The product is broken. After a while the program stopped working and then would never launch again. Attempted to contact the developer for fix but unable to. While looking for a contact found that the dev has, at time of writing, dumped 34 games onto the Steam store within 10 months (with more due to be released), most if not all of them looking like straight up asset flips.
Avoid this this developer like the plague.

Cathedral 3-D
“I like the aesthetics and bold discount tactics” - My friend Berry
I’ve got to say that this game is really great. I don’t know if there is anything else like it or if it’s emulating a style but that does not matter. Cathedral 3D’s movement, speed, style, and mechanics combine for an awesome time.
The game has a simple tutorial, some would argue to simple. Just get in there and play, figure out routes, learn what attacks work best, and stack combo orbs which give you invincibility, shield, or invincibility for your chest. To reload your health and ammo, you must be holding the chest as you run over the grails. Additionally, your point modifier depletes if you stray to far from the chest.

I’d say this game is well worth your time if youre a fan of arena shooters with a unique spin. Fans of Devil Daggers and the like will feel at home with this fast paced First Person Demon-er.
While the game doesn’t do much in terms of hand holding, there’s a bit to take in mechanic wise at first. But after a few play-throughs and learning the ins and outs on your own its an easy beast to tame. Flying around as a demon in this massive gorgeous cathedral feels so satisfying and blasting away and taking out your foes its a lot of fun.

DOOM II
What I liked:
-
Amazing modding community
-
Fast paced, pick up and play with secrets for those that search
-
Gameplay that may seem simple, but offer great challenge and variety that feels badass too
What You Need to Know:
-
Like Doom, this game needs to be modded to play for anyone that is used to mouse and keyboard controls. Otherwise aiming with keyboard and no looking around will turn you off from the game.
-
With mods like project brutality, brutal doom, doom 64, brutal “insert old fps game” mods are all really great and offer tons of variety and fun, along with tons of maps and you can never run short of mods to play

Should YOU play DooM 2?
First off you’re expected to be a 90s guy.
-You’re expected to be a filthy masochist. You’re punished for things that aren’t really your fault.
-You’re expected to not have learned controls of such a game. VERY SIMPLE CONTROLS
-You’re expected to be playing your first fps game ever and be amazed by everything.
-You’re expected to like the 90s aesthetic, so American exaggerations over realism.
-You’re expected to replay this. The second play through is more fun than the first.

Ultimate Doom
Doom the game, that like the main character, is just too angry to die, living on in a constant stream of re-releases, wrapping those age old wads in newer shinier packaging now with controller support and customization.
The original Doom team started before Id even existed working on making Super Mario Bros 3 work on a PC. The controls were impressive for the game, so mirroring them with the graphics onto a PC was quite the feat. Footage was uploaded by John Romero to celebrate Commander Keens 25th anniversary. From the description Romero says, Nintendo was impressed with the team developing the working clone for PC. Nintendo as history notes didnt want any of their proprietary games running on non Nintendo hardware. So the bad news is no Super Mario for PC and the better news is that we got Commander Keen out of it which then led to the creation of Id the creators of…. DOOM (insert dramatic explosion)

Autumn Night 3D Shooter
Finally! :D
I followed this masterpiece as it was being developed at the gamedev.ru forum. It was adorable even as an early alpha, it is absolutely gorgeous now.
The visuals… Are like a soothing balm for my eyes after all those newfangled games.
It uses genuine software renderer to boot! (unlike some ersatz retro-games using shaders to emulate texture distortions), so you may want to lower your screen resolution if your CPU is mammoth coprolite like my Phenom II.
It’s hardcore: you get killed, you go back to the beginning. The enemies dodge, shuffle around and shoot wiggling projectiles that are hard to predict. The level design facilitates being surprised from behind.

Love this game
Good stuff:
-gameplay
-music
-artwork
It’s really hard to say if there are any cons worth mentioning. Pretty much any problems it had at launch have been patched out. I guess its a little short, but for the price it’s hard to even complain about that.
This is a neat game. If you like Heretic or Hexen looking things, thats here. Although the ground is flat like in Wolfenstien, but that’s not so much of a bad thing, just something to consider. The level design is cool though, and pulls of some neat tricks. Atmosphere is spooky and dream-like, if that’s what the dev is going for he nailed it.

Memento Infernum
Pretty fun to play, awesome time killer. Great Hell mode that allows you to compete with your friends. There is still much to do but its definitely worth to buy.

There are no bugs. Only features. Story mode isnt anything special but the hell mode is where the things are getting exciting, cracking the skulls of everything that is near me with a shotgun is very satisfying, though i dont think that is how guns work

Odallus: The Dark Call
The first part of this review will go over what I really enjoyed about the game, while the second half will go over what I found lacking. Let me start by saying that I have been looking forward to this game since its announcement. That being said, the game did not disappoint me.
So what is good about the game? It is a solid retro game. In the full time that I played the game for my twitch stream, I did not find any real incidents where I was left scratching my head over bizzare hit boxes, goofy control issues and generally annoying bugs that crop up from rushed development. This game is rock solid, plays well, and is pretty fair in terms of its difficulty curve.

Today, there seems to be the renaissance of games with retro atmosphere and pixel graphics. I prefer the ones without the latter, diamonds such as Far Cry 3 - Blood Dragon that brilliantly brings back that fictional 80’s feel, but with great graphics. Brazilian developer JoyMasher’s side-scrolling platformer Odallus: The Dark Call doesn’t have much to do with the 80’s, but it does feature stylish pixel graphics with an 8-bit colour palette and successfully invokes the era of old console/arcade games (and it’s an enjoyable one on its own of course).
