Verdungo
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Ratings 9/10 (Dynamic Open World)
Just like Wormskull, Verdungo is another excellent RPG Maker game that is made by the single developer, Shane. The game world is a huge big open world, but what is amazing is that the game world is dynamic and evolves based on the decisions of the main character. So the player’s decision matters, and has a big profound effect on the dynamic game world. Let me give a few concrete examples.
There are 10 different factions in the game world, and your decision to aid, hinder or even attack different factions will have deep lasting influences in the game world.

I am a huge fan of these traditional and turn based rpgs –– I own more than a hundred, and have played the vast majority of them. And I can say with no reservations that this game is simply a masterpiece.
It has everything a fan could want with the quick and involving pace that can be impossible to turn away from (check the hours played), the crafting of various items, the mining, the fishing, the side quests, the secrets to discover, and the tons of treasures to collect. I guarantee you will be completely absorbed.

Midnight’s Curse
This wasn’t a bad game, but it wasn’t necessarily good one either. This looks like a high school project that could’ve gone through a bit more polishing before attempting to sell it. Here’s some good and some bad points that I’ve experienced while playing:
Pros:
-
Art is pleasant on the eyes
-
Gameplay is simple and easy to understand
-
Overall balance is spot on
-
Story is unique and intriguing
Cons:
- Not enough character interactions! I’d like to see more between this odd party of people. Perhaps make inns/rest points have little cut scenes periodically when resting at one.

Very lazy & poor effort at an RPG Maker game and it makes me angry that lazy developers such as this one give the engine and the genre a bad rep. Unbelievable that publisher Aldorlea Games are selling this, did they even play the game before deciding to sell it?
A good RPG Maker Game starts with a compelling story, interesting characters and sharp dialogues. An interesting plot makes you want to continue playing. This game has none of that: bland characters, very little dialogue and endless grinding. On top of that grinding there hardly is enemy variation, leveling up takes ages abd characters have hardly any abilities. Just everything about this game is bad. A very lazy effort that is just a shameless attempt at grabbing some money.

It’s an old game but still a great game, never gets bored of the gameplay and stories, bought the deluxe during the autumn sale 50% discount. The new HD graphic looks good, main characters and some mobs now have voice acting, also now we can choose skills we need when fusing demons which is convenient. It was a pain and time-consuming before on PS2 that we had to keep shuffling until we get at least some okay skills. Hey Atlus, I wish you guys add Persona 5 Royal on PC too, yearning for that game so badly since a lot of us are unable to get a console.

Necromancer’s Gift
Rescue your dog from a Necromancer that hates humans and find the meaning behind the title of this game. The Necromancer’s Gift.
Build your team
Build a team of 5 creatures out of 100 by capturing and evolving them as you get closer to the final battle with the Necromancer. Be careful. Death is permanent.

Do not despair. You are not alone.
The Demon Rush: Legends Corrupt
The Demon Rush: Legends Corrupt is an action RPG with fast-paced combat requiring use of strong offensive and defensive mechanics across multiple modes (Story Mode, Endless Dungeon, Onslaught, Conquest, Heist). Fight your enemies up close, use buffs/debuffs/status ailments to gain an advantage or place effects like tornados, fire, water, death forests, black holes and more onto the battlefield.
The Mittu star system enjoyed a long period of prosperity, and was watched over by three powerful beings who shared their unique skillsets and technologies across three worlds for millenia. From out of nowhere, a Demon Army of immense power appeared suddenly and began invading these planets, slaughtering countless innocents and causing fear and paranoia in the godlike rulers of each world. On the planet of Altair, the first spacecraft in Mittu’s history has been constructed, with the hopes that its crew can find something in the Mittu star system to end the war against the Demon Army.
A Plunge into Darkness
Not wild about ending and last boss battles were a long slog but i liked it . Fun game

As typical for Aldorlea Games, this is an RPGMaker-built game, but with pronounced survival horror elements: Your party spends the entire game trying to escape a haunted mansion, with no stores, a limited supply of items to acquire, and no inns or other cheap ways to restore HP (though skill points recover during battle, and some skills can heal HP).
The gameplay offers quite a bit of fresh air. You have the usual leveling up by getting experience points from battles, but you can also choose a special upgrade from a selection after defeating a boss, such as increasing a certain stat or increasing a skill to a different tier. The skills themselves are delightfully oddball while also useful. For instance, one does extra damage if the enemy is afraid, and another does a whole onslaught of hits to randomly selected foes.

Demonblood

Vampires Dawn 3 - The Crimson Realm
Vampires Dawn 3 is a more than worthy successor to the previous games of the series.
The story and characters are great, and some twists are simply spectacular. I enjoyed a lot the magic system with runes that can be combined to unlock different spells and to explore combat tacticts. The game world is believable and although there are many funny moments, too, the dark setting is one of a kind and the plot got me hooked from the first moment till the end. Especially the quite long prologue is simply phantastic.

POSITIV(+)
-Interessante Nebenquests / Nebengeschichten in den Dörfern.
-Runensystem
-Kampfsystem
-Alle NPC´s sind ansprechbar
-Interessantes, abwechslungsreiches Map-Design
-Charakterbilder sehen klasse aus
-NewGame+
-Regelmäßige Updates/Patches
NEUTRAL/GESCHMACKSACHE(/)
-Teilweise ultra schmalzige Dialoge

Haunted Dungeons: Hyakki Castle
Most of the UI and gameplay issues raised in previous negative reviews have been fixed.
This game is much improved after the recent update (verison 2).
Plays like a relaxing Japanese Grimrock lite.
It is quite possible to run through the game without getting stuck in about 7-8 hours depending on death / collecting all secrets.
It lacks alot of depth but I had fun.
