I couldn’t stand it for more than a couple of minutes. The game is ugly, repetetive and looks horrendous, it plays out sluggishly and boringly. The music that starts playing when starting up the game is some stock shreeking that stabs into my brain.
It is a great, A-Grade worthy programming project for a highschooler. But it is not anthing more. It is not worth asking money on steam.

Nice pixel styled 2d platformer. Cool character and lot of levels 16 and most levels are enough difficult at least to me. Very cool 2d platformer and also with very affordable price. I hope more achievements but otherwise this is great way to spend few evenings

Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion
I absolutely adore this game. It was a blast playing this game. The controls are simple, the humor is great, and the art is absolutely adorable. I’d recommend this game to anyone and the ending song is just an amazing end to the game. If they ever do plush reruns, you bet I’m buying one the instant they get announced.

Detained: Too Good for School
Introduction
On the first day of school after transferring to a new city, you got framed and ended up in jail. After one year of probation, you set out to discover who set you up. Find a partner, get familiar with the city, make money by taking part-time jobs, increase your abilities and unveil the truth.
Features
Inherited from the last title of O.T.K Games, “The Vagrant”, the combat in “Too Cool For School” is exhilarating and satisfying. Acquire new skills, upgrade various abilities, enlarge your armory and dominate the arena.
Rich story-lines. You can choose to be straightforward and kill anyone that’s standing in your way, or you can be manipulative and indulge yourself in opulent living. And it’s even possible to join the villains and become an anti-hero! There are more than 10 endings for you to discover.
A variety of romanceable characters. 4 female and 4 male romanceable candidates are waiting for your arrival. Take them out for a hot date, level up your relationships, and then fight alongside them against street mobs. Life is short, you gotta enjoy it while you can!
Eccentric city life. You can take a bus to the gym for a good workout, study in the library for a change, or hang out with your partners in the bar, club or arena. And of course, it’s always fun to “interact” with random pedestrians and the police.
Extravagant shopper. Be good and work part-time or rob someone on the sidewalk for a quick buck; it’s your choice! Spend your money on stats and weapon upgrades, challenge the bosses and embezzle money. It’s your turn to be a legend in this metropolis!
New England Detective: Breakfast in Boston
This is a nice experience. The story, characters, dialogue, it’s all very smart, more than you could expect at first glance, I really encourage everyone to give this a try. No details are overlooked, when new developments happen in the story they take the time to address them and ponder their significance, A smart game.

If you don’t pay too much and don’t expect too much it is a close decision. This is a 5 out of 10 so a tie goes to the runner like in baseball. Too many stereotypes and too little plot. The author does create interest at some points but then it sort of is wasted. One reviewer online trashed it for being unrealistic as he knew something about real police work. I also know something about “real” police work and the thing that struck me as wrong was that the police did not treat him as an enemy. I have hired a number of private investigators and the only ones that the police tolerated were retired police (from that department) that took up private investigation work. But this is not a documentary and we should allow some artistic license to the author. There is no romance or love in this just a tiny bit of sex. This is not a real mystery just a read along and see what happens. You get to make a FEW choices like whether or not to eat peanuts at the bar. Seriously!

Rubber Bandits: Christmas Prologue
Fun PVP with friends. The game itself currently features three different maps to play, each having slightly different layouts. The matches are pretty quick (lasting a couple of minutes) and there is not a lot of stuff you are able to do besides fighting, BUT… When combined with friends, this game is a blast! It is fun and stupid, the more players play - the funnier it gets. And this is just a prologue, I cannot imagine how fun the full game will be

This game made me loose some laughts I haven’t lost in a while! Really fun to play with friends! Specially if you like the rival style of the game, that makes you compete harder with your friends. You can also switch teams and team up!
I can easily recommend this for all ages, it’s funny, practical and doesn’t take much to understand and to play!
It does not get any funnier than this! (Maybe on the full realease)

Bright Paw
“Bright Paw” is a relaxing, very easy puzzle adventure with an adorable cat protagonist, cute stylized graphics, and an interesting story that unfortunately doesn’t really find closure.
You play as Theo, a cat whose owner has just been murdered. While trying to find the killer, you discover an entire secret facility full of robots, lasers, and other traps. The story is narrated via whimsical voice-overs, as well as texts that describe collectibles which you keep finding. The narrator also comments on your actions, similar to the narrators of “Bastion” or “The Stanley Parable”.

An adorable little 2.5d to top-down puzzler game that has you going through different levels and has limited environmental interaction, but going from a simple home invasion to, well, you have to find out, is like an early draft for something from the X-Files or a Cat rendition of an episode of LOST.
Game-play involves choosing a limited amount of cards that specify what action you want to perform at that time to traverse obstacles and explore the ever-widening story that makes me think of the show “Lost”, where it throws out a avalanche of ideas and design, but only explains a handful. /You thought it was a simple plane crash, didn’t you?/

Madrid Noir
Nice little detective story about mysterious uncle. It is not a game, more like an experience, with few small interactions. Played on HP Reverb G2 with Index controllers. I had to lower resolution to 50% (otherwise the game crashed right after launching) but it still looked great and sharp and felt like it is still at 100% resolution.

Madrid Noir is a VR interactive animated movie that is paid program. It worked on my HTC Vive system with RTX 2070 super, looked good, sounded good, played ok, was understandable. No help or instructions in-game, make assumption you know your way around VR. Has 3 languages to choose from: English, French and Spanish. Has some interactive objects to use to move the story along or to play with. Was a wonderful story with a good plot. Has a 45 minute runtime. You have only play space movement, the story will move you where it needs you to be. You might wanna be standing for this one, the movie goes all around you. You have a choice of 5 hand colors. The voice over in English was good. Not sure what the French and Spanish version are like, but i guess the be of same quality. Has cartoon Violence. Has good animations and textures.

The Big Con
The game has a lot going for it, it’s designed with optional content in mind, the locations are fun to explore, the aesthetic is very captivating, the soundtrack constantly changes to match the environment, and it has funny characters that create a grounded, but enjoyable narrative. I think the story had a good pace to it, if you take into consideration all of the things that can grab your attention, they managed to keep it together very well. You can casually complete the game around 5 to 7 hours, there are many optional achievements and cosmetic trinkets, although it would be nice to have the ability to replay specific chapters. Having played the game only once, I am not sure how much impact the narrative choices actually have, the only thing I can confirm is that certain quests have more than one soluton. It’s not a difficult game in terms of puzzles and mechanics, there is usually a place to get hints, and sometimes the game offers you a way to skip a puzzle with a payment. As for the ‘thief’ gameplay, there is not much to it, it’s just a simple timing event with little to no punishment for the failure - I guess it does not make for a deep con game, if you were expecting that.

Absolutely charming and filled with character. I don’t normally gravitate toward things for nostalgia but this game captures the 90s feel so well I can’t help but grin like an idiot while playing. The art style reminds me of so many cartoons and sitcoms from the era, complete with (optional) laugh track. The music is fantastic throughout. The dialogue has an endearing sense of humor. The areas are fun to explore and puzzles fun to solve. And the game, at least as I played it, feels strangely and incredibly wholesome given it’s a game about stealing.
