Rising Constellation

Rising Constellation

Rising Constellation is an awesome game which is mixing strategy and role play at a perfect level.

It offers many distinct gameplay based on factions and its agents mechanics - however, remind it’s strongly depends on team play!

Indead, this game is part of those who are perfectly designed to work in cooperation with your mates, but definitely not alone.

Use Siderians and rule your teamates, just because you’ll get the economy power - or perhaps you’ll prefer bite everyone using large fleets lead by Navarques.

Rising Constellation is 4x RST game still in developpment.

Created from a small team of Swiss developper, I was a player of thier first MMO RTS 4x game: Asylamba.

I see RC (Rising Constellation) like an MMO RTS 4x game based on Agents (Navarques – Ereased – Sidérians).

I really enjoy the game for is background story (lore can be added by players participation) , B&W graphic style and is MMO possibility !

There is now 1 mod to play : fast flash 2H gamemode , this is quite small with 1 or to 2 games per week with a small cummunity.

4th Generation Warfare

This Is an update to the review 11/20/21

Single player Is not bad to play. There are quality of life things that needs to be Improved.

  1. Instead of checking the phone for each person or backing out the menu to re open to view messages from characters to have a simple list of all messages.

  2. When you tell your military to move somewhere they will move Into borders of countries and start a war If still there traveling In two or three days.

  3. More defence from cyber attacks. As a large country you cannot defend against this. Other actors can ruin your entire economy and cause mass shortages withing days.

In the beginning it was confusing but the more I played the more I realized all of the hidden treasures that this game has behind its sleeve. Its not those games that tells you everything right off the bat and spoiling all the fun by doing so, this is a progressive type game that the longer you play the more you discover and develop a history as the leader of the nation. By far one of the most underestimated games with extremely high potential by far I have ever seen to date. If you don’t like this game cause its hard, tutorials aren’t good, or you don’t understand the game play, I would say that the game provides difficulty levels and different modes to play through, play the actual game and this is 4th generation warfare which you should have researched what that means if you don’t know. Great Game!

Snowstorm of despair

Snowstorm of despair

In this game you have to survive in a severe winter, while waiting for salvation.

Survive in a snowstorm

You and your team need to keep the flame in the fireplace. Look for firewood and fuel the flame or you will have to put it in again.

Cooperation or betrayal?

Only you can decide which side to choose. Will you work with your team or betray them when you have a chance? Maybe, you are a good orator and want to build a good trustworthy team? Or do you prefer to create tension and distrust? Anyway, it is you who makes the final decision.

Features of survival

Appearing in a cosy home with your unlucky teammates, you have to find a way out and collect wood for the fireplace to get warm (you don’t want to freeze to death, do you?). Also, you’ll come across some useful items such as food and additional clothes. But make sure that you’re not lost while searching the way to other houses.

What is hiding in the forest?

Yes, there are “human-monsters”, but also there are ghosts of darkness, which are also dangerous. You thought it would be easy, didn’t you?

Supremacy 1914: World War 1

If you are having a map without extreme gold abusers, this game really has it.

War feels like a true war, diplomacy, production, army size and versatility, distances, infrastructure, espionage, sabotage, betrayal…

This game is extremely hard and you have to be very patient to learn it. You must find old veterans who might teach you the art of this epic game.

There are very few games which put such a challenge on your skills, depending of your role - leader of a coalition, or a member.

This game will show you your limitations quickly if you attempt to win the greatest challenge - a 500 player world map, which takes ~3-4 months to complete.

My own experience after years of playing (since it was a browser only game):

u start the game and u are too powerful in the tutorial round..u can win easily if u play a bit smart

u probably had fun so u start another round..your army is equal to other at beginning this time (which is good..things should be justified right?) and u make progress and expand..things sound alright but suddenly one nation starts to expand and progress way quicker than others..u are wondering and being amazed to see how some people play so good but things sound a bit weird at the same time..he starts attacking multiple countries and win against all of them..he is getting too strong and 2 or 3 times bigger and stronger than rest

Strategy & Tactics: Dark Ages

Strategy & Tactics: Dark Ages

This game delivers some depth in thinking your strategy and tactics in terms of choosing the most effective formation and unit combination. The game might seem a bit difficult at first but once you start grasping the battle mechanics, the game becomes pretty easy to beat although somewhat time consuming depending on which scenario and how much upgrade you have invested on certain type of units. This game delivers some fun and challenge while providing a reasonable challenge and replayability for the price. What makes this game quite replayable once you beat all the scenarios is that you can choose and spend your glory points to keep highly skilled generals and use them again in other scenarios. Also once you have invested in weapon and armor for certain type of troops of your choosing, that upgrades stay for good so when you play other scenarios, you start those scenarios with upgraded stats for the units that you have invested in.

Strategy & Tactics: Dark Ages is a turn-based strategy title by the developers over at HeroCraft. HeroCraft are no stranger to the strategy genre, making several medieval and modern themed games over the past year. It has been over a month since the game released into Early Access and it has already seen some patchwork to fix some of the crippling launch issues. While the tactics are indeed present in the game, some key mechanics and technical issues make the experience feel more like a battle of attrition than coherent operation.

Total War: SHOGUN 2

Total War: SHOGUN 2

OK I’m older than the average gamer and have a history of traditional wargaming - map based and figure based games/campaigns. I find all the Total War immersive and an excellent up to date computer based version of traditional wargaming. Shogun 2 is a particular favourite as it was the first one I really started to customise with user based extensions and later my own. Today, I’m downloading it again to play it for the first time in about 3 years and can hardy wait. Programming wise, apart from a few moody extensions the game is very reliable and lock-up and crash free. It also gets a big plus for not stealing all my memory and CPU run time allowing me to multi-task with high end productivity and graphics software.

Call of War: World War 2

Call of War: World War 2

Call of War had a lot of potential and can really be a lot of fun at first. It is very competitive ad interesting for the most part in early games where momst people playing are beginners. Then as you advance you find out just how crazy people can become with games that allow you to “pay to win”, players pump in a lot of money to buy a win and think nothing of how it ruins the game. To be fair, it does not always happen, but there is no way of determining if a “map” or game instance will have one or a few of these types of players. In these maps the games become a drain n either ones wallet or ones senses, I for one keep thinking, “why would anynone spend that kind of moeny to win a game”, yet people do over and over. I do not deny the developer and publisher their fair profit as they do deserve a return on their creation, but there needs to be a better method, like a cost throttle, the more you spend the more things cost, or some upper limit on what you can spend on an instance. I don’t know the fix, but almost every online game has the same issue, play for free, pay to win. Bytro and its games are in this arena, I say avoid them or proceed with caution unless you are mega wealthy and want to show people jsut how much money you can spend to win a game. I will continue to play, at least as long as Bytro will allow as they threaten to ban me for calling heavy spenders out, which is apparently against their rules. I say if it aint true then ban me, if it is fix the game! For the record, I have participated in 35 games to date, won 18, 3 are still undecided and almost all fo the other games were one by someone that spent a lot of money, so expect someone to be a big spender in 40% to 50% of the games. Due to this issue, I cannot recommend the game. There are also some fundamental issues with the game that were not fully thought out by the developer, some do not make sense, like allowing CAP to go out beyond the max range of a air strike, there are no differences in nationality for troops - which for a game based on WWII it makes little sense, which means there are no nationalistic capabilities or differences in troops, no quantity over quality, and upgrades that jsut happen, even when aircraft in in flight or a ship at sea. Most of these can be overlooked, but I cannot allow a game to call it a strategy game and allow people to win with paying an accessive amount of money.

In a nutshell: Do not waste your time here.

EDIT: https://gyazo.com/c84c1dc3e1be2e5c33b08d55870637b8

EDIT 2:

I have just played a game where after so many weeks of painstaking planning in a discord server, I sent an invasion force across the water and the gold user knew the exact positions of my invasion force, bought an army using $$$, and sunk my entire army. This is not a strategy game… It’s a moneymaking scam.

Horrifyingly pay to win.

  • Pay to speed up production.

  • Pay to speed up research.
