Pandemic Love
Just finished each path for each route, and I’ve loved this VN. Obviously the pandemic has been pretty shitty overall, but there’s a silver lining to everything, and I think that it’s so cool what’s changed as a result of it. With VNs, it’s fascinating to see new ones made about the pandemic, and it’s so interesting to see new approaches to VNs that wouldn’t have been possible before. I think Pandemic Love is a great example of that unique quality. I laughed, cried, grinned like an idiot at parts, and everything in between. Thank you, so much, to Red Skald for giving rise to this game! As somebody who wasn’t too hard-hit by the pandemic, it’s also a great wake-up call to, not just read in a news article, but actually play something that gives life to what happened in Bergamo, and other places like it. Overall, I’m glad as hell for this game.

Red Skald does it again.
It’s hard to believe that three years have already passed since first discovering the hidden gem “Find someone else” in the Steam visual novel library, but here we are. That is a game that moved me in unexpected ways, as someone who deals with chronic illness and death anxiety. So much has changed since then, but Pandemic Love feels like returning home in many ways. For one thing, the artwork, tone, and general vibe of both games is noticeably similar - though certainly not identical. It stands to reason that if you enjoyed the former, this is not one to miss.

Table Manners: Physics-Based Dating Game
What happens when a surgeon from Surgeon Simulator (SS) decides to go for a date? Well, you get this.
Like SS, you control your own hand to use, grab and release the objects and complete the objectives, while you are dealing with unpredictable game’s physics. Some differences where the time is limited to complete the objectives and you are on a date; impress him/her/them with your ‘handy’ skills by pouring the wine, cooking the marshmallows, mixing the drinks, grabbing the sushi, etc. Impress them (good) enough and you get the rewards; items for your hand and ultimate goal at the end.

Awkward Date Hero
If there was a game that physically gave me heartburn, it would be this game. Not only does it appear to be straight from those “How to draw an anime character for beginers” books you see at the store, the characters and dialog will have you litterally cringing your way out of your seat.
But my friend helped make this game. Good on you mate.

This game has a bit of a cheap feel to it (not the greateste of art or game mechanics)
that said though, it is a really funny game to just pass time
Play it only for the lols though, since you won’t get that much more out of it

Love Notes
Waking up in an abandoned building, you have no memory of what transpired the night before. Adding to this mystery, you find your band is in shambles as most members split or leave.
Set in the same world as Love Bites, Love Notes lets you play as Rachel or Jesse, two musicians of the band Spectral Howl.
As time passes, they’ll start to feel strange, their bodies changing into something different after their night of amnesia. Long teeth, unnatural thirst, and a sluggishness during the day. Someone did this to them. But who, and why?
Try to solve the mystery of what happened that night, and who are they changing into.
During the story, both Jesse and Rachel will be able to romance one of the following characters:
-
Tristan, who runs the bar Nightshade and almost never go out during the day
-
Valerie, Tristan’s sister and sexy bartender who isn’t afraid of anything
-
Nathan, an ex-student of medicine who can commune with the spirit world
-
Zoe, apparently a regular librarian, in reality she has lived multiple lives
-
Kasumi, a media savvy girl who can adapt to any situation
Each love interest can be equally romanced by Rachel or Jesse, but each path is unique.
You’ll also encounter again some familiar faces from Love Bites as secondary characters, with various cameos and references. But it’s not necessary to have played it: they are two separate stories set in the same world.
Pen Pal Princess
This story begins like many others do… With a princess locked away through no fault of her own. Her parents honor the old traditions of royal courtship and, unfortunately for our princess, this involves a lonely bedroom in an unnecessarily tall tower with a fearsome dragon as her only housemate.
Pen Pal Princess is a queer romantic comedy visual novel set in a technologically modern fantasy world. Correspond with potential suitors through letter writing, email, and instant messaging to convince them to rescue you from your secluded princess tower! Will you be honest to yourself and others to find true love, or are you looking for a quick match who has a big sword ;D and can get you out of the tower as soon as possible?
-
Multiple romance routes!
-
Minigames and letter writing!
-
…Hot dragons?
What kind of princess will you be?

DATE A LIVE: Rio Reincarnation
Date A Live: Rio Reincarnation manages to fall a bit short in regards to story and characters (as is to be expected of a harem dating simulator with a single male protagonist), but the graphics more or less make up for it; they are absolutely stunning. With each scene having IMAX-level quality (and some pretty decent voice-acting), what Date A Live: Rio Reincarnation lacks in an original plot, it more than makes up in giving you a feast for the eyes.
The plot goes a bit all over the place, trying to mash together high school romance, epic sci-fi, and drama into a kind of Frankenstein’s monster of a game. It takes place in an alternate Earth where catastrophic events known as “spacequakes” can happen at random (and kill in extremely large numbers), the worst being 30 years before the story begins proper, which had a death toll in the hundreds of millions.

One of my favorite games to date!
Initial Comments
No pun intended with the title! It really is one of my favorite games!!
Date A Live is one of my favorite series, in both the anime and light novels, so when I heard this game announced I didn’t hesitate to pre-order the limited edition, and I can safely say, after nearly 60 hours from playing constantly. I have 100% this game with all achievements and I can safely say it is absolutely worth every penny.
Character
The game helped me learn more and get more attached to all the characters we know and love, Kurumi is still best girl! On the topic of characters, the new game only characters being Rinne, Rio, Maria, and Marina, were really well written characters and I enjoyed every moment with them on screen, they had amazing development across all games and made me want more of them in the books and anime!

Kitty Powers' Matchmaker
Kitty Powers' Matchmaker is fun and addicting! This game is completely unique to anything I’ve ever played before, and it combines so many elements! Let’s start with clientele! First you choose a location (disco, gym, comic book store, ect.) for Kitty to set up fliers to attract customers. The locations you pick determine the type of clients that arrive; for example, choosing the comic book store will bring in the “Geeky” types. Each client is different, varying in looks, personality, and interests. Because of the uniqueness of each character, it can be hard finding the right match for your client, but that’s what makes it so much fun! Will your client swing a home-run of strike out on their date(s)?

I was meaning to write review for this game for some time, but I always wanted to finish it first. That took me quite a long time (and about four approaches), but finally I got to
! pair-up Kitty, so I consider it some form of ending.
“Kitty Powers' Matchmaker” looked like a perfect game for me - it didn’t take itself seriously, it has great style, it has humor, romance (with LGBT options), fun minigames and aspects of pure randomness, which I absolutely love. Sadly, something didn’t quite work out for me.

A really funny game! It doesn’t take too much time to finish all the routes and it’s certainly recommended, if you search for a not too difficult game to spend some free time and relax. And if you love Greek myths, well, you will find this even funnier!

Shoujo City
Frequent updates, okay graphics, doesn’t run too laggy.
I just really wish they hadn’t decided to make it a yuri exclusive game in the middle of development. Was kind of excited for the male player/boyfriend feature to come in at some point.
I also think some danimakura mode exclusive features would be nice as well as a system for multiple save files.
It sucks that you have to make a new save to make new characters.

According to v1.0 update ; It add a story mode, a brand new way to play Shoujo City.
Very good concept, required that you have to plan out all activities and routine that you need to do everyday in order to complete certain objectives and criteria which is needed to win a game. Objectives including paying your apartment’s rent, achieving academic score over average (50 Points) and most vital is excessing your waifu’s affection point (150 Points).
Looking forward to more updates and features that’s yet to come in the future.
