the supernatural in the South Carolina lowcountry. Even in modern times, beliefs and superstitions about the paranormal continue to persist. Fears and anxieties about hexes, haints, and hags are simply part of life, even for many who by their religious faith and adherence to scientific thought should condemn such beliefs.
Bugs ‘N Boo Hags places you in this strange world. You are Jack McCleary, the longtime “witchdoctor sheriff” of Beaufort County who uses white magic to reverse the effects of dark spells and hexes. As Sheriff McCleary, you must defend the homes of your citizens from invasion by that most dreaded of evil spirits, the Boo Hag, who has the power to drain a sleeping person’s life-force to the point of paralysis—or even death.

This game has a very unique art style which I enjoyed. Along with the visuals, the gameplay is pretty interesting as well. It’s an arcade racer, but a pretty technical racer. You have to learn the tracks in order to drift around the corners and make the turns without losing too much speed to be competitive in the race.
There’s only 4 tracks currently and 2 of them are locked until you beat the tournament mode. There’s only one vehicle. There’s quick race and tournament mode available to play. There is no difficulty setting, although you can set the number of laps, number of AI opponents, whether to use slow-down (I think this may be a sort of difficulty setting where the speed of everyone is slowed down, including yourself). You can also choose to start the track going the opposite direction (doesn’t really add much variety though).

It has to be said ‘Fake Racing’ is a weird one. With its ‘pixel-perfect 1-bit renderer’ and ‘half a car’ style in VR it seems as cheaply put together as indie games come. But yet…I found myself having more fun than I would like to admit. The hands-on-steering does take a while to get used to, but in the end, I was enjoying the handful of tracks as well as the tournaments. Heck, I even found myself able to drift-slide around some of the corners which felt great in VR. Having said that VR is clearly a bolt-on here and I feel the game does need to be cheaper given the lack of content. But I did have a few smiles, so I will give it a very cautious thumbs up.

Miami Cruise
A simple and fun game with good visuals, awesome soundtrack. Arcade style game all about topping your high score. A few cases of poorly translated English are mildly annoying.

If you click out of the game on the crash screen, and then click back in, you won’t be able to hit restart or menu, you have to exit out the game. But I love the game so far, I wish there were options to permanently enable certain bonuses and maluses, specifically pixelate.
Update: Also about half of my deaths come from stupid drivers or what I would consider unfair deaths. When a yellow car spawns right in front of me out of nowhere, not only is it hard to react that fast to it, but it’s also almost impossible even if you do react just based on the “slipperyness” of the car (which I do love that mechanic). The other is a little more questionable, the cars dont follow the road, if they come to a turn they don’t turn at all, so you have to be reminding yourself that when you are trying to make a sharper turn with AI around. Now I’m not sure whether the cars not following the road is intentional, or is just yet to be added, but if it is to be considered intentional, it doesn’t make sense why even on some straightaways, very rarely a car will be veering in one direction, often causing death of the player.
