This game does not work! I have the same problem as other gamer’s, after installation the game will not play, nothing happens when you press ‘new game’ but the stats show I have played for a certain time. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled but the same problem exists. I can’t even find a website for the developers to email them for a fix, does anyone have any ideas?

Silent Mansion : Part2

Silent Mansion : Part2

Hello, i have purchased this game for me and my wife. Have Valve Index and works great but i miss the option to save a game. The first day we completed the first stage and the second day we must to start from the scracth, no progress was saved so we had to start from the begining again…Perhaps i have missed the option to load a previous saved game?

Thanks in advance and keep on the good work!

Silent Mansion part 2 is a brilliant starter game for VR players who wish to have somewhat basic puzzle solving and light horror gameplay. Works well on Oculus Rift S. And if you have a friend who wish to get into VR, try this!

For -50% it’s a nice to have. I played the story in less than 2 hours. This included some glitching and solving bugs (like, dont drop the feathers in the toilet or just throw the amulet around the mansion entrance). The pre-boss fight in the not-so-spacious room was challenging, it took me longer to complete than the final boss fight.

i love this game, for being a pokemon style game with mythical creature twist makes the game more enjoyable!, i played from start to finish and from the visual attacks to the BGM for the regular fights and the bosses is very enjoyable, plus the visuals wasn’t to overbearing to the eyes, so for players just getting into vr i would say this game would be a good start, with it’s go at your own pace story,to taking the time to grind your monsters, so it doesn’t make you feel rushed to beat the game. it also really gives you the time to see the hard work put into a simple but enjoyable vr game.

The voice recognition was great the last time I played this. Instead of just saying “Earth Nova”, you could say “Earth Nova that b^#&*!” and it would still work.

Tip I wish I knew: You have to actually aim and hit stuff when shooting magic bullets. Shooting in the general direction of something won’t work if the bullet doesn’t actually hit it.

Finsterwald

Finsterwald

**Wandering through the deep forest, the tired wayfarer decides to arrange a night camp in a small glade hidden among the tall pines. After cutting young fragrant pine branches and resting for a while near the lightning fire, he suddenly feels a vague anxiety caused by the weirdness of the surrounding forest - not a single sound, not a single gust of wind…

The deeper the advancing darkness becomes, the deeper and more inevitable is the feeling of the growing danger of blurry forest shadows and glittering red eyes, flashing among the trees.

Only the bright campfire stands between the wayfarer and the strange outlines of the forthcoming tall figure…**

“Finsterwald” is a survival horror with elements of adventure VR game (and EVENTUALLY a 3D game - depending on Kickatarter campaign results), based on Dark Ages period German fabulas about Ancient Guardian of the Forests – Waldschrat. Vigilantly observing the behavior of all visitors, he watches over the peace and safety of trees, birds, animals and other fosterlings on the entrusted territory.

As today old narratives are almost forgotten, the careless wayfarers often do not possess the rules of behavior and don’t have knowledge about ways to tame the ancient power, still hidden in the heart of the forest…

State-of-the-art 3D immersive audio technology and modern visual design deliver the most immersive gaming experience ever. Dive into the thrilling atmosphere of old Germanic fabulas and try to cope, having only burning branches of the fire and a desperate desire to survive. Goodwilled Protector of Nature or an Evil Spirit? - It’s your turn to decide!

Just spent a good hour on this last night fighting through the dungeons and i am really enjoying it so far. So there are some bugs as its in early access but the developer is extremely reactive to feedback and constantly updating. The combat feels very satisfying - its how you combine magic with melee and the environment! Overall i am looking forward to spending more time here! Playing this game on the Oculus Quest ( via Link)…the dark depths look great on the LED screens!

(update) So i have now spent 6 hours on this game and really enjoying the combat - love the lightening and electrical bolt ( electric slingshot), now have the axe and can decapitate my enemies…great fun!

For a single dev game, Soul Scathe is quite impressive. I started playing this game close to when it first came out and the combat system and over all polish of the game has improved substantially. The game also provides a satisfying upgrade system. You collect gold and continue to level up as you make your way through the dungeons. You can allocate points toward different attributes choosing where to put your strengths. You can buy new weapons, spells, or potions with the gold you collect. As for the negative reviews mentioning the game being dead, the 2nd chapter was just released with new levels, enemies, and a new boss (I assume). The developer is also really responsive and addresses bugs, questions, etc.

Its nice to see VR films like this on Steam. I would reocmmend showing this to people that are new to VR or prefer casual vr movies with filmed actors. Especially if they appreciate experimental dream-like visuals and elegant dance choreography. Its nice that there is a director’s commentary in the menu, I always wondered how they shoot movies like this.

A very interesting fillm experience with fantastic colors! Thank you for making a German version available. To me hearing it in German with English subtitles made it more authentic.

RISING BONEvR

The game focuses on physical interaction with the world, and how dynamic everything in it. Most of the tasks can be solved in different ways. E.g: to pass the closed door, you can find a key, or destroy the padlock, or break the window nearby, or find the underpass

Each circle of hell is a level where you need to climb as high as possible at any cost. Haron will take you to next level. If desired, you can find funny or creepy secrets, part of story, or collectible items

It is a beginning game, but I think it will be quite fun in the end. For me, the points that need to be worked on the most are the voice acting and the signposting. In most cases, I don’t know where to go because the maps are so big and blurry. Occasionally there is a green arrow, which is very handy. For now, I rate this game a 5/10.
