Very good game so far, we already enjoy it with my gf. Control is pretty ok, we have some small issues with targeting the items but ok nothing serious. We already finished first chapter, all good, great game so far, a little hard too. But pretty good. will do a review when we finished all the chapters :-D nice game ;-)

Super Swarm Smash
An interesting Tower Defense game - brings a few new ideas to the TD genre.
The interaction between the towers needs to be thought through, but this process is assisted by the gradual introduction of the new new tower types.
Not an easy game and it will make you think - It might be an idea to start on the Easy (Clodhopper) level to ease your way in and to become comfortable with the concepts. Can get fairly hectic as you progress.
I’m having fun!!

Defend the Cake
Really strong and fun early access tower defense game.
-
Has good progression of different types of enemies with different abilities (fast, armored, flying, burrowing, building jumping, etc)
-
Interesting mechanic where the bugs get to the cake and then go back along a ground path (which would only be different if they are flying/jumping.)
-
Fun different building types that balance different tradition TD buildings with some fun modifications (fast, slow, aoe, high damage single target).
-
Interesting boss enemies with different mechanics.

My favorite aspect is the unique mechanic of limited actions. In between rounds, you only have four (later six) eggbirds to build, upgrade, or gain extra resources. While you can undo immediate actions, you cannot sell or move towers later.
During a round, your only action is to temporarily power up towers, then wait a few seconds for the recharge. This might sound limited, but especially in later levels, it keeps you busy with quickly deciding when and on which tower to use your power best.
The maps are very open, giving you many different options to figure out the best set up by replaying a level.

Empire of Angels IV
50 hours.. and game complete. Still got a few grinding to do to unlock all achievement but it’s still a pretty good ride!
I have played angel empire 2 and 3 from like 20 years ago and this really brings back memories.
Personaly I like 2 4 3 in that order but all 3 is still really good games maybe i wil go back and find 1 in some old website in the future to play it. Storywise 4 happens from 1000 years after story of 2 or 3.
Cubbie graphics of Tactical turn base combat. Not as many class as previous games but still need to keep switching class interesting. Personally this one feels quite a bit shorter in the plot with some extra annoy grinding that you will have to do.

So Empire of Angels IV is a game about a bunch of grills on a quest to collect the four Lord Souls Whoops did it again. You collect the four Menhir (or attempt to anyway, spoiler) and you have zany adventures along the way. The plotline makes little sense, even when it’s explained to you and I can’t figure out how the characters wind up in the situation that they’re in. I feel like several situations were disastrously contrived. It’s almost like the developers had a checklist of things they wanted to shovel in. Here’s your rival, here’s your betrayal, here’s your feels trip, the list goes on. And as noted before, they don’t connect well. On top of that, it was hard for me to invest myself in the characters and I think that may be because of presentation. There wasn’t really much of an underlying story to connect me to them.

Indigo 7
Nice casual puzzle game with a cool soundtrack. Very reminiscent of Scott Pilgrim in both graphics and character style, which is always a good thing. If you like puzzles, rock music and silly stories along, then this is a good choice!

Little King’s Story
Little King’s story was an amazing gem for Wii systems ( I don’t know if it was available for any other console systems ). I was really happy to find this game available here on Steam.
It’s graphics are good and very cute. The story is a little silly and fun but not annoyingly cheesy. The music is great, it’s taken from mostly classical Western pieces that you probably will find very familiar. The music is generally bright and cheery so it’s not the kind of calm classical music that puts you to sleep but it provides a very nice background music throughout the game. The game isn’t overly challenging but challenging enough to make it fun and a little bit addicting. It’s a little bit of RPG, a little kingdom building, but a fairly casual play. The game itself is great.

Another great game flounders due to an utterly terrible port.
Little King’s Story is a port of the Wii version of the title (not the PSP version that removed the charming look of the game) where you control a boy who’s found a magical crown that makes him King of a poor, run down kingdom. It’s your job to build up your empire and dominate the world (according to your Military Advisor, Howser). The game borrows heavily from Pikmin, and I’d liken it more to Overlord, but overall it’s really great, you’re rewarded for thinking before acting and watching your kingdom grow is really cool. The difficulty is just right, though, you can find yourself in a world of hurt at times, especially if you have the wrong team.

MonGirlTile
Super cute art and super fun! I look forward to seeing it improve in the future, but even now its very entertaining.

MonGirl Title is a card game of sorts with monster girls, because monster girls are cute. The gameplay consists of putting tiles with numbers on a board with the goal of having the most tiles through the use of flipping the opponent’s tiles.
The presentation is a bit rough around the edges, but everything is pretty functional. You can expand your tile collection by winning matches against monster girls, and you can improve the tiles you own through the use of consuming unneeded duplicates. There is definate depth of strategy to it as well, as matches can quickly change tides depending on where you placed your tiles.
