Operation: Tango - Friend Pass

Operation: Tango - Friend Pass

Look, was it fun? Yes. My friend and I played the entire story on both roles. So, my hours reflect two completed campaign runs, 100%ing the game besides for achievements. Nevertheless, my friend, who was the one who bought the game, was very disappointed by how few missions there were. He felt that he didn’t get his money’s worth out of the game. If you and your friend are willing to have a short lived experience, then go ahead and get the game. However, if you are expecting a little more meat and potatoes than a campaign that can be completed in 2 to 3 hours, look for another game.

“We were here” mixed with “Keep talking and nobody explodes' ‘. I thoroughly hope that this game will show the world that asymmetric coop games are one of the best multiplayer experiences you can have. Both sides have their own view of the world, and have different tasks, but can only complete them when working together and communicating with each other.

It only takes about 3 hours to complete, but it contains some story time, and a lot of condensed gameplay.

The world is neatly built and the way forward is clear as long as you communicate with your teammate.

FBI Agent Simulator

FBI Agent Simulator

CITY OF CRIMES

Enter the city of sin and corruption and find your way around it. Stroll down the grey streets, trying not to get lost in this this sad, concrete town, and be prepared to be called into the field office. Murders, thefts, kidnapping, drug businesses, mafia and organized crime – all of these cases are your daily bread, but it’s high time they were no more.

Are you ready to face the ugly truth and deal with the consequences?

WHO ARE YOU?

What kind of agent do you want to be? In this game you will be able to choose your approach and follow your instincts. Should you put the arm on the suspect or pretend to befriend him? Or maybe let him loose, only to follow him and make an ambush? It’s up to you, but remember – time is of the essence and the lives of the people hang entirely on your success… or failure.

So, are you going to be a good cop, or a bad cop after all?

INVESTIGATE

As soon as you receive the call – pack all the high-tech stuff and examine the crime scene. Who could do it better than an FBI agent, right? Especially since you are well-prepared and own a bag full of specialized tools that will allow you to look for the finger prints, test the blood samples, hack into the devices or instantly look through the police records. Gather all the evidence from the crime scene and take them to the lab!

SOLVE THE PUZZLE

After running through the evidence, you have to try to find a pattern. Maybe it’s about the look of the victims? Or the location of the crime scenes? Or the suspect’s background? The reason behind the murder is different each time and solving the puzzle requires both analytical thinking and perceptivity. Use the old-school, cork board mind map and look for the similarities. The more evidence you have, the easier the task will be!

INTERVIEW

If you have enough data, it’s time to narrow down the list of the suspects and set up some interviews. Prepare yourself and don’t lose your nerve. The culprit may want to put you off your stroke! Decide on the right approach and choose the dialogue options that will allow you to find out more about the crime and define whether the person sitting across the table is guilty or not. You may use the polygraph to help you out!

FIND AND ACCUSSE

Having found the culprit? Great! All you have to do now is to arrest them and put them behind bars. Let’s just hope that you have done everything right! It would be such a shame to frame someone… However, even if you manage to choose the right person, you cannot rest on your laurels. As soon as one criminal lands in jail, the other one just starts doing atrocious things. The job of the FBI agent is never done… So you’d better brace yourself and brew some coffee!

PREVENT AND REACT

Try to prevent the crimes from happening by using the information provided by the counterintelligence and infiltrators, but be prepared for the worse. And when it happens - solve the puzzle and find the criminal by connecting all the dots. Interview, accuse and put them in jail to make sure, that they never hurt anyone again.

Moonshot - The Great Espionage

Once there was a time when 2 big Nations made a Race to Space.

The USA and the SOVIET UNION.

A time of Espionage, of Scientists and Military, of Honor and Glory.

But what if another Nation would take part into this Race?

Welcome to: MOONSHOT – THE GREAT ESPIONAGE.

MOONSHOT is an amazing and charming Retro Plattformer.

You are an Agent for a fictional Country. You get Missions, you execute them.

And that in a very nice done Pixel World that is guided by an absolut amazing Soundtrack that could have jumped out of a sixties Espionage Series.

overall 3/10

badly designed and implemented game.

after first few minutes interest to play is gone.

An excellent shooter where we play as mafia cats.

There are a lot of different opponents in the game, namely: jackals, mice, wolves and many others.

And the best part is that the game is not very demanding with the characteristics of a computer.

Master Magistrate

Master Magistrate

Master Magistrate surprised me a lot. In a very positive way. When I purchased this visual novel I imagined how it was going to be having already played similar games. But it was very well written and when the whole plot came together it blew my mind. Didn’t expect what happened. The story is very good and entertaining, the art is beautiful and both the music and character voices complement the game.

The main story is divided in 4 cases/chapters. There is also a bonus chapter and it’s called Fanservice [for that reason, lol]. It can be found in the chapter selection at the menu. It’s short and can be played in any order because it doesn’t relate in any way to the main story and no important information is presented. Each one of the 4 cases consist of novel/investigation/trial parts. Case 4 is the only chapter with story choices that lead either to the True Ending or the Alternate Ending. The adult patch add 2 scenes to the Alternate Ending. That’s the only adult content available in the main story.

–———————————–

Full game has been released, and with it a very meaty free patch that adds like 10+ hours of additional story and 5 character routes (plus a ton of R18 content…):

The game completely works without it, but the added epilogue and additional routes add a lot to the gameplay. Plus it’s free!

Disclosure: I helped test a pre-release version of this game. I did this outside of Steam so my play time is not accurate.

this is the best vr cowboy shooting, just need some update, like what to do with the money after you win ,and also some gun upgrades

I recommend this, but with a caveat. There’s a lot that needs work here and it is laughable rough at times. From the whole sections where you are walking your horse sideways to the boss fight in the middle that is so unbalanced that you die within seconds no matter what you do (Sunset Tracking).

When this works, it is fun.

Each turn you roll 3 dice, which you have to use on your character sheet to activate their abilities and make progress on your heist plan. Combine your dice skillfully in combinations or use specials to manipulate the results. But you also have to fulfill the security conditions and use all of your dice or you will leave traces or trigger the alarm.

Between Time: Escape Room

Between Time: Escape Room

Between Time is third game from mc2games and, in my opinion, it is their best release to date. I enjoyed both previous titles (Palindrome Syndrome and Tested On Humans) which had well thought out puzzles but could be a bit confusing at times.

In Between Time, the interface has been slightly tweaked and seemed more intuitive. The development team has done a great job providing visual clues on related puzzles and there is a gentle hint system if you are stuck. They also posted a full solution guide which I only referred to once. This game has a time travel theme so it is played in five distinct environments, each with a new set of diverse puzzles. Most are easily solved if you are paying attention, as clues tend to be in plain sight.

Real player with 6.2 hrs in game

really love the fun and challenging puzzles. not TOO frustrating.

I find the clues are really well done. Some other puzzle games might just not tell you anything at all to make it “challenging”. Really that’s poor design and frustrating to the player.

This game however is really fun with interesting locales.

Crash Time 2

Crash Time 2

“I don’t have any argument but I don’t like it !” -Bad reviews from a random lowbob. 0/10

“Like Skyrim with Polizei.” -IGN 2/10

“Polizei, oktoberfest, ausfarht, dummkopfs.” -Medic 11/10

So, first of all, this game doesn’t deserve all those bad reviews. Everyone seems to have played this game for only 15 minutes, and honestly, you can’t judge a game within 15 minutes. This game reviews are clearly manichaean ; you have two possibilities according to Steam reviews : you completly disregarded it because you played a few minutes and no minigun spawned on your car or you will find this game “somewhat OK”. In my honest opinion, I really liked this game. Of course, there is tons of better game in that game style, like the FlatOut series, but this game got a decent amount of pros. Let me make a list of the pros, the cons and the neutrals.

Real player with 76.1 hrs in game

Usually I finish game first and write review later. But this game is special. Ingame counter tells me that I have completed 42% of game and I just have to describe my last mission. As a warning.

There is tl:dr part after story - you can skip it if you value your time.

You choose part of the city where you will respawn, then car (marked with red flag which means that there is availible mission for it). So far so good.

Voice in radio tells about kidnapped bus. Voice acting is terrible but I don’t mind - they don’t talk too much. Story is garbage - realy. We know that blue bus was kidnapped… And this is our only info - so we chase nearest red dot on the map. Bus driver acts like he was crazy. Drives on wrong lane/in the middle of the road. He’s speeding and make turns that would seriously harm people inside. I think it’s the one… and nope. Apparently this is how bus is supposed to behave on road. Whatever - after 10 minutes I have found the right one. Kidnappers took only one passenger and drived away already. Luckilly (no spoilers - but story is really bad - just more driving and bad voice acting). Now I collect money (?) chase my kidnapped partner (and kidnapped girl) and switch cars with bandit (did I said that story is bad?). There is bomb inside new car so I have to travel 1,5 km fast (some plot garbage).

Operation: Tango

Operation: Tango

Operation: Tango is an asymmetrical co-op game (similar to a game like We Were Here) where one player plays as an agent and the other as a hacker, and you must communicate with each other to progress through the game. I generally found the missions to be interesting and challenging, with parts of one or two missions being a bit unclear what you were supposed to do (even after having completed it as both the agent and hacker!). There are 6 missions and 10 challenges, with the missions taking about 6-7 hours to complete, and the challenges taking 3-4 hours to complete at the highest level. The game’s overall aesthetic and UI is nice, and I enjoyed the music.
