Lucky me has the dubious honour of being the first to review Plague Infection, one of the latest asset flip fake games from ImperiumGame.
Plague Infection is another GameMaker Studio asset flip from serial copy+paste infringers, ImperiumGame. All these guys do is rip off game templates and projects from the Yoyogames/GameMaker Studio store, change the name and a few cosmetic details, and try to scam people into paying for someone else’s work on Steam. They have run asset flip scams dozens of times, and this is no exception. It’s nothing but a cash grab.

Destroying The Asteroids (Along With Unfair Hurdles)

There are 2 Asteroids in this Game. For Destroying each of the Asteroids, You have to go through many Hurdles like mazes, droppers, spinners, etc.

Collide with any hurdles before the 1st Asteroid will result in respawning You at Starting Point.

Collide with any hurdles after the 1st Asteroid and Before the 2nd Asteroid will result in respawning You at the 2nd Point (Where You had destroyed the 1st Asteroid).

Find the Asteroid and Destroy it by Colliding with it (only Asteroid).

Evil Maze 2 | 惡魔迷宮 2
Long overdue review, Evil Maze 2 expands on the original Evil Maze game and it’s rogue dungeon elements. With more dungeon levels and items the game offers a lot more secrets to discover and overall replay value. Granted, I don’t think it’s as difficult as the original, as once you know the location of certain items well enough to consistently get them the game becomes very easy so long as you’re not reckless and get that heal spell.
The pixel artstyle is cute and colorful enough, though not much in animation on their own, with the cut scene artwork being good and generally an improvement of the first games style, though perhaps not as good as a full on VN.

The above sentence is the cute expression of the heroine you will see most frequently in this game. Evil Maze 2. It’s the latest roguelike game made by ZOV GAME STUDIO. This game was created with the RPG Maker tool, but more interesting than expected. Especially improved than its previous game Evil Maze . The atmosphere is vibrant overall, and the illustration is even more lovely .

Good concept but they need to give you more to work with. There is just too much RNG involved the first few moves are often times unavoidably luck based and quite often even on the bigger maps with half of the map uncovered you have no other choice than to roll the dice and hope for the best.

Evil Ritual - Horror Escape
The game is terrible. It can easily be played in under 1 hour. The specified creature that is on a piece of paper does not exist or the code 387 is not even rudimentary required. The game was simply created quickly and quickly to earn a little money on Steam. Too bad. Not recommendable.

The nightmare I got and the realization of someone spending time to make this absolute garbage, was scarier than whatever goes on in this game.
Repeating the same jumpscare sound over and over at earrape volumes, and no actual ‘monster’ means this is simply a walking simulator

Refunding this. Really bad, lots of issues: The flashlight never went off, despite the battery running out. Monster appeared randomly, once or twice, walked through walls. Items were random and indistinct looking. No real scares to speak of. Never had to actually even care where the monsters were or what they were doing; just kept walking and they stopped existing. Game doesn’t deserve any more review than this.

Depths Of Horror: Mushroom Day
Short but entertaining game. Minimalistic but requires some smartness and cold blood, otherwise SKREEEE….

Mushroom picking goes very wrong and you find yourself running for your life from giant abominations.
Simple first-person gameplay in dark and dangerous environments. Fairly harsh punishments for doing the wrong thing which can be a bit frustrating.
Decent visuals and sounds, but nothing too memorable.
It’ll only last you about 30 minutes and I can’t imagine you’ll want to play it again, so I’d you get it, make sure you get it cheap.
It’s a shame there aren’t more mushrooms…
