Time Loader
A wonderful little game
Not many hours are needed for completion, but the replay value is immense
You control a little robot, sent back in time to save your creator from a debilitating accident
You need to try and remove that which causes the accident to happen
On the way you will need to gather more capabilities
Tighten or remove screws with a screwdriver, or fix electronics with a soldering iron
Also, scattered throughout the game are glyphs, which you will need to collect to unlock the secret ending

Short but very lovingly designed puzzle platformer with a well-told story. The short duration of the game is not particularly bad, as it is worth playing through the game several times to reach the different endings. The puzzles are clever and playful, but will hardly overwhelm anyone. Some jumps need a bit of timing, but there are hardly any frustrating parts. The controls and the extensions that are gradually being added work flawlessly. Only the grappling hook is a little inaccurate.

Video World
Disclaimer: Indie work is short and sweet. Don’t expect a lot.
This companion to the EP Video World by Monster Mansion also scored Excellence in Emerging Games at this year’s AGDAs (that’s Australian Game Developer Awards, just in case you’re unfamiliar). It’s a well known fact that Halloween is Christmas for the gays, and this rhythm game harnesses that energy with upbeat synth-pop and some excellent pun work. The bright primary colours and crisp character design make night shift at the video store a delight. This also is a continuation of Film Victoria’s fine work in gaming. Thumbs up from me.

I really loved Video World! The text was witty and got plenty of laughs from me, the gameplay really fun and enjoyable, and the music is amazing! I felt like the human manifestation of catJAM bopping to the music while playing. It is a short game, but a lot of fun.

GB Rober
A love letter to Mega Man except much shorter and much, MUCH more forgiving. Unless you’re playing with modifiers to make the game harder for you, you get infinite lives and a fair amount of checkpoints each stage. The game takes 1-2 hours to complete depending on your skill level. (I’m average so I died quite a bit, but not to the point of getting frustrated.)
Since this is a fast-paced platformer, the game “feel” is probably the most important thing here, and GB Rober nails it. The controls feel really good, and the gameplay mechanics, while simple, provide enough variety to keep you entertained.

I really like this game!
I haven’t put a lot of time into it, but so far the enemies and level design feel very fair.
The fact that unlimited lives are on by default really encourages experimenting with your special moves and new weapons, as dying doesn’t really have any consequences: the levels are short so it doesn’t take long to get back to where you were and weapon energy refills on its own.
The roll mechanic is amazing and it feels incredibly rewarding to get a bunch of speed and airtime by jumping off platforms at the right time, skipping huge chunks of the level. This along with the dash makes the game really fun to speedrun (and on that note i do wish there was some sort of timer to keep track of your performance, but it’s not a big deal).

Teenage Blob
Hello there Ladies and Gentlemen. My name is Mitch Larson, and I’m here to tell you about An awesome game called Teenage Blob.
This Game is brilliant. Let’s talk about it. The controls are fairly simple. you just use keyboard arrow keys and space bar etc. The controls are smooth. And the gameplay is really fun. There’s a lot of different minigames and there’s a lot of achievements for this game too.
Music gets a 10 out of 10 because the music in this game is absolutely stellar. Seriously, completely awesome music. Written and played by the SuperWeaks.

Finally, a game I can play as a blob.
Honestly, I never got to go to a concert. I know, lame, but I can’t help that my family couldn’t afford concert tickets back then anyway. The one concert I was actually able to attend actually got canceled at the last minute (totally not still salty). And now when we’re better off now, I live in a town where nothing happens and if I do want to attend something I’ll have to travel a long distance to just get there (my dreams of going to anime/gaming conventions are crushed). Well, if I was never able to go to a concert, I might as well go to one in a game.

Bubbaruka!
I want to stress first that I am one of the beta testers for this game. I did get it for free and I’ve been following the game in it’s development for a while now. Do with that information what you will. Having said that, there are a tremendous amount of positives here and a couple negative as well and I’d like to start with those to get them out of the way.
Cons: This game is not overly difficult, but the difficulty level is not horizontal. In fact, it’s more like a wave. There are some parts that seem gift-wrapped for you and others that make it seem like you’re on Santa’s naughty list. I would have preferred a more evenly distributed challenge. Also, make sure you’re attention to detail is on point or else you’ll be backtracking a lot. Prepare for that.

Amazing work from the developer and I highly recommend this game to anyone looking to for a good indie horror. If you are lost in the game then they do have a walkthrough and Discord so I also recommend joining! There’s not much more I can say about this game other than I felt compelled to continue playing, it had me on edge most of the time and constantly second guessing my actions and a wave of accomplishment when I won. The characters look simplistic but have an old-school charm that is reminiscent to Tamagatchi and the atmosphere pulls you in with it’s ambiance and sound.
