If you are the type of person who will just doodle in empty spaces, I think you will enjoy this game. There are a few things I think could be improved, but nothing that has stopped me from enjoying it.

I really love this game. I think this is maybe one of the only good non VR graffiti games. I like the mechanics and the art style a lot but it still needs a ton of work.

Some things I noticed are

1.there are holes in the spraycan texture so you can see through it in some spots

2.there is no way to jump so you have to get the ladder for small details

3. the color selection is kind of limited and there are no normal variants of neon purple and pink

One more thing I would like to see is some kind of paint roller for painting big backgrounds.

I don’t understand why this is ANOTHER standalone game instead of an expansion. I really enjoy the relaxed nature of the color by numbers stuff, but It’s weird to me to have so many different versions of the same game in my steam library.

It is addictive. The firsts ones are easy. Afterwards, there are more and more pixels to fill (fortunately there is an option to fill large swatches at once. Then pictures get big, and you have to move the window over it.

One warning. If you make a mistake and click on a pixel that was filled with a different color, it goes blank again, and you will have to refill it

Love Colors: Paint with Friends

a delightful relaxing game. the kids love it, simple concept, a bit rough around the edges, being able to pick your own colour in coop would be a nice feature, as it can get competitive fighting over the same colour. but well worth the tiny outlay.

Positives

+I like the little particles effect when painting a tile n_n

+The little heart containers displaying the remaining color to do are cute.

+I like the UI. It is crispy, and the color choice is soothing (light blue and white).

+The tabs make it easy to understand and continue in progress images.

+I like that the next color is automatically selected when the current one is finished.

+I like the confetti and the encouraging word with changing color after an image is finished.

+The fade in of the tiles when zooming out is cool! You can play with the numbers or only directly with the color without the layout and numbers!

Positives

+The color palette choosen is very vibrant and pretty.

+All sprite are great and have the same aesthetic.

+The game concept is nice.

Observations and suggestions

~The screen flashes to white when changing menu. Better not change menu too quickly, or one might go blind O.O. Might want to change that to black or at least make an option to change the color.

~I think it would be nice to click and skip the final animation. It is a bit long.

~There is no penality for error and no reward for completing a level without error on the first try. I think some additional game mechanics would benefit the gameplay.

Lucky me has the dubious honour of writing the first English review for Pixasso 2.

Pixasso 2 is a 2D retro pixel point and click “colouring” game that’s been slapped together with the godawful GameMaker Studio video game construction kit from Yoyogames. It’s very badly made, featuring ultra low quality asset flipped pixel “art” images that you have to colour by clicking on a small palette and then clicking on the gigantic pixels of the flipped art asset. It’s barely a game, and unsurprisingly seems like a template flip/cash grab.

Coloring Game 4

Coloring Game 4

There’s some things I like about this one in comparison to the other Coloring Games (1-3). For instance, being able to lock the colors so that it cycles to the next color instead of the first when you finish using one. Another point in favor of #4 is that there is no art DLC. I love classic art, don’t get me wrong. But when the colors are so diffused that you have to click almost every pixel in a 500,000 pixel painting individually, you start to hate it. So good on them for not having an art pack DLC (at the time of this review).

Well, I’ve officially finished every picture from all the games (I think there’s 5 total). There seems to be some missing from this one which the dev stated will be released when the full game is (whenever that will be).

Hard to say I haven’t enjoyed it considering the amount of hours I’ve put into each of the games. Kind of cringe-worthy that achievements are locked behind paid DLC content, but the base game is free, so hard to really even complain about spending a few bucks - especially considering the amount of time put into the game to complete everything.

You can view my review & gameplay here: https://youtu.be/aALb7xq1NHU

So this is a drawing game that has two different modes. The main mode is your physics puzzler where you draw lines or place blocks to guide the ball through the obstacle course. You have an incentive to draw as few lines as possible to reach a higher score for the leaderboards. The second mode is just a sandbox mode where you can draw.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this game because of several issues. One of the biggest issues is the lack of content. There are only 9 levels, which I beat in less than 30 minutes. The second major issue are the poor interactions. You guide the ball through the obstacle course using a virtual joystick that is unwieldy to use. Every interaction in this game is poor and the game just lacks overall polish. It’s also ugly to look at.

Very interesting concept! I would love to see more out of this game going forward. After playing through a few levels, I found the game very relaxing and soothing.
