I like the game. At the beginning i had some problems with the tutorial because i read it 5 times false. But now the game makes fun and it’s not so easy. When you die you are dead and need to start a new world. Also I like the retro look.

In Darkest Valley there is little need to backtrack. Each area contains a mysterious enoki-like waypoint that acts as a portal and can be used to instantly teleport you from one area to another. If you die, you can simply teleport back to the latest waypoint and continue on your journey.

Allan
I enjoyed playing Allan.
Allan is twin-stick shooter with some puzzle mechanics.
The whole game is like an old Zelda 2D dungeon crawler with an interesting work on light and shadow with 3D depth.
The ambiance is nice, you can just follow the adventure to discover secret rooms and power ups.
Enemies encounter are lethal which is nice to add some challenge.
Worth its cost as a small game!

Allan is a game with a very strong ambiance.
Of course there are puzzles and ennemies but the main thing about it is what it inspires.
You walk in a space that is no different from top down action rpg you could have played on Super NES or Genesis, stuff like a link to the past, but with a really deep 3D effect, combined with shadows and lights that really make you feel small and in danger.
Also, sound effects make you enter the game quite strongly, even if at start, it does not seem to do it.
Most of the time it is quite calm but then, you walk on a trap, get shot… or an ennemy sees you and starts running closer.

Many of us old Phobos players have been involved in this game for 10+ years. If you want a game that can make you feel nervous about adventuring into the next dark chamber, then this is the MMO for you. Its beautiful landscapes and mysteries that lie within the deep will you keep you active for years. If you enjoy a game with a history and story then Phobos will bring you that warm feeling that many MMOs have forgotten about. The progress for your character requires vigilance and time to fully wield a mage or warrior in the world of Phobos. The PVP is balanced and ferocious. During PVP, team work is everything. It’s a good game. Don’t knock it until you try it. Phobos has been out for a bit over a decade now, and has finally released to Steam. Some parts of the game can seem a little clunky and unintuitive when you’re first getting familiarized, but there is a guide manual, as well as an awesome community of players in the Phobos Online Discord. Much can be said about the Myth Entertainment team as well; They have been passionately working on this project for years, making changes, tweaks, design changes to make this an unforgettable experience that will leave you coming back for more! Meet friends, explore, hunt creatures, laugh, drink, be merry! Phobos most certainly holds an excellent adventure for anyone daring enough to brave the wilds of the world of Erasen!

Trap Adventure
The gameplay is ok and the graphics are great, but there are many things, that you could improve, which would make this a positive review:

the game needs some other thing to do than just the core gameplay, like upgrades shops or whatever

there should be some way to see how far in the game you are or there should be a thing to grind for, like a item in a shop

the music is extremely obnoxious, having looped happy music while you are playing a irritating game is very annoying

you should show the mechanics like buttons, the darts ,spikes or the flames slowly one after another level by level instead of giving them all to the player at once which is kinda overwhelming and makes the game shorter as well

Demon Runner The Forsaken
Lucky me gets to write the first (and possibly only) review for Demon Runner The Forsaken. This game was intended to be a 2D retro “Metroidvania” style platformer with speedrunning elements. As the screenshots show, the graphics would have been pretty bad.
I say “would have been” because this game cannot be played. The developer has accidentally or deliberately blanked the game manifest, so no files are downloaded when you install the game, and attempting to launch the game results in a “missing executable” error.

VERLIES II
When you rage quit from a game and you immediately want to give it another try, you know you’ve got something special.
Verlies II is a first person dungeon crawler, with real-time combat and grid based deplacement.
And it wants you dead.
Yep, according to the Master, death is the only thing you rightly deserve.
Let’s prove him wrong, shall we?
In order to do that, you’ll have to master combat precision, actively aiming at the monsters, and timing, to block with your shield and manage breath/endurance. It’s a fun and solid system and you may soon try to block “frame perfect” in the vain hope it will mitigate more damage :p or you will die miserably for it was obvious this 5th strike in a row was dumb.

Punishing, wicked roguelike gridbased dungeon crawler with active combat that requires timing, strategy and actually landing your mouse cursor on the enemies as you swing. Lots of ways to combine your skills and create the build you want. Has a few interesting puzzles, one at the end of each level. This game does all it can to work against you, so that you really do feel you accomplish something every time you make it just a little further. But there are many ways to die, and permadeath is what’s at stake if you fail.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising
Eiyuden Chronicle Rising is a town-building action RPG set in the same world as Eiyuden Chronicle. It weaves together the pre-war tales of various characters who will eventually become your companions in Eiyuden Chronicle.
The game will introduce a portion of Eiyuden Chronicle’s cast of characters in an original story with thrilling action and engaging town-building elements.
There might even be some small perks for players that link the game with Eiyuden Chronicle.
Dragon Wars
Oh my … it’s quite hard :) It’s also quite big and open to explore. Not taking you by hand. The story unfolds quite slow, same with side quests. You just come in to some new place and you have notes about something which may be important in other places. I have to say that I like M&M 1 and 2 or Goldboxes more than this game. However if you like to explore old games it’s nice to collect and play this one too.
Two most annoying things:
1. the number of random fights is sometimes overwhelming and frankly really boring.

I have had to game since 1995? years or so. I have enjoyed every thing i saw in the game. that being said it would be cool if I could play it in a full color type like I could back in the 90’s.
