Bunny Park

Bunny Park

It’s a simple clicker/idle game, but a very soothing and cute one. Really good for zoning out after a bad day. The point is less to optimise resources (since you hit a point of having enough currency for whatever you want relatively early) and more to decorate your park and collect the bunnies over time. So while there isn’t a ton to do other than decorate and marvel, that’s its selling point, in my opinion.

The dev updates every few months with cute seasonal decorations as well, which is to be commended. You can put Santa hats on your bunnies in the Northern Hemisphere winter, for example. :)

_Hewwo, I’m Pâquerette! ⊂(◉‿◉✿)つ

I will be your guide in Horribunnies, teaching you how to take the UTMOST care of your bunnies so they’ll all be super happy (and you too!) :3

Our bunnies need to be fed, groomed, petted, and cleaned D-A-I-L-Y, but most importantly… they need to be loved! (灬♥ω♥灬)

I will be watching you practice on my own bun-bun, Moko, before I leave you in charge of the store’s hutches – no pressure, I swear! :p_

Add to your wishlist now to stay updated on these buns' development!

  • Bond with the cutest virtual bunnies you’ve ever seen. They come in all shapes and sizes but require the same amount of petting!

  • Get food, equipment, and cosmetics for your buns so they’ll be as happy as bunnily possible!!

  • Everything is as flashy and sweet as it gets, from lovely graphics to sugary music… You’re guaranteed to melt with joy!

_Hoy, Ophéline here (⌐□_□)

There are lots of other things you can do to make your bunnies as profitable “as bunnily possible”… (¬‿¬ )_

  • Put up some of your bunnies for adoption so you can focus more on your favorites.

  • Traits are inherited genetically, so breed responsibly! You don’t want cheap-looking bunnies, do you?

  • Genetically engineer your bunnies to boost their value: If you figure out how their genes work, you can land a killer bun!

  • Take an alternative approach: My methods may not be to Pâquerette’s taste, but if you stick with me, we will definitely change this pet shop.

Lost In Sweets

Lost In Sweets

Bit hard to recommend, but overall I like it.

It’s a basic, cute little game and you get what you pay for. You run a pastry shop and have to cook for magic creatures to get back home to the normal world. The gameplay loop consists of allotting time per in-game day to scavenge for ingredients, then using those to cook and fulfill orders as well as stocking your displays. The frustrating part to me was that the game has very little in the way of explanations, and that there is actually RNG to cooking - That means you might fail several times at the same order. Your character levels up her cooking even when you fail, mind you, so I’m guessing this will become less of an issue. It’s still not very fun, though, and feels a bit like artificial challenge to me.

Lumberhill

Lumberhill

Super fun family games with kids and local coop, best at 3 and 4 local players. Fun to play, easy to play, commands are fine (who ever complains about commands “not being easy” or “hard to figure out” must be playing with their keyboard and never played local coop games as they all tends to be similar. We like this a bit less then Unspottable (our favourite local coop game), but we like Lumberhill more then Boomerang Fu and tons more then Cake Bash. It’s easy to pick up and many game modes and many levels.

A fun campaign/co-op. Multiplayer is very difficult for the human worker. My brother and I can hardly complete any quests with the animal player actively working against you.

My Universe - Pet Clinic Cats & Dogs

My Universe - Pet Clinic Cats & Dogs

This game feels very repetitive, like I’m doing the same treatments to the animals. Also, I feel the controls are a bit weird, I will try to move my character one way and she’ll go in a different direction. I’ll finish it very slowly to get the achievements because it is a bit boring

If there is a perfect game for kids, that has wholesome fun, adorable animals, simple game play, and a whole lot of heart, well this is pretty darn close. Taking care of animals is a big responsibility, and I’d go as far as to say that kids could benefit from playing through this before getting a pet. It’s important to know that in between the great times you have with your pet, there are repetitive chores that need done. Every day. For years.

I know when I look at my cats, I can see the pure and honest love in their eyes. Even though I know that love is for food, and not me, I like to pretend that they care. Even when I’m being smacked in the face at 3 AM because the bowls are empty, I smile to myself, treasuring my furry little friends.

I can already see how much fun this little desktop companion will be. As of right now, the only problems I have are that using your own files will be a hassle as you have to put each photo/video/sound/text one by one, as well as sometimes my mouse bugs out when it grabs it. I’ll write again once I have 1k hours B)

I love this studio lol

No Ghost in Stay Home

No Ghost in Stay Home

Nice game! I had a great time dealing with things that were definitely not ghosts.

It’s short and easy to complete if you unlock the hints when you get stuck (some endings might be hard to figure out otherwise).

Love all of the creative outcomes you can get in this little room.

Real player with 4.7 hrs in game

a fun little title reminiscent of flash games. it’s a simple point-and-click, where in each 3-minute (or less) playthrough, you make small changes to the scene in order to cause big reactions. the endings are all delightfully weird, as to be expected from this type of game. it’s a bit unceremonious when you finally get the last ending and/or achievement, but in the immortal words of the man who died for our sins, macklemore, “but shit, it was 99 cents!”
