Overall I think the game is good I’m not sure it’s long enough or has enough to do to be worth 5.99, but it’s a cute game that kids could enjoy it’s pretty simple.
EDIT: The creator was super responsive and fixed every complaint I had about the game it’s short, but for the price of $5.99 it felt worth it.

An absolutely adorable Halloween romp through a quirky neighborhood full of people that dump gallons of candy into the bucket of a dog they think is a human. Well worth the price of admission! The developers have ironed out some minor issues too.
Be wary of Frankenstein. He’s a little Psy-cho.

An Airport for Aliens Currently Run by Dogs
I am a ‘dog person’ so this game looked intriguing. I had it on my wish list and picked it up, on sale. Having spent many hours in airports run by dogs, I have very mixed feelings. It is a silly, somewhat mindless game with the biggest challenge being to find specific characters, objects and gates in each of 6 airports. Woven into this is a love story about a long distance relationship between you and Krista (the last two humans left on the planet). Your busy lives intersect at airports and it is sweet to watch the relationship unfold through many brief encounters. Although each airport has very different geography, there is a lot of repetition (the same shops, the same vendors, and much of the same dialog).

Hilariously it was my girlfriend who got me this game, we are long distance, and neither of us actually knew much about the game. I just kinda wishlisted it long ago cause haha cute dogs and alien airports, and she got it cause just frick it we get gifts for each other so sue us (please dont, legal action scares me). Well, 13 hours later and I am all misty eyed over what was supposed to be a silly little game. Even now typin this out I am gettin all teary eyed. Not gonna get too into detail cause I ain’t wanna spoil stuff but heck, this game is gonna last in my brain head for a long while. 10/10, Recommend it forever

Soran
Still a work in progress, but seriously a well thought out game. Would have never have guessed it was made by just one person.

A game full of potential, very fun to play with friends!
It’s definitely more productive to settle our dramas in this game instead of fighting IRL

Soul Catcher
It’s nice to play a game that doesn’t hand everything to you on a plate. In an age of ultra-high budget productions I’m reminded that sometimes simplicity can produce a compelling game. Some talented individuals with a story to tell, maybe a few puzzles and jump scares along the way make a surprisingly compelling game. Because of the whole horror retro vibe of the game this is definitely one to play with headphones. I have to admit that I took a while to complete this, probably because I’m not that great at puzzle games. I have to admit there were periods of frustration when I was stuck on a few puzzles but to me that makes it all the sweeter when you finally figure it out. Don’t get me wrong, the game isn’t without its flaws. The low-res aesthetic certainly won’t appeal to everyone. Sometimes it feels like the difficulty of the puzzles can suddenly jump without much of a ramp up to them. I think an optional hint mode as an option within each puzzle could help. Checkpoints need to be more evenly spaced as I had to play for a good 30 minutes before I hit my first one. For what the game is, when it was floated on the steam store I thought it was a little expensive. But hey what are Steam sales for! All in all this game is a great reminder that you don’t necessarily need a multi-million pound budget and photo realistic graphics to make a compelling story that’s enjoyable (if a little scary) to play through. Now I just need to complete play throughs with all the other characters XD.

Yes, I’m aware of the ALL CAPS game this title is similar to.
Are there games out there like Rogue?
Yes, a lot. That is why “Rogue-like” is now a genre.
Am I going to make a federal case out of inspiration?
No, no I am not.
What I will do is say that this game is awesome. It sets up its own unsettling folklore-themed flavor, presented in classic retro-PC style, with some pretty clever puzzles. There are multiple characters, and multiple endings depending on what you do and/or the order you do things in.

Paw Patrol: On A Roll!
To begin with I’m going to say what I think of this game as a parent who has to sit and play the game with my kid;
It’s cute but annoying. Each level is basically the same except with a different pup. The only character that talks is Ryder, literally no pup or person other than him says a thing. You even see the pups mouth move when they do that whole ‘bark, net,’ sort of thing, yet they don’t speak. Every level, and what feels like every other second, Ryder keeps talking. “Dont forget the left stick.' ‘collect the pup treats’ ‘i detect a gold paw’. SHUT UP RYDER WE GET IT!!! I thought this was going to be more open world, with levels of course, but maybe the kids get to look around the lookout or something like that. It’s a side scroller. Also some of the levels are hard for little ones. At some point some of the ledges they need to jump up onto have a lip so the kid has to back up and then try and jump, which is confusing for little ones.

AIDS… I mean aide people in trouble
Buying this game for my 3 year old was a great idea, but the game does have it’s flaws. Besides being mind numbing easy, the only voice you’ll hear throughout the game is Ryders, and missions are incredibly repetitive. I feel that this game is a glorified phone game.
Missions goes as follows:
There is a problem and the pups are assembled and selected to solve it. First thing you’ll notice is that Tracker and Everest are with the other pups climbing to tower. Once Ryder makes his selection of 4 pups you control 2 of them and call the other two when the time is right.

Pug With Bomb
This game is tagged as a procedurally-generated.
This is not true.
Each map is custom-made and not generated.
I don’t think it had even 10 levels total.
It’s also tagged as cute and family friendly.
Unless you find dog poop cute and family friendly.
After playing the very few maps, the game ends abruptly on a black and white screen filled even more poop, which you cannot exit from.
You will be repeatedly killed before the enemy even touches you.
Enemies move fast and unpredictably, so there’s no way to even plan a strategy.

Quickscoper Doge: The Dank Illuminati Memes
The ending of the campaign before we had to defend the dank memes from those who threaten our dankened culture. This game has inspired the raw emotions in me that were devoid just 30 minutes before. This game is an art. What man requires the companionship of a woman when this game is there for your embrace. I teared in practically every fight scene, and the fight with Pewdiepie filled my eyes with tears of sorrow for the act which I had committed. Whyen Doge revealed his imprisonment inside of DAT BOI I called those closest to me and declared that I would most likely “Pull a Jeffrey Epstein” They teared but when I gifted them this game I lost them in my life as well for this game changed their lives for the better and afterwards they embarked on spiritual Quickscope Doge journeys amongst the Nepalese Himalayas and the volcanoes of Japan.

Steam won’t let me make a guide so ill just recommend the game.
I have more hours in this game that i do in cyberpunk and i can honestly say this is the better game, if you want to 100% it you will have to play the arena mode and every round you win will get you one achievement (just ad one Illuminati minion and quick scope it 100 times) press q to spin your gun as you shoot and press X to become the superior left handed dogo.

Sam & Max Save the World
I thought I smelled that joke coming down the turnpike, burning oil and dragging its muffler.
Sam & Max almost feels like one of those things that’s self-explanatory at this point, but also it’s totally not since point & click adventures aren’t really as mainstream as they used to be. So if you don’t know, Telltale’s Sam & Max games are episodic comedy games that were part of a (mostly successful) attempt to make adventure games more enjoyable for normal people. Sam & Max Season One was also kind of a proof of concept that showed that episodic games were viable. It’s also very funny.

This game is what you need to start playing to experience point and click adventure gaming at its finest. The actual adventure gaming at its finest is Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse. But before you get to that, you must play this and also season 2.
How does it hold up to the original? It’s great! The visuals are improved. They have altered a few things, but the altered things were elements of polish that reflect society’s growing understanding of how to better talk about things and represent people (actually hiring a black actor to play Bosco, for instance). While it initially took a couple of games for the new Bosco voice to find his sea legs, they went back and updated the first couple of episodes so now it practically sounds like the same old Bosco. (And no worries about the original Bosco actor, he’s still Jimmy Two Teeth so he’s still in the game.)
