BLIND QUEST - The Enchanted Castle
An Audiogame fully playable by the visually impaired. The game is basic but enjoyable. The fights seem a little difficult right now, but hopefully will get easier with practice. The only flaw thus far is the use of Shift Tab to go back which doesn’t work as it is a Steam function. It is not a game breaker as pressing Shift will get you back, eventually, to where you need to be.
For the price you should get a decent value for money.
An enjoyable basic RPG lite game, audio is okay, don’t expect AAA and you won’t be disappointed.

Stories: The Path of Destinies
Stories: Path of Destinies is an interesting game with fun, repetitive gameplay.
Stories is about a fox named Reynardo that is part of a resistance force fighting against an oppressive Emperor. Your job is to he Reynardo find the “true ending.” By doing that, you make choices on what you think might be the right one to choose, and you go into that level. There are 24 ending in the game
! (25 if you count the “true ending.") , and almost every single one are “bad endings.” If you do get a “bad ending,” you start from the beginning, and you might learn a truth (depends on what path you take).

Shape of America: Episode One
Leaving this review because it’s the least I can do after getting this as part of a $1 bundle which is literaly a steal even for just one episode of this game. There are very few games based on politics and most tend to the statistical simulations vs the push and pull of who-you-know and who-to-help/gain future favor from horse trading that is politics (as opposed to policy) and this is the first/only game I’ve seen that does that and one that offers a pretty decent story and characters to boot. $5/episode is about the right price for the game given the current presentation level but I’d say the core game and ultimate the enjoyability of all is worth $10. This is a developer worth supporting.

Eh, it’s ok. I was able to make over a million dollars because a stock fell bellow $0, so they paid me to buy it… which was weird. Also there are tons of grammar and spelling issues, weird endless loops of possible throwdowns among other dialog issues, glitches, and strange designs that just make it feel pretty low-quality. And they canceled the future game episodes, so what they have is barely worth it because it ends right as the story gets interesting. Too bad too, it seemed like it had potential.

As orphans, Jenn and Tristan’s life path brought them to a mysterious scientist, who took them in and cared for them as his own children. But one day, he disappeared under very odd circumstances.
While searching desperately for him, the duo found a hidden cellar and the Moon Gate portal, transporting them to a dangerous parallel world where goblins thrive.
Your adventure begins as you fight to bridge these two very different worlds.
● Play a dynamic & deep side-scrolling RPG beat‘em up as Jenn and Tristan, solo or in co-op, as you explore the four unique biomes of the goblins' twisted world and the stylish world of the humans.
● Customise your combat gear by unlocking & upgrading hundreds of weapons, armour sets and accessories, to save the world as you know it.
● Unlock unexpected story paths as you fight your way through dozens of epic dungeons, hordes of enemies and over 20 fearsome bosses in the goblin realm.
● Young Souls combines the classic beat‘em up and story-rich role-playing genres through a beautifully crafted story, and in a world crafted with stunning art direction.
Fighting goblins is not as easy as fighting the weight machine at Happy Fit. Combat is punishing and demanding, but you’ll be rewarded with loot chests, which will help you forget the injuries you suffer on the battlefield.
There are tons of possible combinations that vary the stats of your equipment, weapons and the gameplay of your character. Adopting an attacking, defensive or balanced strategy is easy for anyone who dares venture to the land of goblins.
Brawling with enemies obviously means epic boss fights that will make you sweat.
Young Souls is a journey between two worlds, each one full of experiences and encounters that will shape the character and fate of our heroes.
After a well-deserved nap, you can hit the gym at Happy Fit and improve your statistics to gain more strength, resistance and stamina.
If you’re not too stiff, make sure to pay a visit to Solid Sneakers to get yourself the best kicks in town that will give you style and boost your characters' stats on the battleground. Teen Spirit shop is also open to those who need a makeover or just purchase a cool hat that fits with your brand-new sneakers.
When you are done with having fun, it’s time to kit yourself out from head to toe and enter the world of goblins – the place you want to be to bash some skulls and find the professor. Mobs of enemies will be waiting for you with spears and swords in the vain hope it will be enough to stop you…
Project Witchstone
Known for their innovation in video game narratives, Spearhead Games (Stories: The Path of Destinies , Omensight ) intends to push the interactive storytelling further with adventures uniquely tailored to each player’s gameplay and dialogue decisions. In a living and reactive world, you will be offered unprecedented options to role-play your character and influence the environment, capturing the fun and freedom of a pen & paper RPG campaign.
-
Unpredictable excitement of Tabletop RPGs
-
Dynamic non-linear narrative evolves with your every decision
-
Turn-based tactical combat rewards both strategy & creativity
A Reactive Living World
This world is alive; its inhabitants acting with purpose. They own properties, have unique personalities, befriend some, and make enemies of others. They have likes and dislikes, forming appreciation of–or disdain for–factions as well as you.
You & Your Growing Influence
Jump right in using actions familiar to any RPG fan like dialogue, combat, spells, etc., then experiment with even deeper agency through systems like stealth and the influence interface. Manipulate and shape this world as you see fit, pitting others against one another, incriminating whole factions, and aligning powerful allies to your cause. This game offers you the freedom to live the adventure you want. There is no overarching predefined story. Your decisions will craft a world and experience unique to only you.
Unlimited Possibilities
The consequences of your actions are both far-reaching and powerful. Want to frame a soldier for theft, or a blacksmith for murder? Ever thought about joining a faction, becoming their leader, and decimating the opposition? Prefer to create chaos, secretly dismantling the established order from the shadows? Want to just become a treasure hunter instead? Or even attempt to unify everyone and bring peace to the world? All of this is possible.
Unprecedented Design & Technology
Our systemic approach tailors events based on all previous actions, applying a complex web of causality that drives all inner workings of the world. For instance, crimes result in investigations. Investigations result in arrests. Arrests result in retaliation. Retaliation results in new conflict. Conflict results in new crimes. Logic, awareness, purpose, and place all factor into these systems. Secretly murdering a homeowner and taking control of their house will work fine for your cause until the deceased’s relatives or friends come to visit. Your actions have repercussions, and those repercussions have a ripple effect. How you deal with that ripple effect will determine what kind of adventure you experience. You alone decide.
The Luminous Underground
So first lets get this thumbs up or down out of the way. Ill give this one a thumbs up, all in all its a very solid read with alot of interesting things going on and just an absolutely amazing amount of detail and action to loose one self in. That said, its not without its shortfalls, and for me they are important short falls (though for others perhaps it wont matter much at all.)
The hardest / most annoying thing about this story is the way it constantly makes the MC second fiddle to everyone else around them. Your constantly dealing with and worrying about everyone elses problems (or choosing not to over and over again, that is an option),… not because they are really important to you in any way, but because they are part of your team. Your team captain, but honestly your more like team cheerleader. Maybe if there was some personal pay off for all the work you invest in your team members it would be worth it, but all you get out of it in the end is team cohesion and team members not leaving, which while important, so isnt worth the literal chapters worth of holding their hands.

Perhaps the meatiest CoG game I’ve played. Not my favorite - there were some things that threw me off, like the occasional change of perspective, and the romance felt tacked on - but decent, and long. Most of the games by this company take me three hours or less to finish - this took me something like eight hours for one play through. It’s good enough to satisfy, and long enough to be worth the price.
