This game is really puzzling. The only thing the player can do in the game is to quietly watch the light from the outside of the elevator door swaying and enjoy the fear of the claustrophobic space.

Let’s not say that the game has great requirements for space. If the space is small, the player can’t reach the only elevator button that can be touched in the game. Even if the button is reached and pressed, nothing will happen.

All in all, this game is just to let players feel the claustrophobic fear, no other gameplay, more boring.

Incel Syndrome

“disgraceful caricature of us truecels”

Read the whole demo and i gotta say im not surprised at all what I read. Its another piece to put down lonely men in their 20s for not having success with women. The game has the same narrative that most media has on incels or adult virgin men. They are all either mass shooters waiting to happen or just smelly neets in their mother’s basement, while the game attempts to sound smart with its quotes from Otto. Notice how no where in the game a woman seems irrational. Of course that can change when they release the whole game but i highly doubt they will show the ugly side of women in todays society cuz truly lonely men are the worst of our race right? Normies will never understand the lonely male which is why they will just throw all of them in the extreme category of the incel group. Congrats on the cringey ass demo cant wait for the whole game so i can shit on it and laugh more

Is a novel, no a game-novel, rather full novel with no relevant decisions. The following comment is therefore a review of the plot (No Spoilers).

This stuff is not for everyone, hardcore incel issues, 90% of the characters are assholes (except for Jhon, love that bastard), thick text, references to a certain goverment in Germany in the 1930´s, and so on. However, I would argue the plot is pretty well done, the conflict of the main character is real, the characters are all flesh-made weak-but-true people and one can even extract an idea or two from this philosophy-elevated 4chan rant. The backgrounds and the music are perfectly aligned with the plot and so on.

Karaski: What Goes Up…

Karaski: What Goes Up…

It’s October 1923, my name is Jan Kowalski and I am honored to be one of the first passengers onboard the airship A. A. Karaski. When I joined this miracle of technology, I was excited with curiosity, how it works and what I’ll experience during the flight. I actually thought that I would spend the entire journey in a bar on the upper deck sipping fancy whiskey with casual conversation. After boarding, I picked up a boarding pass, introduced myself to a guide of the airship and headed to my cabin. Well, was just going to, because just around the corner I somehow fainted and my plan was screwed a little. A lot.

Take to the skies in this whodunit mystery. You will take on the role of a passenger on this one of a kind airship, but something has gone wrong. The airship has been sabotage, but who has done it. Was it you? Will you be able to uncover who did it? Will you be caught snooping around and have everyone expect you of doing this heinous act?

In Karaski: What Goes Up… this is exactly what you’ll be doing. You will be playing through the game with your main mission being to get to the bottom of the mystery of the sabotage, but there are other quests that you can take on to perhaps pry information from other passengers. In this game you will have the chance to bribe guards to look the other way, entice passengers with the promise of alcohol, and of course gain tools that will allow you access to different areas of the ship.

Priest Simulator: Heavy Duty

Priest Simulator: Heavy Duty

Only played the game for a while and stopped when I finished the early access content. As a playable demo essentially, Priest Simulator: Heavy Duty is surprisingly a lot of fun.

The core concept- without going into too many details, is enjoyable. You play as a vulgar-Polish-vampire-priest that kills Shatanists with baseball bats, gun fists, and gravity gloves. You can even slow time by chugging beer.

So far. my favorite weapon in-game is the gravity glove. In function, it’s pretty much the Gravity Gun from Half-Life, but as a glove. Like the Gravity Gun, you can pick up select items from the environment and fling them at high speeds. Items flung do considerable damage to npcs, and when struck, makes them ragdoll with the blow. Another bonus is that when an npc is dead, you can pick up and throw their bodies around with the glove. Unlimited ammunition!

I liked the polish postal like humor, the absurdity of some mechanics and themes, the original presentation in the form of “documentary” with characters being interviewed. It is surprisingly fun to play. Even though it is called Priest simulator I wouldn’t really put it into the simulator bucket - instead its more like its own weird game with a story and sandbox-ish mechanics to play around without restricting you like most games do nowadays.

I think that priest sim can be a great game if some minor concerns get addressed and tweaks happen. It is sometimes unclear when my melee attack will hit and whats the range, during exorcism it is hard to navigate the house - especially drunk, some doors get stuck so you need to improvise - destroying all doors there seems like the best solution because opening them is a problem. I want to play around and see a lot cool weapons and other ways to obliterate enemies as well as more complicated enemies and bosses as content.

Codeword: Hag.

So, I recommend this, because playing it made me feel good and smile. It is by far not my favourite of the test games, but it is well worth its money in my opinion.

Pros:

  • Short but entertaining

  • Interesting questions that you actually have to think about

  • Reading the results was highly amusing and made me feel good. I think that needs to be emphasized considering that survival is a rather serious business. On that note:

  • The outlandish scenarious you are confronted with are quite nice. Managed to take me off guard once or twice, which is refreshing.

Secret word: Shark-bite

While I’ve enjoyed a good amount of the other games, I would say this is one that isn’t really worth playing. I never want to down vote small studio games because I know that it can affect how many other people buy the game. This one still felt like a miss on my end. If you’re looking for a game that has interesting questions and provides you with a short story at the end of the game, then you should play it– but this was just not my kinda game. I don’t plan on refunding it though, because it brought a little enjoyment. Just not enough to recommend it to other friends/users.

Okay, this was amazing LMAO

I’m a big fan of stupid humor and there were a few jokes I’ve heard before, but even one or two new ones is well worth the low pricetag. I’ve already sent a few of these jokes to my sister and best friend and they were dying. lol

And there’s like, hundreds of jokes here. Really can’t complain at all, thoroughly satisfied with this one! :)

Woops forgot to put my word in my review, haha.

The word it gave me was Ridiculous.

I love it!
