Play as a private detective, one of the dying species, that still seeks for the truth, justice and money.

  • Explore the cyberpunk city and traipse through its streets

  • Make enhancements to your body

  • Choose and accept the commissions

  • Collect the money

  • Solve the puzzles and crimes

  • Fight and survive the fusillades

  • Come across the Mob and get out alive

  • Try to stop the crimes

  • Admire the realistic graphic

  • Establish a romantic relationship… or don’t

  • Drink&walk&stare into the rainy sky. But don’t forget to watch your back!

Enter the cyberpunk City that buzzes with the technology. Walk through the alleys barely lit by the light of neon. Solve the mysteries that cast a shadow upon the innocents, and collect the transfer when the job is done. You say that it’s dirty money? I say – it doesn’t matter in this city of sin.

Feel the noir atmosphere and let yourself sink into this world of beauty and bestiality.

Rain is drumming on the roof. Your pitiful apartment is filled with pungency of decay and misery. You may try to get dressed, but you will only find one semi-white shirt, a pair of not-so-new shoes and a tattered tie. Nevertheless, inspecting the room can provide you with many intriguing details such as the empty glass lying on the table adjacent to the window. It is still smelling of whiskey and if you lift it up, the round stain will remain on the wood.

Always try to move objects and ferret through the stuff – the clues may be hidden right under your nose!

Markets, suspicious shops and dark corners stinking with sewage. All of these are crawling with drug dealers, hookers, cyber gangs and young hackers. Walk by them or interact with them as you traipse through the city. Either way, all roads lead back to the familiar, eye-catching neon. It’s always nice to spend some time in a pub, drinking to the point that you no longer remember about this wicked town.

While strolling, don’t forget to look into every nook and cranny of the City, even if it doesn’t seem plausible. You don’t want to miss a hidden opportunity!

Life is filled with serendipity. How else could you explain waking up next to the beautiful woman covered only in sheets, combined with fact that she’s just given you the commission? How did you ended up here? And does it even matter? The only thing you have to chew on is this woman’s tragic story. It is filled with love, affair, money, abuse – and is just like the ones you’ve heard before.

Choose the job and mystery that appeals to you! Hear the stories of the people and get to know them better.

The feeble scent of the woman’s perfumes is still palpable on your stained, old shirt. Are you going accept her commission, or will you resist those large, mournful eyes? You have to remember that the amiable intentions are one thing, but another are high-stakes – people can offer you really good money. If you agree, then the only thing left to do is to start the investigation!

Solve the mysteries and watch all pieces of puzzle fall into the place.

Some things should remain unspoken. The corruption, murder, prosthesis’ dark market – these are the foundation of this heinous city. Nevertheless, you are dead set on finding the suspect. You have to question them all – the kingpins with sordid intentions as well as the vagrants that were in the wrong place in the wrong time.

Interrogate and collect the facts. That’s the only way to learn the truth!

You may be lured into the traps! Find cover from the fusillade of bullets and deftly escape from the bad guys. Combat is unavoidable, but you have to be wise. There are many enemies and simply not enough ammunition. You may start to doubt yourself – why were you so diligent to accept the commission? Never mind, now you just have to bring it to an end.

Survive the firing and punish those who deserve it!

Let’s say that you managed to find out who the killer was. Now, all you have to do is to choose whether you want to expose them and collect the remuneration, or let things be. Is this worth messing with the most powerful persons in the city? Will this satiate the blood lust or just make everything worse?

Decide and live with the consequences (…or don’t?). You choices have impact on the game!

This was just a beginning, and there are many more stories just waiting for you in the dark alleys of the City. Evolve from a wreck to a true detective that knows the true and manages to live with it. Stroll through the city, fight the bad guys, romance with beautiful ladies, meet shadowy liaisons and decide whether someone is worthy of your trust. Feel the vibe of this cyberpunk city that never sleeps.

And nor will you, until you solve its mysteries!

LineVox is a Tron-inspired game of competitive Snake with solo and multiplayer modes. For its price, it’s severely lacking in content, with both underwhelming powerups and barely distinguishable versions of the same map. For collectors only.
Pros

✅ Ship selection, map options

✅ Multiplayer (note: I didn’t test it)

✅ Powerups

✅ Graphical options to improve visibility (disable reflections, fog, etc)

✅ Working achievements

Cons

❌ Control is not smooth: You’re limited to 45 degree turns

Object detection is poor. I kept not picking up the plates and failing (even though I should have picked up the plates perfectly).

One of the best of his kind

Pros

  • Free2play, no clickbait

  • something like 50 dance moves

  • you can jump very high

Cons

  • no free camera movement

  • horrible lighting, should be customizable

  • Only one map

  • There is only 1 sound effect (when you move over buttons)

and no music at all.

I would love to see a more detailed character customization

The map offers enough space for dozens of players!

Twilight Town: A Cyberpunk Day In Life

Twilight Town: A Cyberpunk Day In Life

It definitely ends way too early, it feels like the story just cuts off before it can get into the nitty-gritty. But in terms of worldbuilding and presentation, Sigyaad Team has definitely laid the groundwork for something potentially outstanding. I’m really proud to see them strive for this level of polish considering before this they were making meme games with stock Ren’Py assets; not that there’s anything wrong with that good fun of course, but something like this is a lot more immersive. I’d love to see this as a full game, or at least an episodic series. Aside from that, all I have is minor grammar nitpicks. Nice job!

TL;DL:

  • Linear Visual Novel (single “ending”), w/ beautiful art, story is incomplete (I would say 20% of a full plot), but interesting enough to give it a shot.

PROS:

  • Visual style is stunning & beautiful. This is the strongest point, anime + pixel art = perfection :)

  • Character design is good enough, they have their own personality, girls seems to have and intriguing back story. MC looks little generic though.

  • World design is so cool, makes u want to explore the whole city and even more

CyberNEON

CyberNEON

5 Pretty environments that don’t distract you while you play.

The rules are simples : align 3 or more tiles of the same icon to cover between 60% and 70% (depending on difficulty) of the tiles with your color. While doing this, an ability charges up. It allows you to drop a bomb on any tile. It colors this tile and the adjacent ones with your color while destroying the icons, making the tiles above fall.

Playing on the same board as another player (AI or real player) is a nice twist leading to unforeseen movements of the tiles. The AI has 3 difficulty settings. Sometimes it doesn’t do anything for 10 seconds then does several combos in rapid successions.

too little content for what it’s worth.

-game has 5 stages which are all the same. only background differs. no gameplay variety there.

-only 1 ability (bomb) that detonates 5 tiles in a plus shape. could use more tbh.

-no online pvp (not that there would be players anyway) so doesnt really matter i guess.

-AI are….weird. all ai difficulties are like the same thing; equally dumb.

i got bored after 5 mins.

other match 3 games like wish, mirror and whatever else are better cause they give an incentive for you to keep playing, iykwim.

The Maker’s Eden

The Maker’s Eden

First off, please note that I had accidentally left the game running when I went out - it actually takes less than an hour to beat this game, proceeding at a leisurely pace. At the time of writing this review, there have been two extra vignettes released, both of which are meant to be extremely quick, supplemental material. They each take around five minutes to complete. Be advised, the game is a three-part series, and I assume that owners of the game will receive the other 2 segments when they are released.

A game with beautiful art and music, a surprisingly interesting story with some pretty good and funny dialogue, well-written characters and interesting ideas. It took me only 2 hours to play Acts 1 and 2, but it’s definitely worth the price and I plan to play it again when the third act finally comes (probably a year from now). You will take longer if you stop to admire the art in more detail, soak in the atmosphere and listen to the music. The puzzles are not terribly challenging, so that cuts the play time short as well.

Family Mysteries 2: Echoes of Tomorrow

Family Mysteries 2: Echoes of Tomorrow

The voice actor playing our hero is terrible. He sounded as though he might actually be a janitor from Germany who was working at the Artifex offices when the original voice actor quit in disgust over the obvious theft of the Terminator storyline for this game. So Artifex frantically searched for someone to fill in for him and they wound up begging Hans the Janitor to do the voice of the inventor turned foolish lover turned emotionless wreck who gets arrested or locked up easily 35 times in this game. Terrible choice. At one point, his wife is put into a trance where her face is covered in lines and our hero screams, “Tina, no!” but it comes out as, “Teeenerrrrr norrrrrrrwwwwrrrrrr.” It was so incredibly godawful. I was ashamed and embarrassed for Hans. He was totally out of his element. He should have been at home with a blanket over his legs and a stein in his hands instead of pretending to play a much younger inventor of A.I. watches.

This was an entertaining game, with an unusual sci-fi flavour. While still a bit more linear than I’d like for a premium game, I enjoyed the HO scenes, which were an interesting and often challenging blend of sci-fi (or electronic) and regular objects.

Pros:

  • the art and music is consistently good and suits the theme very well

  • the story isn’t especially novel, but it’s generally well-executed

  • the main character was interesting, and you can get his comments on various items and animals in the game (he has a quirky sense of humour at times)

Game Summary:

The title suggests a game more dark than what it turns out to be, as it’s a very laid-back, take your pace puzzle game. As you progress through the game, different puzzle boxes will appear in front of you with no explanation as to the objective or rules for each puzzle. However, the game presents the different styles of puzzles to you gently, with most of them being self-explanatory. Sometimes it can be hard to discern your exact objective, but sometimes figuring out the objective is part of a good puzzle.

This game has a very nice graphics style that I like, and the concept was nice (a lab that just brings you a bunch of puzzles to solve), but the puzzles themselves range from being:

- Not even Puzzles. (Literally took 10 seconds to “solve” a few?)

- Simply “Trial and Error” exercizes.

- Illogical or just outright confusing as to what they were looking for. (I finished some and have NO idea how I did cuz in my mind I was still working on it!)
