Demon heart

Dragon Bros
Judging from the base mechanics themselves the game is quite solid . The controls feel fluid enough however some issues with the options menu did occur . theres also a decent variety with the ‘mini-missions’ (screw it thats what ill call em) . Music so far is just upbeat as hell and the world that has been created does send loads of charm through the screen .
Difficulty settings is thankfully from the start fully open for the players to mess around in and even without another player , controlling the 2nd dragon does create some strategy if you decide to use him .

Nice and compelling old style run&gun. It does exactly what it promises: a progression through levels full of robots to blast with a variety of increasingly powerful weapons.
PROs:
Weapons and explosions feedback
Music tunes
Tiny “fat” dragons design
Robots design (some of them are fun to observe as they look really dumb)
CONs:
It can be repetitive, the longer your game session is the more you’re gonna notice it

Great RPG.

Very excellent game!! There’s two ways to getting your stats up. Through regular fighting and the growth plate system. The growth plate system is very vital to getting your stats up as well and via the growth plate system it can help your stats go into the five digit range with your HP being capped at 99,999 even though the max party level is only 99. Excellent story as well along with hilarious dialogue. Definitely worth buying!!

Dragon’s Wake
This is a fun, cute little platformer that I really enjoyed.
What makes the game unique is you play a newly hatched dragon and can flap your wings to jump, glide and kind of fly. Getting around the levels using your limited flight is really tricky, but has a satisfying feeling once you get used to it. You also start with a bite attack and you gain the ability to breathe fire before long. The level design and scripting is very tight and tells a good story with strong characters you’ll care about, without using any dialog.

Key provided by developer/publisher. This does not effect my review.
Dragon’s Wake is a 2D Adventure Platformer where a fledgling dragon hatches into a world in which the extermination of dragons at the hands of a mysterious black knight is already underway.
Comments
- The most unique thing about this game is the ability to eat almost anything in your path. As you eat certain “special” creatures, you gain power-ups (fire breathing, and ability to fly more) and grow larger (which gives you the ability to stomp and destroy rocks). Also, as you eat enemies, you regain health.

Deepest Sword
Deepest Sword is a short side-scrolling 2D platformer game.
Gameplay
! You play a knight wielding a sword and need to slay the dragon. You run through a dungeon 5 times with each iteration your sword getting longer and the dungeon becoming deeper. The game plays heavily on your character’s and its swords' physics. The first playthrough will be challenging, it took me about 28 minutes, but by then you’l have gotten the hang of it. The longer the sword the heavier, slower, and harder to control it gets. Note that your character can’t jump, any altitude needs to be gained with swinging around your sword and using it somewhat as a pole in pole vault. After your first run, the real challenge begins: The 3 minutes and 30 seconds speed run achievement. (I’m stuck at 4:28.622).

Deepest Sword is a short Physics based Platformer game. It has an 8 Bit Graphics Style, which I found quite charming (admittedly I am a big 8 Bit fan).
The aim of the game is straight forward. You are a brave knight, who has to slay a menacing dragon. The knight however only has a short sword to do so. Each run the sword will get longer and the path towards the dragon more challenging. It takes 5 total runs to ultimately defeat the dragon.
The theme is pretty simple, but the gameplay got an interesting twist. Deepest Sword is a Platformer game, but you can’t jump yourself and instead have to use your sword to traverse through the levels. The sword can be used as a sort of jump bar, a lifter or as a bridge like tool. Occasionally the sword can feel a bit clunky and make the player stuck on the ground or a wall. Nonetheless, the sword and the dexterity based platforming are certainly the highlights of Deepest Sword.

The Mystery of Caketropolis
The Mystery of Caketropolis is a neat game with a bit of an old-skool RPG feel. Playing as Rimentus, you follow the young dragon’s adventures as he gets to the bottom of a city-wide conspiracy. However, things aren’t as simple as they seem, and our hero will have his worldview challenged as he digs deeper into the titular mystery.
I like the writing for the game. The characters all have a very distinct personality and enough unique quirks to make them all memorable. The plot progression is also very well done, I never feel like the story gets rushed or lags behind with pacing.
! The twist on the alternate ending deserves its own special mention. Overall, an excellent storytelling experience.

A really nice game, especially if you like dragons. While the story isn’t groundbreaking, it’s still fun to figure out the mystery and try to figure out what actually happened along with the characters. It features both bad and good endings, both leading to interesting conclusions. There are also other smaller side-quests you can do while working towards the main quest.
There are a couple of things I feel needed a bit more work, such as different sprites having different levels of quality (some things are rather blurry while others are rather pixelated), the way to get the good ending feeling slightly tacked on, in some cases where you can and can’t go isn’t exactly obvious, and menus can feel slightly clunky at times. Most of these problems though are rather minor, though.
