Three Pigeons in a Trench Coat
Our story begins with a very good looking pigeon with an amazing name, who’s dream is to act in the great theater that they live in. With the help of a lovely human, a fluffy pigeon and a questionably french bird, they create the perfect human disguise: a trench coat. Heigh-ho, hey-ho! Alas, suddenly, the world ends! Zounds! Bazinga! Yeet! All hope is lost! But, in the nick of time, a figure approaches this spectacular pigeon with an offer. Would you like to try again?
Three Pigeons in a Trench Coat is a fast paced, action, adventure game, where you try to find out what ends the world and stop it before the world ends again five minutes later. And if you fail? Just try again!

Return of the Phantom
A classic point and click adventure - You play as a detective who’s investigating a deadly accident which seems to be the work of a Phantom of the Opera copycat. Great atmosphere and beautiful visuals

I was reminiscing my childhood while i was playing this. It’s just a simple click-and-point game with retro BGM and graphic. It used to be so hard to beat it and pretty terrifying back then. But, it’s so easy and i enjoyed every part of it now..

The Beast of Stormy Forest
The first room was really well done but really short. After learning what to do, everything can be done in less than five or ten minutes. I don’t see much replay value in doing it again anytime soon. The developer will need to add several more chapters before I download this game again.

pro - Premise is good. You are on chapter 1 and are trying to escape a room in which you triggered an alarm and have 15 mins to escape. If you know all the moves you can do it in 5 mins so there is plenty of time
con - The “escape from the chapter” option was located on my right hand touch pad for my htc vive. When I accidentally pressed my right pad instead of the left (I had set up to teleport) I was kicked out to the home page with no way to stop this. Perhaps a yes/no safety option could be applied so you don’t loose all your work.

The Sexy Brutale
The Sexy Brutale
…is a time-puzzle mystery game. Lafcadio Boone wakes up in the Sexy Brutale Mansion, reliving the same day over and over, as he attempts to prevent tragedies from happening all while trying to figure out what secrets are kept in the deepest rooms of the mansion.
⚙ Game Description & Mechanics ⚙
As you begin the story, you are guided by the mysterious Bloodied Girl that has you witness the assassination of a guest. But thanks to a pocket watch she gives you, time rewinds back to 12pm, allowing you to visit different rooms and uncover what happened from a different point of view. From that point on, it is up to you to prevent other tragedies from happening.

8 hours of gameplay, I still don’t know what Brutale is? Is it a combination of Brutal and Tale? Is it a made up word? Is it an alternate form of the word Brutal? Why is it Sexy? Ultimately these questions don’t matter much, yet I still feel I should ask them because I really want to know.
On the other hand The Sexy Brutale does deliver a solid gameplay experience. People have called it “Groundhog’s day in video game form.” And that works for the most part. The entire game has the player reliving 12 hours, and trying to “save” people. To do this, the player has to stop their death, which can be as simple as Activating a control panel, to as complex as timing a number of objects and following someone around. It’s a rather great game, that reminds me of classic point and click games.

D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die -Season One-
D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die is a true hidden gem. I consider it to be a masterpiece. It is among my favourite games, and one of the finest examples of the interactive movie subgenre. It’s also among the most immersive games, both overall and specifically due to how great it is with giving you a lot of different emotions. It’s sad, mysterious, weird, funny, and somewhat scary. It has a great balance of brightness and darkness, and not because it only plays on contrasts, but because it has bright, dark, and in-between moments, and they are placed appropriately, as well as equally good at what their purposes are. While some might claim the game is unfinished, it’s not exactly so, it’s more of a somewhat unfinished game, but worth it without a doubt. You can see it this way - even if a truly beautiful painting is unfinished to some degree, it still remains beautiful. Now let’s talk about the essential video game aspects.

My likes include 100% de Agave tequila. My dislikes are mainly drugs… And chewing gum.
Overview
D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die -Season one- is the first part of a planned episodic adventure games series developed by Access Games in the same vein as Telltale’s cinematic titles. D4 is a crazy story filled with wacky characters and ridiculous situations somehow fittingly wrapped into a serious, moody detective crime story.
Story
D4 follows the tale of David Young, middle-aged ex-cop and widower turned private detective in order to find D, a mysterious individual whose only known initial was Little Peggy’s (Young’s wife) dying breath.

Time Machine - Find Objects. Hidden Pictures Game
This was an enjoyable little HOG.
More of an “old school” game compared to the HOG’s of today–no fantastical characters or story plots. There is a story line but mostly it’s just one HO scene after another. You get a 1, 2 or 3 star rating for each scene based on correctness and time (though you can take all the time you need). I would say fairly difficult to get 3 stars on the first go-round but you can continue to retry until you get it. Each re-try usually has different objects to find in the same scene.

Your name is Herbert Fink, and you are a brilliant scientist who is making his mark in the 1920’s. So much so that you have been invited by the greatest mind of science, Professor Charles Lewis, to work on an exclusive project with him. The specifics of this new research were not revealed in the content of his letter, but Professor Lewis will personally debrief you when you arrive at his house. Contrary to his letter, when you arrive at his house, no-one is there to great you and the building seems to be firmly closed with no sign of life within. Has something happened to the Professor? That’s what you are about to find out in Time Machine – Find Objects. Hidden Pictures Game.

## Between Time: Escape Room
Between Time is third game from mc2games and, in my opinion, it is their best release to date. I enjoyed both previous titles (Palindrome Syndrome and Tested On Humans) which had well thought out puzzles but could be a bit confusing at times.
In Between Time, the interface has been slightly tweaked and seemed more intuitive. The development team has done a great job providing visual clues on related puzzles and there is a gentle hint system if you are stuck. They also posted a full solution guide which I only referred to once. This game has a time travel theme so it is played in five distinct environments, each with a new set of diverse puzzles. Most are easily solved if you are paying attention, as clues tend to be in plain sight.

really love the fun and challenging puzzles. not TOO frustrating.
I find the clues are really well done. Some other puzzle games might just not tell you anything at all to make it "challenging". Really that's poor design and frustrating to the player.
This game however is really fun with interesting locales.

## Alt-Frequencies
I'd give it 10 of 10 - but it deals with some difficult topics, people disappear, are shot without any remorse by police - pretty tough on the youngest generation of players. Excellent spelling and voice quality.
Your're forced to think. The conspiracy theories by goverment officials denying everything? Young adults can understand the game with some adult guidance.
The game is like an audiobook; with 6 chapters. It's made in a similar way to visual novels; permitting one of two paths, with pretty good voice actors and music. The achievements 23 vary in difficulty, and yes, can be pretty frustrating at times, simply because you're forced to actually think a little.

2021 Update: I just wanted to say that after gaining a job in retail and being forced to listen to a radio I think about this game almost every day, which is no small feat for a tiny french indie game. I didn't understand not only how realistic this game is, but just how bone chilling listening to the radio can be in the world of today. The VA do a brilliant job at capturing the voices on every station. If you're a nightshift worker or someone who has to listen to the radio a lot. Give this game a shot. It's got fantasy elements and it's made me more introspective about my own time spent listening to the radio at work.

## Anomaly Hunter - Prologue
Oh man, such fun! I've played HOGs for years and consider myself an expert. I really like this new interpretation and storyline of time travel. It was a welcome challenge! I'm not sure why we're finding anomalies or why the helper is so combative lol, but I can only assume the backstory will be in the finished product. I like the artwork and going through doors to find what you need. BGM was nice and not intrusive. It lets you know which time (past or present) you were in too so that's helpful. I'd buy this in a heartbeat! Can't wait until the game is finished!

Seems interesting, although it's not very clear on what we're supposed to be doing with these anomalies once we find them. Took me a little while to understand I had to go back in time and put the objects in their original place. The assistant's are very vague, and don't really help a lot. Still, once you get how it works, it's a good game to pass time.

## Grim Tales: Threads of Destiny Collector's Edition
Yet another good chapter in the Grim Tales series! I do enjoy that the plots don't play out entirely predictably, and the game quality is solid - both good puzzles, good hint system, and good mapping.

You have been called to try and prevent the deaths of your niece’s parents. As you progress you discover that Atropos of the Fates wants them dead. See if you can prevent their Final Destination.
HO scenes are fun, minigames challenging, and the plot engaging. Recommend in the bundle, just for ease of purchase.
