Taxi Chaos
Awesome, very close to sega’s crazy taxi which was out in the late 90s. That version is available on steam but Taxi Chaos is more modern with better graphics!
Has a sense of humour with driver/passenger chat and so on. You only have a few moments to deliver a passenger to his or her destination then you simply move on to your next customer. Each customer asks to go to a different location which can be long or short distance. Long distance gives you more points but short distance takes less time so you can move on to your next customer more quickly and boost your time limit counter.

Not what I was expecting. Since Crazy Taxi is one of the only comparable game in this genre, I’ll be using that as a basis.
For starts, everything about this game is a watered down version of Crazy Taxi, even to the original. The game isn’t nearly as chaotic or fast paced.
The environment is based of of NYC and isn’t nearly as fun or dynamic to traverse as the other Crazy Taxi games. Because it’s NYC and as a flat as a board, the game is built around having to jump like an Italian plumber to even get a good time if you can find the spots to do that, that is.

Transmission
Wake up at midnight, tune the radio to your favourite station and drive. As a small time courier, you’ll meet an cast of unusual characters, carry their packages across the region and learn their stories. Deliver packages through the night until the long shadows of dawn calls you back to your bed.
Your goal is to pick up packages from locations and deliver them on time. It’s 1986, so there’s no satnav— you’ll rely on your map and street signs to learn the best routes. Late deliveries mean less money.
At the end of each night, you return to your garage. Completing deliveries and earning cash unlocks new garages and cars, allowing you to travel further, complete bigger deliveries and build a delivery empire.

Why Are We Making This Game?
We have a lifelong love for racing games, reaching back to the fun times at the arcade in the 80’s. Our ambition in making this game is to create the racing game we always wished we had, growing up. A game with emphasis on driving a fast race car with precise handling all whilst keeping it fun and exciting rather than technical and complicated. We hope you will like it as much as we do!

Warp Drive
I just had a go at the game. As much the design/models slightly lacks polish, the colors within the shaders gives off so vibrantly. Gameplay wise is like your average Asphalt game however I feel the drifting needs a slight tweak and the original concept that they’ve brought to the table is the teleportation mechanic. How it works it’s by approaching a glowing orb and pressing the A button (Gamepad) allows the player to teleport to an area where its located or grabbing a crystal (used for boosting pressing X) and pressing A to take the lead of the nearest opponent. All in all, the game is fun and worth a buy.

Warp Drive is an all around good game. It has somewhat simple mechanics and is like a kart racer but I like that the pick ups aren’t random and it lets you actually plan how you’re going to use them. The upgrade system is straightforward and simple, but it’s cool how the different parts are actually shown on your craft. Aside from these things, the game has a pretty unique style, splitscreen options, and a KILLER soundtrack.
Some fortnite skin packs cost more than this game, so there’s really no complaints from me.

Not really arcade, not really sim, art of rally is a compelling top down racing game with multiple layers to be discovered and a high skill ceiling. Chill but also competitive, it’s demanding enough to stay interesting but the whole atmosphere, beautiful aesthetics and a banging soundtrack also make it a relaxing and memorable experience.
The different cars have a weight to them and feel amazing after a bit of a learning curve, you feel completly in control. The difference in handling is really noticeable between the vehicules, the best example being RWD vs AWD. If you’re familiar with racing/rally you’ll find techniques like weight transfer, handbrake turns and drifts can and should be applied here. You can even clutch kick. The game offers manual or automatic transmissions and controllers and wheels are supported. ( And highly recommended, please don’t play this game on keyboard.) There is A LOT of cars to try and mastering them will take time, some will fit a specific driving style, some will control you more than you control them. Most engines sound great, some better than others, but they are pretty decent overall.

art of rally is a minimalistic, bird’s eye view racing game. Your goal is to win championships spanning from the 60s and through to the mid-90s.
Beauty in simplicity.
One of the most striking things about art of rally is the presentation: a wonderful, vibrant low-poly visual style, which also includes atmospheric volumetric lighting. Driving towards the setting sun on evening stages is a sight to behold. On top of this, a photo mode is available for your pleasure. It lets you enjoy the lawyer-friendly rally cars blasting through the track, leaving trails of thick smoke in their wake and with their brake discs glowing and sparking. The trackside spectators being cubes may seem odd at first, but they actually complement the game’s aesthetics very nicely.

So, it’s the first game of a small studio called Nadan. Considering it’s their first game it’s quite good. The artistic environment of the game is really cool. It has an aesthetic vibe.
The controls are good. I’ll admit the gameplay is not the best indie gameplay of all time but it’s okay. What I love the most about this game is their soundtracks. Each race track has a different soundtrack that really goes with the vibe of the environment.
The game has single player, online multiplayer and a split screen local multiplayer. And I really had a good time playing the split screen multiplayer with my little brother. These indie games are really good when you have someone to play with. Also, this game has more than 50 maps which is crazy!

Food Drive: Race against Hunger
The driving mechanics/controls are very good, making it fun to just drive and mess around. The gameplay is easy to get into but there is also a high skill cap. The achievements offer a bit of a challenge you can go for if you want to, and the leaderboards can give you a lot of grind on top of that. Very good job on the devs to make the driving mechanics so fun yet simple and release this well put together package for free. If you’re like me and always on the lookout for good and interesting free/cheap games this is a must play. I plan on coming back every once in a while to enjoy driving around a bit and see if I can beat some high scores. :)

If you like crazy taxi (and I love me some) then this game will tickle that itch thats been left unscratched for a long time! Food Drive is different in that you must pick up packages of food and deliver them to positions around the map, you must race against the clock to deliver as many parcels as possible by either parking in the designated delivery zone or by launching the food packages from your cannon! You then earn hearts which you can use to unlock new vehicles with different stats such as speed and carry capacity. This game is also a charitble endevour by the awesome developers!

Street Heat
has anybody won a race? if so i want to see video evidence! i want to see one of the devs win a race on easy because for a start its not possible to select difficulty on local mode! i dont believe the devs have even played the game!!!!!!!! its impossible to win. online mode is pointless cos theres always an ai with you that will win every time. making a game impossibly difficult will not bring sales. big fail devs!!!!!!!!!!!!

According to Steam, I last played this for around an hour back in 2017 when this game was still in Early Access. On a whim I decided to revisit it, and all I gotta say is, I’m really disappointed. When I last played this, I felt that the concept was cool but it was lacking in content, and just needed something more; according to the discussions, I’m not the only one that felt that way.
Other than some bugfixes according to the patchnotes (although OneWay’s AI is just broken), version 0.6.7275.31597 (which is the current version as of me writing this) has two new maps and SLIGHTLY different car handling. Nothing else, no alternate game modes, no new cars, no career mode, nothing. Just quick play with bots, other people on the same screen, or literally no one online. My problem with that is, Street Heat feels nothing more than a proof of concept that you get bored with after maybe an hour tops. At least grinding the car unlocks & achievements only takes three total at most.
