All Ashes and Illusions
“Women are snakes and liars, all of them: the more beautiful, the more conniving. Don’t let your guard down, or they will ruin you.”
Yuel was only six years old when he witnessed his mother being put to death, for the heinous crime of daring to have an affair. For other women, such a folly mightn’t have been so lethal, but for Yuel’s ill-fated mother – the wife and queen of Indra’s tyrannical king, Khalil – it spelt her doom.
As he witnesses his mother’s corpse decomposing beneath the intense sunlight, Yuel’s father offers him some sage words of wisdom: namely, not to trust women. They are, in Khalil’s words, wicked and deceitful, and becoming too attached can end in nothing save disaster.
Outwardly, Yuel must swallow his sorrow, for fear of earning his father’s ire. Kings are not, after all, supposed to cry; even future kings such as him. In private, however, Yuel turns to his nursemaid, the kindly Safiya, for succour. Safiya is Yuel’s only ally in the palace: his father cold and distant; the servants deferential, brow-beaten, and kept silent through fear. Without Safiya, Yuel would be all alone…
Yet she, too, abandons him, when Yuel grows old enough to no longer need a nursemaid to tend to him.
Bereft and embittered, Yuel has nothing to look forward to, until – after a prolonged illness – his father eventually dies, and Yuel inherits the throne and the crown in his stead.
No longer a young boy – Safiya’s ‘little prince’ – but a grown man, Yuel plots to win Safiya over once more. Unable to forget about her, and unable to trust any other woman, Yuel cannot conceive of a life without her. She did promise to stay with him, after all - and, single-minded to a fault, Yuel is determined to see this promise fulfilled at any cost.

Wild Animal Racing
One day while I was home alone sitting at my computer browsing the steam store for another hentai puzzle game to play I saw this absolute work of art known as “Wild Animal Racing”, upon laying eyes on it I was instantly taken aback by its next-generation graphics and absolutely phenomenal soundtrack that I knew I had to buy it. After downloading the game and playing it for a while, I realized that the driving mechanics rival the likes of Forza, Assetto Corsa, and Mario Kart just to name a few. Along with the extremely diverse lineup of characters ranging from a giraffe that bleats to a hippo that moos, it also brought a tear to my eye with how surprisingly in-depth the story is, it tells the juicy and lore filled tale of Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) the purple hippo struggling with his gender identity [Source] and a racing addiction searching the lands far and wide for the answer to what he truly wishes to be, when one day Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) was out roaming the streets of Zig-Zag-Zog in his new race car when a giraffe by the name of Ginger approaches him and tells him that he can give him anything he wants and more so long as he beats him in a race. After some thought, Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) takes Ginger up on the offer and is quoted as saying “I’m the best racer there is, beating you will be a breeze!” and so Ginger laughs and says “Alright, meet me on the coastal island at 3:00PM and we’ll see how good of a racer you really are.” When the next day rolls around Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) meets Ginger at the coastal island to race, telling him that he will regret the day he dared to challenge him. When the race countdown ends and the cars takeoff Ginger starts by taking the lead with Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) just barely trailing behind. Worried he will lose and be unable to obtain the answers he so desperately seeks he pleads with the Gods themselves to help him win this race, and so like a miracle sent down from the heavens a floating “?” appears on the track right in front of Hugo(Formerly Henrietta), wondering what it is Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) bracing for impact tries running into it to see what becomes of the mysterious object, and to Hugo(Formerly Henrietta)’s surprise a button with a symbol resembling a rocket appears on his center console. Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) curiously presses it to see what the odd button did and to Hugo(Formerly Henrietta)’s surprise a Firework Rocket shot out the front of his car striking Ginger’s car in one of its back wheels causing it to spin out of control allowing Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) to take the lead. After recovering from the mysterious spin-out Ginger attempts to speed up and catch Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) before he can finish the race, but to no avail. Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) had already finished the race beating Ginger and gaining himself “anything he wants and more.” After the race Ginger approaches Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) and says, “While that spin out was rather peculiar, I am a man of honor so I will grant you what you seek.” following up with “But first, I’d like to invite you on a journey across the world so that you can race to your heart’s content.” Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) without hesitation agrees to join Ginger on the so-called “journey across the world” to see where it might take him. Their first stop is Giza, Egypt, racing around the Pyramid of Djoser. After winning the race Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) who came in first, says to Ginger, who once again came in second behind Hugo(Formerly Henrietta), “That was so much fun I’m glad I decided to go on this ‘journey across the world’. Where is our next stop?” Ginger, after some thinking, replies “We’ll race in Paris, then off to Holland!” Hugo(Formerly Henrietta), is excited for this next step in the journey and says “Let’s do it!” After arriving in Paris and going to the race they realize that they will also be racing against a lion, a zebra, and a rhino. Of course, this will be no trouble at all for Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) and Ginger, two of the greatest wild animal racers of all time. When the race ends Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) and Ginger once again win the race with Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) coming in first with Ginger just behind him in second. After they finish the race in pairs they immediately move on to the next and last step in the journey, Holland. Once again when they arrive at the track in Holland they see the lion, zebra, and rhino that they had met just before the previous race and are immediately overcome with joy knowing the race wouldn’t be a problem. So once again they win the race with Hugo(Formerly Henrietta) coming in first and Ginger just behind in second, solidifying their place as the world’s greatest racists.

What I got: depression
Long Version
I really wanted to do just a joke review, but it would not do this game justice.
I did not expect this game to have so much content. I found this game like everyone else, browsing games on Steam out of boredom. Especially a free game bold enough to have MS paint scrawled on its forefront, this is an unforgettable experience. I didn’t realize it was a so-called “walking simulator,” but I now realize it after finishing it. I still recommend it with complete sincerity. This game is all about putting you into moods and atmospheres. As clichés go, it really is surreal. I don’t regret the hours I’ve lost to this game.

The only way to describe this game is “human”.
Probably the only game I’ve ever played where I wanted to meet it’s maker, to talk to him and make sure everything’s alright. This game will hit everyone differently, as it should. Some people will be completely in sync with it, others will have vague memories to when their life was like this, and to other this will be a completely foreign experience. I’ve never felt so attached to a character that is practically a piece of crudely drawn printer paper. It’s a game that I wish as many people can play. But at the same time, its small audience makes it something truly special, like a small band of moths that found a lost flame that it cannot escape. It’s so weird how such a niche piece of media has made me more emotional than entire corporate AAA titles can ever achieve.

The Last Chimera
First things first, heed the content warning.
Not sure why the captives had to be chained up, the plot implies everyone is a willing participant.
Beatable in four hours. Interesting monster designs. A fair bit of thought has been put into this game.
Combat suffers from being JRPG random encounters + level grind. Would have been fun if you had to think a bit more about which splits you bring with you and what they’re geared with for each fight (in fairness, you probably do on Hard but it’s a bit hard to tell what’s going on).

BDSM: Big Drunk Satanic Massacre
This is an enjoyable shooter chock full of rudeness, lewdness and dudeness. Definitely not for all audiences.
We play as Lou, the son of Satan and join him on his quest to reclaim Hell from the hordes of humans who have come for all the debauched pleasures on offer. Mostly these pleasures are fast food and sex. In order to save Hell from the invaders, Lou takes an arsenal of weaponry and blasts everything that moves into little tiny human or demon chunks.
The most obvious talking point of the game is it’s 18 rated content. There is a bevy of booze, drugs, rock n' roll and sexual references that definitely aren’t for all ages. A downloadable content patch removes censorship, but if you are easily offended, the game is not designed for you anyway and really having censorship is a moot point. Playing as the son of Satan, we shouldn’t be expecting a saintly protagonist. You will be shooting loads, in more ways than one.

For many players, the genre “twin-stick shooter” is a synonym for difficult games that mix fast-paced, long-range attacks, close-range mobs, and giant bosses with tons of health. BDSM is definitely a twin-stick shooter, but I wouldn’t say that this game is difficult. That’s because there are plenty of ways to abuse the combat system, in addition to a special ability called rage; (filled by defeating foes), that gives invulnerability and a lethal laser that overkills ANY enemy! It fits the game’s lore, but it’s unfair to the mechanics of the genre. You’ll never need to worry about ammunition, either: Almost everything in the environment is destructible. And since there’s a default weapon with infinite ammo, you’re covered even if you run out.

Disney High School Musical 3: Senior Year Dance
I am terrible at games like this but i decided to get this because High School Musical was a huge part of my childhood. I thought I would hate it but once I started I ended up liking it. The character’s look horrible but I think that’s what gives this game it’s charm. It’s the type of game that’s so bad it’s good.

Ego In A Coma (自我、状態、昏睡。)
Ego in a coma is the game with the most absurd but incredibly good imagination. Sadly, the game is short, but I think it is the perfect part of this little story that he wants to tell us. And if, even though the scenes of the video game are completely crazy and quite bizarre things, you show them because little by little it tells you the story. It has two ends and in both, it leaves you a little reflection on love for oneself and the whole that surrounds it: society, life, tastes, obligations, etc.

My only complain is the clunky controls. This was a good game, a solid small experience and free to play, what else would you like.
The strongest points in this game are the soundtrack and the visuals, very good choices and they together create a weird but captivating environment. The sh*t meme culture put in the game is cool (even when I’m not into meme games) and I really liked how many languages are mixed in the game (Spanish, English, Japanese and Korean as I could recognize).
I’d really loved if this idea would get a remake because as small as the plot was I could feel a good idea for a game I haven’t seen before, the gameplay as I said is clunky, very clunky but still there was no mechanic nor weapon I didn’t use.

Please Love My Computer Game
Short version: if you enjoy really difficult riddles that forces your mind to work on different paces, this game is for you. Do you think you are good at solving riddles? This game will prove that you need more people to actually solve it. Extremely cryptic game with lots and lots things to solve.
Actual review:
I did play all games of Yai Gameworks, and this one cannot be compared with prequel to this game: Close me. On top of all, the game simply forces player to get more people to work on it, because each person sees things differently - and that’s the key. Could easily say, this game is one complicated ARG. Do you enjoy digging in games, thinking a lot, and creating tons of theories about solutions? If you do, you might really enjoy this game. But it also can be really frustrating. With having one line of text and nothing else, player won’t progress in any way till it gets solved. The riddles themselves are smart and unique, and what is important, they forces to make actual brainstorm with other people. This game is NOT made to play alone! This game will also make you stuck in many places till some riddles gets solved. Getting more people means getting more ways of looking at things, which might be it. But above everything: solving in group gives huge satisfaction when finding solution to each of the riddles!

Tltr: If you are an easter-egg hunter, or if you love discovering or digging in games, I HIGHLY reccomend this.
I have played it since beta-keys were available on other sites.
I will not talk much about the content itself. It will hurt your experience.
Only what I can say is this game is about de-cyphering and discovery.
First, watch the trailer. You’ll find some letters are written in awkward font.
If you can guess at this point like “Ah, this game is about finding letters of the font. After I collect 26 or 52 letters, it’s over”, then YOU WILL LOVE THIS DEFINETELY.

Agony
Kickstarter supporter here. No spoilers in the review!
Phew, it’s a long wait between the moment you decide to support a crowd founded project, and the date when it’s finally out. Agony was founded 2016 November 14th, so it took 1 year and 6 months for it to release 2018 May 29th.
I’ve completed the game for the first time yesterday, it took me ~9 hours to go through the campaign.
Strengths:
Art / Environments
The design of the various landscapes in hell is both detailed and unique. It’s a simple concept to have an underworld, with some skulls and lava, but Agony went deeper then that with many layers of environmental styles. Just a bit of surreal touch the likes H.R. Giger dreamed up on a colorful spectrum and dreamy atmosphere. They went the extra mile to distinguish the major areas with their own unique flavor. Perhaps, there are good news for those waiting on ‘hell freezing over’ after all…

Short Version
I am actually quite mixed on this game.
Whilst the setting, mood, etc. are very unique and well done, there are a lot of bugs and glitches left in the game.
So I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and recommend this game, hoping they’ll fix these.
Long Version
The setting is just done perfectly. You always feel the discomfort of being in a place, that you really don’t want to be.
Whilst the story is … tbh I really don’t know. You’re told that everyone is somehow drawn to the Red Godess and at least for me they managed to pull that off. Although you read in a lot of memos, that she’s literally the worst hell has got, I really wanted to get to her. But other than that, there’s a bit more of motivation later, but that really is it.

The Dark Inside Me
This is indeed a very unique psychological horror game just as what the creator has claimed! Although I usually avoid horror games, this game main thing isn’t jump scares, the atmosphere will keep you on the edge of your seat. The story starts with a nameless man who doesn’t remember what brought him to a suspicious looking hospital which he needs to break out of it without letting the police notice him. Later on, when he is out, he witnessed a scene which will take us to a flashback to the infamous Auschwitz camp we all know the sad history behind its walls. I don’t want to spoil the role of our main character there but after the flashback he’ll get a lead from someone which will require him to drive quickly to his new destination but sadly, he walked into the demon’s pit. The twist ending of this chapter made me wonder about many things. Who is that? Why this is happening?
– Real player with 5.4 hrs in game
I have to be honest here, I enjoyed this game, but whether or not I can recommend it is reliant on a fair number of caveats.
First off is the content: This game was designed to be fairly graphic in it’s content. Blood, gore, nazi death camps, different types of sexual activites, piles of naked dead bodies, it’s all here. I like over the top graphic stuff in my games, but if you don’t then I would recommend you stay far away.
Second is the gameplay itself: It’s a point and click adventure game, and the gameplay is a bit rough, though the developer (one man team) is open with his community and seems willing to listen to ideas on how to improve future games. That being said, you will still run into cases of not realizing an item is available to pick up because of how well it blends into the environment, or clicking on the wrong part of the screen and something not working (a lamp you can only interact with at a certain camera angle, a nightstand that you have to click the correct part of it to solve a puzzle, having to use a key on a lock instead of the door itself), or issues where the game simply isn’t descriptive enough (the items have no descriptions, and you aren’t told why something doesn’t work, even if in the real world, it probably would). Still, these issues don’t crop up too much, and if they slow you down, the forums are here to help you.
