DOOMBLADE
Lured out of her solitude, she discovers a chamber containing a sentient blade, trapped and bound for eons. Freeing DOOMBLADE, “Doom and Gloom” join forces and begin a quest to regain the blade’s powers and enact vengeance on its captors.
Wielding DOOMBLADE, Gloom Girl can ride through the air to attack enemies. Target monsters to attack them directly, and slay them with DOOMBLADE’s wrath!
The blade is hungry to wreak its revenge on The Dread Lords, who bound and trapped it in the Underworld. But first it must regain its lost strength. Search for statues of the old gods, where DOOMBLADE’s powers were hidden and stored by the long-dead Gloomfolk, awaiting its return.
From the abandoned halls of Gloomhaunt, into the New Wilderwood forest full of untrusting tribesmen, through the Molded Mines with their hedonistic shroom people, and into a technological hellscape known as the Power Sector. Wielding DOOMBLADE, Gloom Girl must destroy the monsters within and hunt down the Dread Lords who imprisoned DOOMBLADE.

This is a very cool game by a very passionate and talented developer.
Great art and atmosphere with a deep story.
The way Necore is setup and designed, climbing up through the towers levels, keeps you playing more and more to see what’s next and revel the story as your progress.
I highly recommend you play it!

AR-K: The Great Escape
After playing the first 2 episodes I can safely say that this is the best episode so far!!! The developers certainly improved the game quality in both ways: technically and direction-wise. The following points sums up the following:
Pros:
-
Gameplay quality much improved from first 2 episodes
-
Puzzles more interesting
-
Protagonist given more depth in character
-
Story development much more natural
-
Render quality improved
-
This episode is much more bug free than previous 2 episodes

It’s great when you come to a game and it’s a lot better than you thought it would be. While I enjoyed ar-k 1 and 2 and I do recommend those games to play first, this for me is a lot better - story, graphics, setting. The writing was very good and if you didn’t want to read everything, you didn’t need to click on that character’s bit of conversation but could come back to it if you wanted. I liked the humour, and it was witty in parts. It is the perfect balance of not just a good story which is vital in an adventure game but also good interactive gameplay.

DR4X
The Game
DR4X is a fast paced dark fantasy turn based strategy game with horror elements In a world with many…dimensions to uncover!
The game has simple, fun, fast paced, dynamic gameplay where each type of faction uses different resources and completely unique playstyles.
Play in an evolving world, filling up with horrors and monsters if you don’t try to stop their spread, unique events and so on.
It also has a very reactive world map and an in depth skirmish creator. With multiple possible win conditions to choose from based on your skirmish choices.
Research powerful stacking technologies to dominate your enemies, or let the other factions and even the nearby gremlin horde learn how to cause more trouble for you with their own technologies.
Do you want to fight other empires? Or perhaps just defeat the monsters infesting the realm. Or maybe even be the monsters infesting the realm! It is your choice!
Dungeon Crawler Daniel
Another winner rpg from Wolfs Moon Studio and Shane. This one is different than the others as there is only only one town with multiple dungeon levels. Dungeon levels are timed so have to be quick yet have to fight to build up all the characters you pick up (over 20) on your journey. Huge variety of monsters and bosses (optional ones also) and plenty of items and chests in the dungeons and the town has all the necessary stock needed to buy. Dungeon levels are very well designed and battles are most challenging. Characters are

LOST EPIC
Like Odinsphere in art style and difficulty, with a leveling system similar to dark souls. 10/10
You can only fight two bosses and five to ten minibosses depending on how you count them at the moment of writing this. However the combat is smooth and the story has some interesting hints from the bosses but is not very present right now. The combat can be difficult occasionally if you are not leveled up properly, otherwise it has a pretty decent difficulty on single player.
That being that at first you will have to fight strategically to not die, but as you level up you can go back to map areas where you had trouble and plow through them showing off your skill and level increase. There are special areas called mazes scattered throughout the map as you travel and quests that you can take on to extend game play.

I will give quick review on early access. I find most negative reviews are wrong and people only spend few hours on playing this great game while I’m really having fun to play this game, it’s really not difficult metroidvania and suitable even for casual & newbie players. That’s the reason the game made into cute anime to atract people that it’s fun to play.
These are the negative reviews I find are wrong:
❌ Mostly negative reviews saying it’s “repetitive gameplay”, while another metroidvanias games are basically the same. It’s wrong at all. This game is really fun which combines crafting, learning different skills, leveling your chars, building your skill tree.

When The Night Comes
Before anything, I want to say - Gideon Emery (Finn’s voice actor)! He is my all time favourite voice actor - Fenris from Dragon Age, Balthier from FF12, Lor’themar Theron from World of Warcraft and many more. I really did not expect to hear his voice, I almost squealed when I heard it! Also, August’s voice actor (Jonah Scott) is AMAZING! I usually don’t like voice acting in indie VNs, but the voices are so good.
Game has a nice sort of mystery plot. It’s nicely written, doesn’t get boring and keeps you wanting to find out how it ends. Also the “bad ending” paths are well done.

I give this VN 7.5/10
Pros: Beautiful character creations (especially Ezra, he’s unique, breathtaking witch)
Lovely voices (Finn, Erza, Alkar, August), although, Omen' voice seem a little off
Have a lot of romance options. When you officially engage in one romance route, things seem more focus, I like it better than dilly dally between them all in the initiation.
Full well spoiled by the end game and 3 mini stories after.
There are more missing parts make you want to play anew, and those beautiful galleries sure help make it interesting.

Ruine
The potential of this game is incredibly strong. The art style, world and characters are making me eager to see more from this game. There’s a solid gameplay loop that’ll keep you experimenting with different builds throughout different playthroughs. Very good stuff!
Obviously, there’s a lot to improve and balance. Combat isn’t as in depth as I feel it could be. Ruins, while fun to progress through, are quite basic in level design and detail, and the game can be finished in under an hour if you know what you’re doing and/or lucky enough from the RNG loot.

Bias: I’ve playtested this game.
While my “hrs on record” do not reflect it, I’ve spent hours and hours playtesting this game - breaking it, finding bugs, dying over and over and over… and I love this game. The art, music, atmosphere, and humor all work together in creating this wonderful game world filled with intriguing NPCs and clever enemies. I am not particularly good at this type of game, but I enjoy the hell out of Ruine in spite of that. I highly recommend checking it out.
Edited to Add: The dev continues to update this game with new content - enemies, areas, treasures, equipment… Ruine just gets better and better.
