Furries & Scalies & Bears OH MY! 2: Return to Kale Bay

Furries & Scalies & Bears OH MY! 2: Return to Kale Bay

So this game is a ride! One that you realize is going to go crazy about 15 mins. into it. I’ll not spoiler anything, other than to say Its definetly different. I’ve no idea why the author took the story in the direction they did. And it left ALOT of unanswered questions about what happened to everyone from the original game! Questions I was not expecting a sequel to bring up, and all the usual questions you would expect some answers from in a sequel. No Answers given, just unexplained mysteries. This one created alot of loose ends, which i absolutely cant get into cause spoilers! but grrrrrrrrr I so wana ask why what and how now!

Dementia the game! (A Friend bought me this game)

The plot is super confusing and all over the place but none the less sort of all makes sense at the end,.its 4 am so i mean i’m tired as heck but yea it was an overall weird? decent experience or something. Breaks the 4th wall a couple of times and has some humor in their like dragons going to space even though they have wings and can fly.

P.S

Wyatt is a sweet heart best character in the game.

Dragon Audit

Dragon Audit

If you like light-hearted fantasy, you will likely enjoy this highly humorous tale (or tail?). An auditor is sent to a castle that’s rumored to be inhabited by a dragon … because that castle’s taxes were falling behind.

A few ~ mostly ~ easy puzzles are included in this roleplaying game. No combat.

Much fun to be had!

I bought it during early release, directly from the developer. Helped hunt bugs. He was kind enough to include “Tumblyweeds” in the credits.

So my “hours played” displays vastly fewer hours than I have actually spent playing this game.

I think it would be very easy to harshly judge this game based solely on the trailer and content on the store page. Despite that, it is a thoroughly enjoyable adventure gaming experience. Indeed the trailer doesn’t do the graphics and art style justice which actually looks much better in game (although admittedly still very obviously Unity powered). The puzzles are on the simpler end of the spectrum, although I personally prefer that over absurd moon logic puzzles typical of older adventure games. It is relatively short, and can easily be completed in one ~90 minute sitting. For the price asked I think that is very reasonable.

Furry Shakespeare: Dashing Dinosaurs & Sexy Centaurs

First let me just start by saying, Dont let the Title fool you. This story is just amazing. It will certainly make you laugh here and there, but you are almost certainly going to need a box of tissue too. For all of you out there, who like me, never really got Romeo and Juliet, here’s another shot at it. One that throws away all the almost impossible to read phrasing, and instead presents the story and even more importantly the story around the story in a way a modern reader can easily understand.

In “Dashing Dinsaurs & Sexy Centaurs” you´re put in the role to be the director of a play “Romeo and Juliet”.

Your job is to tell actors (that are added / hired during the progression of the game) how to perform on stage. This training takes you 5 weeks and after 5 weeks you perform your play in front of an audience… afterwards criticians will review your play.

There are many choices how to design the play and so this game has a high replay value. Also these decisions are bound to archeivements so if you´re into archeivements you can get some archeivements here by re playing the game.

Probably one of the greatest games I’ve ever played. I laughed, I wept, I mourned. I will never forget the impact this wonderful game had on my life.

I wondered why this game only had but a single review. I wondered if I would enjoy dating Cat Girls, when I myself prefer Dog Boys. I wondered a lot as I played it, what it was that I was reading? I wondered who I was supposed to be. I wondered if I was really trying to date one of these people, Or was I trying to solve some mystery here, Or just survive some mind twisting Thing…?

I still dont have any answers to any of that, but I do know there are now two reviews for this game. And I know I’ll walk down all its different paths until I figure out just exactly what it is I have read. or come to the end of the last one and realize that there is just me at the end of it all, wondering….

I guess this is one where I wished steam had a number or star rating rather than a good/bad option. I bought it some time ago, didn’t particularly like it so put it down for a while and picked it up again recently but found more of the same. Overall I’m coming down on the negative side of neutral with regards to it being a game book written in the 80’s. It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever seen but it has some significant problems with the story.

Firstly some of the graphics are nice. They’re in a consistant style that suits the game book. I didn’t find the music that intrusive (although I turned it right down after a while and it got repetative) and the sound effects are ok.

The first line of this story really should have been: Once Upon a Time. Had it started this way I doubt there would have been so many comments/complaints about character development and short storylines. Truthfully what fairy tale really does have in-depth character development or that much of a plot?

Storyline: Tyrna, a young woman (a maiden) has been trained by her father all her life to be a warrior. On the way to the Warrior Games (a tournament to basically earn the right to be called a warrior) the caravan is attacked by orcs. She is knocked unconscious fighting orcs and because of this is the only remaining survivor of the massacre her father dies in. Gavin, a half-elf/half-human ranger (on patrol) comes upon the carnage and revives her before the orcs return or wild animals find her. Of course it is love at first sight, what fairy tale does not have love at first sight. The adventure and mild romance (mostly of the happily ever type) begins here.

So more one game from Zeiva

Ist is very good, But if you just wanna happy ends, so this game is not for you.

Art is beautiful as always and with personality, it is not that standard of anime that we see everywhere in the anime these days. The backgrounds are beautiful, simple but perfectly matched to the story.

We have a first Yandere here from Zeiva. 3

I followed the development of this game like many others of Zeiva and other Visual novel and I am happy about how this game came out.

Well rather than trying to please everyone we have a story that leaves a bitter taste in the heart, but at the same time behind laughter and joys. And it’s very real, and it still brings a little hope and shows that it always has a positive side even in the worst cases.

The art is gorgeous, the music is good, but this game is absolutely not worth $20. The routes are very short, you can play through them all and get all achievements in one afternoon. Plus, none of the endings are satisfying in the sense that there is no happy ending to this game. I’m not sure it it’s to make some point about futility and/or selfishness, but either way, I feel thsoe points could have been made in different ways. I would not suggest this game to people, especially if they haven’t tried this genre before.

The Tale of Doris and the Dragon - Episode 2

Highly Anticipated Episode 2 Does Not Disappoint!!

If you liked Episode 1, then you’re going to LOVE this chapter as it continues the story of 2 unlikely friends, Doris and Norb! And if you haven’t played Episode 1, then what are you waiting for?? Hilarious and entertaining characters (although I admit that Norb and Doris continue to be my favorites), great dialogue that had me laughing out loud at times (witty and dripping with sarcasm), fantastic voice actors that make the characters their own, and intriguing music to tie it all together! This story is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend it!! My only complaint is that now, once again, I’m waiting on pins and needles for Episode 3 to find out what happens next to dear old Doris ;)

Real player with 8.5 hrs in game

This is such a great game. The dialog is funny and I really like the dragons' accent and attitude. The puzzles aren’t too difficult, except for one, which got me stuck and was too complicated compared to the rest. I played Episode 1 a couple of years ago, so it was nice that the game had an overview of that at the beginning to remind me what happened. I’m definitely going to buy Episode 3 when it gets published.

Divinity: Dragon Commander

Divinity: Dragon Commander

This review contains of three parts:

1. What game is it actually/what does it contain?

2. How do I feel about certain parts of it?

3. Summary.

1. Divinity : Dragon Commander

This game is an interesting mixture of turn-based strategy, RTS with a possibility of turning to TPP and continuing the fight, and to some degree a Empire builder. I will use few comparisions in order to describe it for newcommers. If You liked Total War series for the turn based strategy and the possibility to command Your troops on a RTS battlefield, but You found both parts a bit too complex this game may just fit Your taste. How is the RTS part handling? Well it can be compared to Warhammer 40K Dawn of War, but again in a more simplistic way. The places on which You build are not only limited but also fixed, and the whole game is basing on the land controll with one resource involved. The number of units avaiable is smaller and there are no fraction specyfic units. That doesn’t mean that there is no micro/macro cntroll involved. In fact the ‘rock-paper-scissors’ mechanic seems fair enough and even the most low tech units remain usable in late-campagin matches thanks to their special abilities. Storyline? Hymmm. I can’t say I did not sink into it, but it really is a rather linear story with one ending. Again I would compare it to the Witcher style of handling the storyline. You can do various things by anwsering many choices. There are no good anwsers as each option rewards ou with something and punishes You with a other one. But ultimately there are three acts, that lead the main storyline. You can either win the campagin or loose it. There is also a random campagin mode that takes out only one part of the story and gives You a chance of discovering personal plots and endings without the need to go through the same three maps again. Multiplayer. As it stands the UI is a bit lacking at the moment but still the matches give a lot of fun. With dragons fighting in the skies while micro managing their armies and macro managing the factories the RTS gets really interesting.

It’s a pretty good game that could have been really awesome. They were really ambitious with it.

The main issue is that they didn’t have the budget for this one and Divinity Original sin, which they were developing at the same time.

So they had to pick one or the other, and they picked D:OS, which makes sense because it was more in line with what they’re good at doing.

Even so, Dragon Commander got made, though they ended up cutting a HUGE amount of content. Like, the game that you see is about 30% of the final product that they strung together and published before moving over to D:OS

Furry Shakespeare: Oops! All Dragons!

I do so enjoy these quirky little stories! Oh and I totally am not even slightly biased at all about the cast of this one all being dragons ; p

What can I say if you have played any of the games by Stegalosaurus and enjoyed them, this one will bring you more of what you have enjoyed in the past. Humor? Check! Strange unexpected plot twists? Check! The option to take things seriously and try to make the right choices, or say to Hades and blow it all up on purpose? You bet! Opportunities to meddle in other peoples lives and relationships, while pointedly ignoring your own? lol of course! hmmmm here’s a new one, love triangle???? Well some one does mention the idea…. But I havnt found it yet (although the two who “play” brother and sister would really make for an incredibly confusing one! lmao I can see it now….. but yeah that doesnt happen).
