Dog_Fox_Bunny
I didn’t even play this game the right way and I am enjoying myself so far. You play as a gsd who is the best doggo ever, and therefore blessed by the gods with infinite run. You run across plains and through fields of ferns and flowers. You run along mountain ridges. You run.
This was honestly super relaxing! Also, there are mazes and actual gameplay to get to, but I just collected whatever I felt like along the way. I got it on sale for .49 cents USD, and I’m honestly happy to have taken a chance on this hidden gem.

Rescue Rover Collection
**Dogs: Man’s best friend.
Evil Robots: Dog’s worst enemy.**
Experience the original Rescue Rover 1 & 2, originally created for Softdisk by legendary developers John Carmack and John Romero, together in one package!
There’s something about your dog Rover that evil robots absolutely LOVE. It seems like every time you look away, those evil robots come around to steal Rover away to their underground hideout. You’ve lost count of how many times you’ve had to go down there, redirect lasers with giant mirrors, rearrange crates, create bridges, and unlock doors to find your beloved dog. Maybe one day those evil robots will cease their dognapping ways. Maybe. Probably not.
Enjoy this pair of whimsical and challenging grid-based action puzzle games where you, the loyal owner of a special dog named Rover, must repeatedly venture into the evil robots’ lair to rescue your stolen pup by foiling traps and mazes designed to keep Rover locked up. Lucky for you, the robots can be outsmarted. Unlucky for you, they’re persistent!
-
Rescue your dog Rover from evil robots across two full games with a combined total of 60 levels.
-
Solve fiendishly complex environmental puzzles by redirecting laser beams, moving crates, bridging moats, avoiding security robots, and more to retrieve your dear pup and make it safely back to the exit.
-
View hilarious animated cutscenes between stages and whenever you fail a puzzle.

An Airport for Aliens Currently Run by Dogs
I am a ‘dog person’ so this game looked intriguing. I had it on my wish list and picked it up, on sale. Having spent many hours in airports run by dogs, I have very mixed feelings. It is a silly, somewhat mindless game with the biggest challenge being to find specific characters, objects and gates in each of 6 airports. Woven into this is a love story about a long distance relationship between you and Krista (the last two humans left on the planet). Your busy lives intersect at airports and it is sweet to watch the relationship unfold through many brief encounters. Although each airport has very different geography, there is a lot of repetition (the same shops, the same vendors, and much of the same dialog).

Hilariously it was my girlfriend who got me this game, we are long distance, and neither of us actually knew much about the game. I just kinda wishlisted it long ago cause haha cute dogs and alien airports, and she got it cause just frick it we get gifts for each other so sue us (please dont, legal action scares me). Well, 13 hours later and I am all misty eyed over what was supposed to be a silly little game. Even now typin this out I am gettin all teary eyed. Not gonna get too into detail cause I ain’t wanna spoil stuff but heck, this game is gonna last in my brain head for a long while. 10/10, Recommend it forever

DOGNUTS
More than a greedy and adorable dog, it’s a challenging game and at the same time a lot of fun, but it’s going to be hard to fatten this dog up, my donuts are on the way :(

Cute physics/logic game.
Some levels are quite provocative, in the sense of how many different aprouches you can use to win.
Very nice.

Wobbledogs
I don’t write reviews often, but this game is fantastic and I hope it gains more attention. I saw someone create an animation about this game, and I’m so glad I decided to check the game out. It’s simple but very calming and fun. Not to mention, it’s being updated pretty often. Also worth noting that the community in the discord server is very kind, willing to help out on anyone struggling to get achievements, and answer questions.

pet the dog. make more dog. ascend into the stratosphere sometimes. do back flips ‘cause there’s no camera lock, and you get a little height bump when you go all the way around. 10/10.

This game has it all: dogs, picturesque hills…hands. I pet over 200 dogs at once, which is way more than I’ve ever pet in real life. I’ll pet my actual dog until I can play this again. I love it!

Smasher and the Will o' the Thiccs
If you’re into the furry community that might be a good game for you. If you also happen to be into inflation/weight gain, golfing, plot, 400+ character skins including many favorites of the fandom, and also maybe that one scene from Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, then is is DEFINITELY the game for you.
Without giving spoilers, the game is worth having a price tagged on it now, as it’s been a free Itch.io game for about 1-2 years and was started all because of a weight-gain themed Game Jam; which this game won BTW!

I’ll probably edit this review later to be more in depth with it.
Also my playtime on the current itch.io version (1.0.7a) is 9 hours and 47 minutes with all the levels 100%ed with the highest score rating.
Even though I was given a free key, I am going to gift these to several friends to help support Creature on making a wonderful game that makes me smile. With the dialogue, settings, and gameplay working well together. I’m already excited for possible dlc in the future

DOG GONE GOLFING
Dog Gone Golfing is an adorable title where you pick a dog and go golfing…with hockey pucks because the dogs chewed all the golf balls up. The game itself is fairly simple, with the objective being to get the puck in the hole in as few moves as possible. This game is easy to pick up and play, and if you aren’t careful, you might get sucked in for hours. I was really impressed with the amount of content that was in this game despite it being only $2.29. Overall, it’s a great and charming game for your library. :)

A simple Worms-style gameplay, at a rock-bottom price. Could have used more polish. For example, the functions of the two action-types are not explained. There are no golf clubs to select, nor directions to aim. The mechanics of obsticles, wind speeds, and ability-skills are not explained. The system of meta-game unlocks are not explained. Also, I am very annoyed that the xbox-style gamepad controller doesn’t work.
If you have the patience to look past the short-comings, then I think there is a golf-campaign to be explored. You will be limited to only one club, only hitting the ball straight ahead, and a having to learn as you go. Maybe you can even get your controller working with it. Dog Gone Golfing uses the Game Maker game engine. I tried playing this on an Ubuntu 18.10 system.
