Coloring Game 4
There’s some things I like about this one in comparison to the other Coloring Games (1-3). For instance, being able to lock the colors so that it cycles to the next color instead of the first when you finish using one. Another point in favor of #4 is that there is no art DLC. I love classic art, don’t get me wrong. But when the colors are so diffused that you have to click almost every pixel in a 500,000 pixel painting individually, you start to hate it. So good on them for not having an art pack DLC (at the time of this review).

Well, I’ve officially finished every picture from all the games (I think there’s 5 total). There seems to be some missing from this one which the dev stated will be released when the full game is (whenever that will be).
Hard to say I haven’t enjoyed it considering the amount of hours I’ve put into each of the games. Kind of cringe-worthy that achievements are locked behind paid DLC content, but the base game is free, so hard to really even complain about spending a few bucks - especially considering the amount of time put into the game to complete everything.

Microsoft Maquette
Very useful app for development, creation, ideation and creative expression. Finally feel like I found the app that works with my brain to explain my thoughts and ideas quickly and more effectively than paper.
Great user tools like snaping, precise movement, copy and paste. The basics are great but it also has SUCH a good UI that it makes the user experience very pleasing.
One of the few VR creative apps that has a save button too. Which is reassuring because while it’s a great app there are some crashes that occur but the app recovery and saving means you won’t lose much work if you are diligent like in any other project based software you use.

This is my go to first port of call for spatial design as a full time VR Designer, when I am working out the fundamentals.
It will spark new ideas, make you test your asssumptions in situ and I can’t imagine life without it anymore. Being able to grab stuff from poly lets you work up a high fidelity version of what you’re making right off the bat in most cases, avoiding the need to really model much from scratch.
The Major downside, the one that will prevent widespread industry adoption until it’s fixed is that you can’t really export stuff reliably. I can’t think of a situation where I won’t be using a mixture of elements from Poly and things I’ve made myself, and you can only export the models right now as the Google poly colors don’t export. This doesn’t make it very good for getting buy in on your ideas or giving somebody a flavor of the end result by delivering a worked up concept. you obviously also can’t communicate much of your visual design without color either.

Coloring Game 2
One of the best color by number games on Steam. Not only is the developer really involved with the community, but there have been constant patches for this game and all of the other Coloring Game games throughout the time they have been on Steam.
There are two other major factors that make me highly recommend this game:
- The developer listens to feedback given to him by the community and is more than happy to explain why a feature is not able to be added, or if it is able to be added, then he works on it to get it added, or if a bug is found, he is quick about it to fix it.

For people who love to paint, on coloring books or this way with pixels, is soooo relaxing. I have mental health conditions, and one of them gives me a lot of anxiety and when I’m depressed or anxious, I come, play this game and maybe finish 2 illustrations with good music in or a podcast or documentary and it completely relaxes me. Also satisfy my obsesiveness haha, to birds 1 stone. This demo version gives you just enough for you to know if you’re hooked to this game and if it’s the case, support the developer with the paid game. The paid game has different illistrations (the free version has less) and just for you to keep in mind: the soundtrack is not bad at all, but is just 8 tracks, so at some point you want to turn it off… I would like to let know the developer that this simple game with such fun and relaxation deserves a broad list of songs.

Coloring Game 3
This is a really nice and relaxing game. Something to keep yourself busy with to help you pass the time, however for a free to play game, the DLC’s are extremely expensive. They don’t ever go on sale for more than 20% off which means they always stay expensive. If you are someone that is an achievement hunter, this game will only bring down your %. I cannot recommend a game knowing that it is tricking people by saying the game is free to play, but forcing them to pay a lot of money for the DLC’s to finally achieve 100% in the game. These DLC’s really need to go on a proper sale.

Not much to say about this game other than that it’s super addictive and super relaxing at the same time! Not the type of game I would usually play but I really enjoy this. I usually end up playing this game when I am feeling anxious. Helps me out a lot. Definitely would recommend. So far I’ve “wasted” 5.5 hours playing this stupidly satisfying game. But I stand by what I always say: Time you’ve enjoyed wasting, was not wasted!

Coloring Game: Little City
168 hours' worth of content with the DLC. Very generous for the low price of the expansion pass.
There’s a lot of variety in the images, and plenty of settings to customise the interface to your liking. You can even choose between two types of colouring; the “pencil” requires you to manually colour every pixel, and the “paintbrush” (which I only discovered towards the end of DLC #4) paints an entire area on the screen at the time with one click.
The biggest images take several hours to complete, the smallest just a few minutes.

I can’t name the game of the time killer, then I like a similar genre and I get a lot of pleasure from the game.
It is a pity that the arts are small, but rather beautiful and varied c:

Artists Of Fortune: Distant Worlds
A very chill game, in the coloring pixels by numbers/letters form. Similar to the very popular coloring pixels & coloring game franchises, with a unique art style which relies on science fiction and cyberpunk representations.
Very nice pics and animations, plays better with your own music and at your own pace. Very engaging and addictive, can keep you for tens of hours stuck on the monitor. Totally recommended (bought the DLC’s!).

I love the game. Very slick presentation, and a nice range of ‘space’ type pictures to fill in. Sure hope they bring out more planets on a regular basis. Excellent game. 9.5/10

Coloring Game
My point of view on it - review
With a kind and active dev that always works on updating and improving his game, this colouring game is a nice addon to steam and your library if you’re into the genre.
I can honestly say I am addicted too it and bought every DLC thus so far since in my eyes and my opinion the price was fair for the content we get.
The in game music is not bad but I do prefer to mute it and put on some YouYube or a series too relax and just colour away.

It seems the dev is done providing free updates for this game now (which is completely reasonable) so I feel this is worth reviewing now.
I appreciate that the game actually is all pixel art and not real-life photos pixillized, and there’s some elements of the interface that i like, but the broken scrolling system & no quick/easy way to scroll across an image in general makes it feel a bit awkward to play. As well I can’t say I find the images themselves that compelling - mostly character art with few landscape-type affairs. From what I can see of the first DLC pack it seems to continue that trend. It’s a serviceable enough coloring game but I don’t find it as chill as the other similar game on steam, even if that one has plenty of issues itself.

Fuse
NOTE: This is a review for version 1.0 of FUSE (though I’ve been toying with it since its initial release)
TO POTENTIAL BUYERS:
In truth this product is a mixed bag of nuts. Mixamo is trying to do something truly great here and if they adjust their approach to customer management and marketing with this product they just might build a very powerful indie-focussed tool to quickly build out a cast of characters on a fairly reasonable budget. There is certainly a market for this, and with enough customer buy-in they could become an industry staple in this regard. With that said, the tool isn’t there just yet.

First of all - almost all the negative reviews I see here are wildly misinformed! You should know what you’re getting with this software (unlimited free character models with textures - and 2 free rigs a week) - and it is an ENORMOUS time and money saver for those who need custom character models on a budget.
Let me clear a couple things up:
1. You can ABSOLUTELY export your characters as OBJ files and load them in anywhere
2. If you want to rig/skin your characters for animation you upload them to Mixamo - and get 2 free per week.

Coloring Book for Adults
For a free coloring book its not bad. You get three coloring packs (mandala, owls, dinos).
Issues:
The default pallet are weird color choices and not organized in any way.
The shaded pallet are off color for pure yellow and blue. They also include grayed versions of the chosen color instead of just a full light to dark range of the same hue.
The custom pallet:
a. The color chooser should go to to color already on the pallet not create a new swatch of an already present color; only adding if the color is not in the pallet already

I’d like to recommend this game, but it already seems abandoned and there are just too many little things I find annoying about it. (I only have the free images)
The “Standard Colors” palette are too random.
The “Shades Colors” are just not right. So many of the colors are either way too close or just the same color repeated, and they aren’t even shades of the same color.
I would seriously love just a simple color wheel or RGB input.
Why does the color picker tool automatically add the color to “My Palette”? I’d rather it just picked the color, so I could use it.
