Heaven Dust 2

Heaven Dust 2

This is the stand-alone sequel to the survival horror thriller Heaven Dust (it is not mandatory to play the previous game to enjoy this one).

After a press conference, a virus outbreak happens in the mysterious First Research Center.

In the meantime, deep inside the institute, Steve wakes up from his cryogenic pod.

He finds himself trapped in a living hell, surrounded by zombies, again.

He must fight his way out even when the dreadful truth is also approaching…

“Are you ready to escape from hell again, Steve?

Or should I call you… ‘Second Host’.”

  • Classic survival horror genre, featuring exploration, action, puzzles, and resource management.

  • Enhanced production value: Better graphics and effects, providing a brand new experience for players of the first game. Twice the content of the first game, prepare to embark on a 10-hour journey!

  • Collect and combine, use various items to solve puzzles. Upgrade your inventory. Weapons no longer occupy space.

  • Evolved combat system: Fight your way out with a dagger, submachine gun, shotgun, and grenades. Modify your weapons, upgrade them to the limit. Choose your weapon to counter different enemies, plan your strategy, seek their weak points, and destroy their defenses.

  • Except for ordinary zombies, all kinds of mutated monsters had joined the battle too: Heavily armored Bone Fiend, regenerating Blood Fiend, approaching boomlad. And, of course, epic boss fights.

  • Engaging plot, fun brain teasers. Players need to make an ultimate choice: Two escape routes will lead you to two different endings.

  • Casual, Normal, and Expert difficulties for you to choose, suited to all players.

Undead Darlings ~no cure for love~

Undead Darlings ~no cure for love~

okay indie game for those who want dungeon crawl with anime girls, but expect to face several inconvenience if you want to try this. On plus side, it is unique in that there are many unique and funnily designed enemies, something rare in anime dungeon crawlers since they usually come from Japan. Different culture tropes rather than usual animal tropes(though this game also contains lots of it) can be found here, which sets this apart from translated Japanese games. Also, English VA is also more appreciable since it doesn’t have translation problem as well.

Everything of this game is a pain in the arse. From battle mechanics to map settings to gameplays, none I can enjoy casually. On top of that, completion rewards you with little to no satisfaction.

Give or take, about 70% of the dialogues are not even voiced.

Covers the lack of content by using dumb dungeon mechanics to stall progress.

On average to complete the later dungeons you’ll probably waste 3-4 hours of your life along with 50+ pitfall drops.

Doesn’t show controls, doesn’t allow change of keys. doesn’t show anything that indicates your affection with girls.

Next Stop: Zombie

Next Stop: Zombie

I like the plot and the game itself. It does have some bugs specially animation of the characters but maybe normal for an indie game. It’s very funny and kind of playable. I like it in advance in the hope of future updates. I forgot to turn it off at night and it seems that I stayed running the whole time inside the train. It’s not fire but it’s cheap for a 3D game I guess.

Animation could be better but it’s ok, my and my friends like it though, we get a kick out of it.

Different kind of zombies but they all seemed to slide on the floor if you escape from them.

You can lure the zombies to the train tracks and they suffer a terrible death!

Overall is good, would like to see more action but you can explore as long as you avoid enemies.

Like riding the trains, they have a schedule and reminded me of my time in Europe.

Waiting to see if they make a multiplayer so that we can all play.

Grave Keeper

Grave Keeper

Oof. Steam says I played the game for over 9 hours, but actually playtime was like 4-5 hours.

This game is fun for like 1-2 hours; I just wanted to “finish” it. So I finished stage 600 and fought the skeleton king, to start at stage 300 again… well it’s endless, but there seems to be no reason to go further than stage 600 and if you once hit that, you are almost done.

Just farm some points in “royal fight” upto 10mil if you want and finish the Versus mode (this one is pretty silly in higher tiers, cause you just have to hide and wait until your opponent dies).. did all this within about 5 hours.

A mobile port with microtransactions removed, this game is fun to mess around with, but gets boring fast.

If you like re-fighting the same enemies, on the same maps, while re-upgrading the same gear and abilities, and completing the same few tasks, then this might be for you.

There are three game modes, one of which is available from the start, and two that unlock later:

  • “Fight” -

Endless stages, cycling through the same few tiny map sets. In each area you fight four waves of 15 enemies, followed by a boss. If you die, you start at the beginning of the last wave with no penalties.

蛊婆 Lady in Tomb

蛊婆 Lady in Tomb

Felt the need to leave this here for the English speaking folks on the fence….. So far its a really good game I am just getting started and can’t wait to keep going… Gives off major resident evil vibes(inventory system, items, saves, storage, enemies, scarce ammo, and so on) and I love it! Honestly I have been spooked a few times the atmosphere is creepy in a good way and not too much in the way of jump scares… anyway just saying give it a shot everything is translated well enough and its pretty fun especially for the low cost! Now back to playing I need to get farther in!!!

I Wanna Build a Robot

I Wanna Build a Robot

(Got this for free via the developer’s submission to OMEGA Trade - G. Thanks!)

Do I wanna build a snowman? No…I Wanna Build a Robot!

I Wanna Build a Robot is a short (30 minute long) game involving a child who’s home alone while waiting for his mother to come home. All of a sudden, a robot torso appears in his living room and promises that if he’s rebuilt, then he’ll play with you…but first, he must be assembled with the parts in your basement (kinda' see where this is going, but…ADVENTURE!!!). And so it begins, your quest to rebuild the mysterious robot and to fight against mean robots and bat monsters in your basement.
