good game, has a lot of philosophical thoughts and beliefs which may get frustrating after a while.
50 wins, 50 times getting over it, fastest time being 4 mins 26 seconds and was a great journey
9/10 game tbh

Story

I first saw City Climber on 9gag many months ago. Upon rediscovering City Climber, I felt an overwhelming urge to play it and I’m pleased to say that I was not disappointed. Although the premise is simple, you can tell that a lot of care was put into the development of City Climber. I applaud SimpleGhost for creating such a great product despite having a small budget and working on it solo.
In City Climber, you essentially control the left and right arms of a ragdoll. With your infallible grip and gorilla-strength arms, you take on many challenges by doing what you do best – climbing. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to try the co-op mode, so this review will focus on single player.

Kosmokrats
I have no words.
This game is truly a hidden gem. I cannot understand how this game has only around 30 reviews.
Sure the gameplay might not be that much, yet it’s still fun, but the story is just so good, I was literally excited to see how things go in diffrent paths, I got all of the 17 endings and almost all of the achievements. Nearly all details are there, even the smallest ones. There’s quite a lot of humour too.
There are so many refrences to pop culture and other games. I still cannot fathom how this game was made by ONE person, with little help from others.

This is a narrative game revolving around completing drone assemblies of spaceships made out of tetris-like pieces. The central mechanics are serviceable and make for some interesting puzzles and an alternately frustrating and satisfying experience as you try to get pieces to connect by bumping and pulling them.
Whilst that wouldn’t be enough to make a great game by itself, the narrative is the real draw here, running a pastiche of soviet-era space and sci-fi references into the exploration of various characters - and enables you to change how the story turns out as these characters vie for power and try to keep Space Force going in very trying circumstances.

Soviet Bear Uni Adventure
Unicycle Punishment Simulator 2019
The hardest, most frustrating game mechanics of any game I’ve played to date. Aiming weapons in Golden Eye using a N64 controller is easier than this game. This game was harder than riding a real life unicycle. However, once you finally …. FINALLY… overcome that obstacle, you feel accomplished for 30 seconds, then you’re back to feeling frustrated by the next obstacle. It was different, comical and challenging.

This game is tripe. I spent nearly 40 minutes very slowly trudging from room to room with no idea what I was meant to be doing. Putting aside the bad english translations which I could get the jist of, there is still no coherent plot or instructions. The controls are terrible, you move glacially slowly and you spend forever waiting for dialogue boxes to close trying to open doors and explore. I think this game is a big maze of number-matching item fetch quests and as it takes about 10 minutes waiting for you character to move from one side of the map to the other at snails pace, frankly life is too short.

Just Ski+
I love the premises of this Unity game - you can choose in fact between better graphics or better performance, instead of the usual stupid “ultra”, “poor”, “medium” and such qualities.
This is a small physics indie game, small even because it’s short, and minimalistic for sure - the whole game has in fact just two colors.
The white of the snow will be the main color of the whole game, since you’re playing as a skier, while the rest of the minimalistic world will be colored of black, red, orange, blue and so on.

Just Ski is fun physics game but it lacks a lot of basic features that you would expect from this genre. As of right now, there is only one map that you have to beat with no save points. It probably takes around 10 minutes, not that you could do on a first try. As you can see I have been trying to beat it for over 5 hours. In other words, you will replay the first section a lot (like 50 times at least). Somehow I am not bored of it just yet. Something about the relaxing music and the atmosphere makes the deaths less stressful.

That Flipping Mountain
Tl;dr: It’s a masterpiece. If you consider yourself a gamer you’ve got to play this.
That Flipping Mountain is inspired by Getting Over It but it’s not a Getting Over It clone. By gameplay and even more by style it’s much closer to Jeff Weber’s previous game Just Ski and definitely a worthy successor. As such it even starts after the same hut where Just Ski has ended. On from the first tree to over devil’s chimney and the ice cliff to the radio tower it features various elements of Getting Over It in its own style, just enough to recognize and appreciate these elements that have been perfectly adapted for the setting and gameplay of That Flipping Mountain.

This is - by far - the best rage game I’ve ever played. The secret to its success? It has perfect controls - unlike most rage games, which find their difficulty by making their games hard to play, That Flipping Mountain gives players a character that controls perfectly - at any point they can predict the exact location to which they’ll make him jump - the only thing they have to worry about is making sure that their character sticks the landing. This isn’t easy by any means - it took me nearly 20 hours to beat the game - but the difficulty is entirely fair, and there are no unexpected surprises - as long as the player can master flipping, they will eventually beat the game!
