Serin Fate
(This review is based on the June ‘20 update)
Right off the top, I want to be clear this game is still, as advertised, very much a work in progress. However, that being written, I’ve enjoyed my experience enough that I’m content having bought the game at full price even though many of the game mechanics are presently under-explained and the game play is a bit out of balance here and there. What’s more, I can tell from past comments in the forum that some problems have already been fixed – I’m looking at you, person still whinging about inventory size when I massively upgraded mine as a rank newbie in three days of in-game time – so the Developer seems to be responsive and engaged.

Intro
Serin Fate is an adventure RPG with a lot of mandatory elements that you usually find in farming games in addition to magic and monster taming. You can farm, mine, capture monsters for you to fight, fish, and many more. Despite the varied features, it still focuses on the adventure element at its core, allowing you to explore the whole region and figure out how to proceed from the obscure hints.

Nuumonsters
The game is very enjoyable from the peaceful soundtrack to the ping you get from catching a new monster. Keeping in mind its early access somethings could be made clearer, like for example perhaps in the pause menu a place where you can see the controls, or perhaps adjusting the dialog from some NPCS made easier to understand, For those who don’t know how to think. For the price of roughly $22, id say its worth it, the game currently has 20ish monsters to catch and Nyanko (Dev) has already pushed out a large number of fixes for bugs that the very welcoming and active community report in the games discord page. All and all if your looking fun, peaceful game to take your time on and enjoy with minor challengers, then this may be the game for you.

Neumunsters is a game that is very charming because of the design of its monsters and surroundings. The game also shows a lot of potential with all of the planned content. Nyanko also patches a lot of bugs really quickly and tries to add new stuff as soon as possible which is quite astonishing if you consider that they make by themselves. I personally would say that the game is worth its current price explicitly if you consider that it will get more content over time.

The future of creature-collection:
Try the future of creature-collection games, with a new introduction to an already well known genre.
We went back to modernize the old classic creature-collection games and realized that with modern technology we could develop a more in depth game, while holding on to the good feeling of playing an old creature-collection game.
Some of the major things we did in Train’em:
-
Real Time: Train’em provides a real time combat experience giving the player a new and improved feeling of control in the battle arena, unlike old creature-collection games where combat is turn based.
-
Open world: The world is completely open to explore and you choose what way to go, who to fight, what champion to defeat and what tournament to master
-
Multiplayer: Play with your friends, unveil the world together or try to defeat them in combat & become the master together
-
Tournaments: Train’em features a series of different tournaments challenging you in unique ways as you progress through the game.
-
Early Access: Many updates will come in the future, with new companions, champions, tournaments, map extensions and much more.

A HOMM-inspired adventure with a roguelite twist. Embarking on an epic quest across the Draithir Peninsula – a land ravaged by warring factions of Dragons – you take the role of a Commander, recruited by The Dragoness, in her bid to conquer and bring peace to the world.
Finding yourself in the ruined capital of Níwenborh it’s down to you to rebuild this once-great city. Only by recruiting a powerful beast army and managing your resources will you be able to prepare yourself for the dangers that lie ahead - where only keen strategic thinking and tactical skill will see you emerge victorious.
In a classic combat system great strength is nothing without good tactics. Enter challenging, turn-based, HOMM inspired battles. As you lead your allied creatures to victory use what you’ve learned about your enemies’ attacks to do your best to minimize your losses. As your beast army grows in numbers, experiment with unit types and skill synergies to find a playstyle that suits your strategic thinking – and forges the best path to success.
Your defeats will only fuel your willpower. Embark on roguelite adventures during which you will explore the ever-changing Draithir Peninsula in search of vital resources, new, powerful creatures to add to your army, ancient artifacts that enhance your power, and enemies to crush. Each journey means unlocking new beasts, skills and base upgrades. Don’t despair over your downfalls, as each time you will only rise up stronger, choosing your own path in an RPG hero progression system.
Your battle skills alone might not be enough to save the world from succumbing to darkness. Prove your worth as The Dragoness’ Commander, by guiding your city and army to splendour. Gather resources, care for your monsters, manage the development of your base and decide on the direction of your progress. In this world, your choices are everything: pick the paths to explore and beasts to collect; choose which fights are worth the effort and which should be avoided for now. Entodrive
Entodrive is a Pokemon-like adventure that I’ve grown fond of over my 3+ hours of playing. The one person development team is very active, with weekly updates indicating what was added/changed, as well as what is in store for the next update. As the community is relatively small, any feedback you have will be read and considered as part of future development, it’s a fun experience!
The game is still in an alpha state and is enjoyable as-is. It’s well worth the price if you are prepared going in that there are unfinished aspects to the game, and crashes will happen from time to time. Thankfully the game has a robust save system and is very quick to boot up and resume your progress. I also enjoy the music a lot.

CHKN
To the devs:
BRAVO! I’m excited coming back and reading all of the news. No more striking, more animal parts, caves coming soon, better loop audio for effects, stamina, sprinting? All totally amazing. the one game I can truly say that they devs are indeed listening. Talk about fast development. Good job on the game guys! Hugs to you all and thx for the hard effort and dedication towards this project. I’m sure plenty of people are really excited. I know I am. :DD
Cheers!!
My recommendation:
I have to say I posted many suggestions and so did many other people. The game has a dedicated team. This is a family orientated game. Imagine a santbox game where you can truly be your own version of franskenstein. No other game has taken it this far before. I totally recommend it even in it’s current stage. Well worth the money spent. If anything it’s too cheap for what you get already. You never have a feeling of being ripped off. Check out the news sections in community hub to see all the fixed and additions they add so frequently. Imagine the possibilities with a game like this. TOo many games fit into the block style genre but not many that stick out as unique as this one with the ability to make your own creations and bring them to life when you make a new creature. Imagine a floating or flying tutle or blimp animal that can hold your home? This game keeps evolving. I suggest it for families as well. The game looks amazing and handles well. The devs work hard and they listen. Truly an amazing experience. And with so much more to come! Stay tuned as it developes further! :DD

CHKN is really neat game. I would personally recomend it to anybody who enjoys games like Minecraft, SPORE, and just enjoy the Sandbox Survival Genre and want a breath of fresh air from the many, many copy past sanbox games out there.
The Game: The thing that makes CHKN such a fun game is the fact that it’s “creature buulding” aspect of this game. It really is a handsome feauture when you’re a guy like me who just wants to build some wonderus (or sometimes goofy) looking beasts and plants.
The Atmosphere: It’s very childlike in nature. Beautiful looking little island filled with goofy species of monsters and critters. It’s just fun to explore the place after a new update and see what waky beasts the devs (who are super-nice) cook up in the lab. Speaking of which…

Isolation Story
I received a copy of this game from the dev to Let’s Play it and I really enjoyed my time with it. This is a survival game heavily inspired by the Covid-19 pandemic where you need to survive for 7 days until a vaccine can be created and deployed.
You’ll need to manage your character’s health, hunger and happiness. It’s oddly addictive and has a surprising amount of stuff to do given how small the city is. Including tons of achievements to try and complete, and even a way to time travel.
